My heart pump died on a very cold night. Called Central Florida Heating and Air 7 AM. Man was here within an hour. Had a totally new unit installed by early afternoon the same day. They did the work quickly and cleaned up both inside and outside areas before leaving. Very satisfied.

Tom did a fine job. Came out same day in the dead heat of August. Very straight forward in terms of my options. Pricing was competitive in comparison to other companies. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We purchased an a/c unit from Tom 8 years ago and it has been repaired 7 times. The compressor had to be replaced twice. I had to pay for labor and freon both times. Tom didnt know how to replace the defrost adaptor so I had to call another company to replace it. We are senior citizens and twice we have been without air for 2 days. Plus, my 2 little animals have had to live without air. Dont buy from Tom or believe anything he says. Please read all of the other bad reviews that he has.

I called Central Florida Heating and Air when my home air conditioning system stopped working.Their serviceman explained what the issue was and repaired it within the same day.I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing AC repair.

This company came out yesterday to replace a 1/3 hp motor on our trane 1800 xl unit 89.00 service call 300.00 labor and almost 1000.00 for a 1/3 hp motor that normally sells for 400.00 total charge for this 1/3 HP motor $1289.00 do not use this company they overcharge their customers

They installed a new AC and never came back to clean or service it. Called them several times and told us they didn’t have time. Well two years later my AC is BROKEN from a factory defect they would of seen if they serviced it! Now I’m stuck with $600 in repairs that I had to get a different company to come fix.

I called to set up service call with this company. Spoke with someone who said he was the owner but he was working in an attic and would call me back right away. He did not call. I called him the next day and he said he was busy and could come out the following Saturday and would call me in a few minutes to give me the time. He never called nor did he come out on that day. No way will I do business with a company that treats me this way.
