The company was very helpful from start to finish. The staff there was pleasant and knowledgeable. They were professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. The price was great for the product I got. My house is cold and I am happy. I would highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner quit in August (hot and humid!) and we started calling companies to see about repair. Once it was determined that a new unit was needed, we needed to find a company to quickly install a new air conditioner. Although the price was similar with three different companies, the service time to get a new unit installed was quite different. One large and reputable company said three weeks and another was at least a week. I had used A & R for repair at my dad’s home previously, so we called to try to get help since it was nearing 4:00 p.m. Not only did A&R send a knowledgeable technician within an hour to verify that the unit was not repairable, the salesman, John, arrived within two hours. Permits were pulled and the unit was installed the next day! We are very grateful for the prompt and courteous service delivered by all of the employees, and will not hesitate to recommend this company.

Wouldnt recommend these folks at all. They installed a unit after having dropped it, and then hid the damage from the owner. It wasnt caught until the county inspector asked the owner if she got a discount for the damage. At best this is Fraud. Conversations with the company to date have been horribly hateful. Lady on call commented that all day she had been getting calls all day from people complaining!! Then hung up on me!! Hello!!! Its your employees causing the problems. These are the organizations who have no reason to be in business.

Absolutely fantastic company! Great staff who really know what theyre doing not only in a/c but in customer service. I had some serious problems with my thermostat and air handler and they came out that day to fix it. Great experience with this company. Request Mike if you can, great guy.

Great Place, Amazing People. Company knows how to treat customers and it shows. My Heat went down on one of the first colder mornings we had. The company was called and they had a technician to my house within an hour. Ryan was understanding to my problem, and found the issue. Total time of call to repair less than 1.5 hours and my heat was back up and running. Thank you!!

A&R knows we have a problem. Temp set at 74 and its 84 in my house. They dont know how to fix it n wont fix it. I heard they were precision air and was so bad they had to change name. DISGUSTING WORK
