Called to find out about parts for my microwave, was put on hold by a computer, no one answered for over 15 minutes. Would not recommend wasting your time.

I see why Sears went out of business, the Sears appliance guy try to make the diagnosed without even looking at the dryer but I would like to thank them because I fixed it myself, I think Sears appliance are thieves, just my thought.
