They examined it and looked like it was going to cost a bit get it repaired. I knew my luck so wasnt hoping for much, so I was ready to just give up the phone for them to use as spare parts, but something great happened that after I casually mentioned how the water damage happened (I was trying to pull a kid out of water when fishing near Hazel Ave while the phone was in my pocket) -- Gilbert decided to give it a try to repair it for FREE! That was so unexpected but so touching! Today I got the phone back and it is fully functional (with a new battery in it)! I have a lot to say about Express Mobile Repair. Best mobile repair service in Folsom. Great customer service, polite staff with lot of knowledge, and great attitude to help as best as they can. I stopped by there shop today and they repaired my phone less than hour with 2yrs warranty for manufacture defects. They also gave me a screen protector on top of the repair with almost no cost. I had a broken iPad that would not turn on. I took it into Geek Squad at BestBuy and they recommended replacing the device but I did not have money to buy a new iPad. I stopped by with the intent of getting a quick opinion on why my phones back was coming off. The tech was instantly able to tell me the cause. Since I hadnt planned on leaving the phone and I didnt have much time, they were able to quickly replace the battery and resolve the issue while I waited. The battery change comes with a good warranty and the service was great.

Shattered my phones screen, they had a replacement in stock so the repair took less than an hour. My sons tablet had issues with its charging port, the repair was more complicated than the initial quote, rather than charge more, they ate the cost and honored the initial quote because we had to wait an extended period of time for replacement parts to be shipped from China. Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair. Highly recommend.

THEY DONT WORK ON LG DEVICES!!! Waste of time! Very disappointing that this place claims to be a mobile phone repair shop, but they dont repair one of the top cellphone brands. Which makes absolutely zero sense. The only good thing I have to say is the gentleman that answered the phone and all my questions was very kind and professional. So at least they have a polite and knowledgeable staff.

The staff here is amazing, and they know their material! We had a late model Samsung that we brought in for repair that other shops had quoted me much higher on and misled me. The repair was done in less than an hour while we got lunch, and when we came back we were practically handed a new phone. They even cleaned every inch of it before handing it back. We drove from Auburn on a referral, and Id do it again every time. Thanks to Mohammad and the rest of EMR for their service and smiles.

Had a Bitcoin at location. Had it in contract. After a month they wanted double. Removed unit after one month. Never paid me the 2 month credit. Real untrustful establish. Placed there to support Bitcoin. No money was made at location on transactions. Still wanted double.

I went in a couple days ago, people were so nice they explained to us what could be the issue of my boyfriends broken phone and gave us no promises on the cost but gave us estimate. At some point they saw that the cost may be unfair because it would be easier to buy a new phone so they gave us a more fair price. Amazing people very honest and very responsive.

Took an iPhone in with broken camera and an old screen that was glitchy (replaced somewhere else). Gentleman at EMrepair got the camera replaced and screen updated to higher quality quickly abs professionally. iPhone working much much better now.

I was in desperate need of a new iPhone battery but leery about going into a business during this spike in COVID (December 2020). I called to see how they handled the process, decided to do it, and the experience was excellent. They sanitized my phone before and after, sanitized the screen for checking me out, explained what they were doing and why, and finished in 20 minutes (while I waited in my car) -- all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and have told my friends about my experience, urging them to use them when they need this kind of service.

Ive known these guys since they started their business at a kiosk in a mall! To know theyve moved up and gotten a new shop/space was wonderful to hear! I came here about a month ago because I needed to get my fiancés iPhone screen repaired. His home button was broken as well. They took care of it all and in a timely manner and provided a screen protector for him (a one stop shop, they have cases, phone mounts, you name it!). They were friendly and professional, Ive never known them to be anything other than that. Family friendly place as well! His phone works great and couldnt be more happy with the service! I came in to fix my completely shattered Motorola g7 and I was glad that they could fix it because a lot of phone store I had called before said they didn’t work on those types of phones. I got an overall estimate of how much it would cost and all I had to do was pay $30 before and then pay the other amount after. They had great customer service and were very nice.
