These guys are great very prompt very good at what they do they will not sell you anything you dont need this is the second time I have used them same experience everytime great service

Bill Duncans Air Conditioning & Heating is a first class company they arrived on time and got right to work replacing not only replacing the unit but all the ductwork under the home.The crew would not stop until everything was done and we had A/C working they cleaned up everything before they left.Thank you Bill Duncans.

This experience was one of the best I have had in this area. I usually use a certain Company but was unable to reach them. Zack our tech was honest, quick, and very knowledgable as well as patient. He was able to solve an intermittent issue that was going on. An issue that a lot of companies would have just thrown parts at to resolve all the while charging for each wrong diagnosis. He was quick to come out after hours to resolve a hot and miserable issue. He also wouldnt even accept a tip. Guy was first class and now our unit is now running at optimal efficiency. Service Technician just left here and I wanted to praise him for his super service. He was very detailed in his work and handled himself in a very professional manner. Duncan’s heating and air is absolutely fabulous our ac went down in the middle of the night we had no heat and it was 31 degrees Zack came out and tried everything to fix it at 1 am in the morning due to a bad compressor we had to replace it chad was very nice and got us a new until put in the very next day all the installers did a fantastic job and we love our new ac if you want someone who is honest and caring for your heating and ac call Duncan’s they are the best and I will only use them from here on out thank you for such a fabulous job.

Your office staff (I believe her name is Kara), was incredibly rude. I realize you are in-season right now, but the ladies in your office fielding the calls need to understand we are the customers and we too are in distress because it is hot. She seemed very flustered with my call, and acted as if she had no time for my questions. She put me on hold, which is understandable, I realize how busy you must be. She got back on the line and blew me off and told me she couldnt get someone out there until tomorrow or the day after. I asked her if she could put me on a cancellation list in case there was a cancellation she could maybe move me up on the list. She told me even if there was a list it would still be tomorrow or the day after. I really wanted to use Duncans because my neighbor used you guys and he loves you. Unfortunately, I had to call another company out because I have small children, and its just too hot outside. Please if nothing else, just tell her business starts with a phone call. She can make or break the phone call. She might of been having a bad day, but how she addresses us (the customers), might decide if we are going to use your business now or in the future. I wont give up on you guys, if something happens in the future I will try again, but it would be nice if she actually acts like Im not an inconvenience. Regards.

These folks were professional from start to finish. We needed a whole new unit, heating, ac and new vents, Their price was great, and they completed the work quickly and showed up when they said they would. We couldnt be happier with them.

Bill Duncans HVAC is a great company. Great companies can only be great when they have great employees working for them. Chad inspected my old system and made recommendations for a new energy efficient system while explaining why he selected each of the components. He provided a fair quote for the work to be done and scheduled me for the install 2 days later. Watching Alex, Mike, & Joe install my new system was like watching a NASCAR pit crew. Efficient, skilled, conscientious & knowledgeable. So glad I went with them!

Duncan’s is not only dependable they are HONEST. Honesty was extremely important to me since the last company I dealt with not only gave me a faulty unit they repeatedly failed to fix it. Duncan’s came out repeatedly to attempt to fix my faulty machine on a moments notice and when I finally decided I had sunk enough money into the ac I chose them to install my new one. They were able to reroute employees to my house to get the job done in days and the owner himself came to make sure I really needed a new ac. They could have just took the sale but they wanted to make sure I was making the right decision for me and my pocketbook. After they installed my new ac they took the time to send a thank you letter for choosing them. So if you have any doubt CALL DUNCAN’S.

A fantastic family owned and operated company I had to get one of my units replaced it was down at the moment when I was calling for quotes I called this company and they got me a early two hour window appointment that day I was so impressed Chad Duncan came out and gave me an estimate on a new carrier unit very reasonable price and then two days later I had my new AC installed and I love it I love this company I will always recommend them to everybody if you want a reliable reasonably priced family on operated AC company this is the place

Homeowners beware! There are technicians out there who do not provide the service they claim to and instead will try to pull one over on you and try to sell un-needed costly air conditioning or heating unit equipment. Always trust your gut...Immediately after receiving shoddy work from a different company, I relied on a friend’s recommendation who advised DUNCAN’s Air and Heating is the only place that is RELIABLE.My technicians name was FRANKIE. He was KNOWLEDGEABLE, STRAIGHT FORWARD, and most of all TRUSTWORTHY. He truly gives Duncan’s a good name. I will continue to use their services because of Frankie and without hesitation, recommend to all my family and friends.When air or heating repairs can be costly, you want a dependable technician and company like Duncan’s!

Just had new Trane installed. Great job, very pleased with install. Crew was very professional and did an awesome job.

Just had a new Trane Heat Pump installed by Duncan. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Price was fare, installation was on time, any issues were taken care of immediately. Extremely pleased. Would recommend them highly. Fun group to work with.

Of course my AC stopped cooling during a 95 degree weekend. It was Memorial Day weekend so I waited until Tuesday to call and they were out within a few hours. Chad gave me options on fixing vs replacement and I had a new Ruud unit the next day. The staff are respectful, honest and knowledgable. I will definately call again if needed.

One cannot find a more attentive, more knowledgeable, more efficient HVAC company out there. From installation, maintenance or repair (personally having all three done), they are the best in the area. On the last maintenance call to the house, the technician was able to nail on the first shot an intermittent problem with one of the A/C systems just shutting down completely. Being in a technical repair business myself, those intermittent problems are the worst to find. Major kudos to Robert. The only downside is that when one finds a company that is a true pleasure to deal with, its sad that I am only able to use them about once a year. Why cannot I find a company with a great work ethic like this that I have to deal with on a daily basis........... Life would be great...

Bill Duncans takes pride in their work, very honest and does an amazing job. I had an amazing experience.

We hired them to replace a 30 year old Trane unit with a new Trane unit. They had to relocate both units so there was plenty of work to be done. They went over and beyond in my opinion. Very clean work, also the clean up job was amazing I was for sure thinking Id have to pick up something after they left. I was very wrong. From the sales to the installers a very professional yet comfortable experience. I would and will reccomend Bill Duncans services to anyone asking about air conditioning or heating!!!
