Kevin was absolutely the guy to call. Did fantastic work, very genuine, and knowledgeable. Explained how the unit works and showed me the proper procedures for preventative maintenance. He will be the only ac guy I use moving forward excellent service!

I was very impressed with my AC repair this Saturday, Kevin came on a emergency call for a very reasonable price and fixed my AC when no one else bothered to reply, personally he showed me the problem and I was very pleased with his honesty and quality work. Could not be happier with their service. He had me shadow him while he inspected my HVAC system. He then explained what he was doing and what all of the different readings meant. He got our system running better than it was before it crashed. And now, three weeks later, he has scheduled a follow-up inspection...at no cost!

You do not need to look any further for a REAL A/C technician. Kevin was out the same day we called, which we did not expect. The motor in the air box was fried. He did a professional diagnosis, had the part on his van, installed it and gave us advice on the rest of the unit. He went beyond expectations. His pricing was way beyond fair. Everyone else just wants to put in a new entire unit for $$$$$ and call it a day, especially for seniors. He is a very rare breed nowadays. Call him first, because they are not making his kind anymore.

Climate Changers did an excellent job installing my new AC system. Kevin really went above and beyond what other companies would do. He is very conscientious and very particular about his work. So nice to find someone who actually cares!! I have mold allergies and he understood about the filter and UV light to cut back on mold. Amazing work!

Very happy with Kevin. He came promptly and communicated his location and arrival time. AC fan/blower went (10 yrs old) Had the part(s) on his truck and got me back up and working very quickly and affordably.Very knowledgeable. I shared info of my experience with one of those XX point AC checks that I replied to, and what they said I needed to have done/replaced. Kevin stated none of that was needed. To begin with my AC Unit is 22 years Old. So when it started to leak not in the normal drain line is clogged in an unusual way. I just figured nothing last forever looks like its time for a new AC unit.So I had called a local company out in the hopes that I was wrong. But with in minutes they let me know what I already knew .. Time for a new unit, they gave me a reason for the water leak and it was due to age! They gave me an estimate for the new unit and off they went!My son-in law and daughter had used ( Kevin) Climate Changers in the past and were so impressed with the company I figured I would call him for an second estimate on a new unit. I shared with Kevin what was shared with me from the first technician and he said that makes no sense, I would be happy to quote you a price for new unit but lets make sure you need one! Here is what I found out in the next few hours I didnt need a new unit, the pan on the back side of the coil was blocked and running over. Kevin loves what he does and is passionate about providing quality service to his customers and he loves a challenge. He is NOT a parts changer he is a Technician through and through and above all he is Honest!

Kevin came to us after another place recommended we replace our system. Kevin came and checked our unit out charged us less than $200 and our system is fixed and doing great no need to replace. We are new in town and now have found our AC guy.......thanks Kevin you are great will recommend you to anyone.

This is a very honest gentleman who would rather turn down a job that requires a coordinated crew to perform than do a poor job. In my only previous experience with him a year ago, his work was excellent, his price was very fair. You can take him at his word. Honorable. He educated me on my situation even when he had no interest in performing the work. Highly recommend.

A tree limb fell on my AC unit outside. It had punctured a hole in the condenser and leave all the refrigerant out. I called my insurance company to file a claim and they said they wouldnt be able to send somebody out to look at it until the following Monday. So that meant I would be with no AC over the weekend. Although the system was only 8 years old or so I knew whoever they sent out would just try to sell me a new condenser when I knew this one could be fixed. I took a few pictures of the tree limb and the Damage it had done and showed them to Kevin at climate changers. He assured me he could fix it and have me back up and running in no time. He came the following afternoon. Found the leak, fixed it and an hour later the a.c. was blowing colder than it was before the limb fell on it!!! Very honest. Always looking out for the customers better interest. Thanks again climate changers!

I am very impressed with this company and Kevin and how he addressed my issues especially after the company I was using told me that I needed a new A/C. The company I previously used told me that I had a hole in my drain pan and didnt even bother to take off the front panels to look deeper into the issue of why the water was draining out of the front of the unit. They also did not bother to blow out the system but just assumed it could not be fixed. Before leaving they quoted me on a new system. Kevin came and took the panels off of the front of the unit, drained it and dug all the sludge out. He also spent time changing some of the PVC pipes so I could easily see if things were draining properly. I would not hesitate at all to call Climate Changer the next time I had a problem. Great pricing too!

This is a most magnificent human being who repaired my very old heat and air conditioner as though he is a highly skilled doctor doing surgery on a tiny baby or very old, frail person.Another company in town sent someone out for annual service....who quickly came and went..when i was not interested in buying a new unit.....The next day two other people HIGHLY recommended Kevin to me and i asked him to come have a look at the unit. OBVIOUSLY nothing had been done by the previous person....two hours later, Kevin was still working on the unit, replacing parts and oiling the motor, washing down the radiator......just everything that needed to be done. His charge was more than reasonable...and his quiet, pure gold spirit absolutely wonderful. Hes impeccably honest and truly cares about people and what he can do for them....VERY experienced and skilled.I cant say enough positive about him as a human being AND his expertise.... and want to recommend him to everyone i know!
