Claudia is the BEST. She thoroughly impressed me with her talent, professionalism and kind, fun nature. This is my second time here with Claudia and I always leave having the best afternoon with her - and fabulous hair.Have to mention Gabby who washed + toned and massaged in the Lather Room. She was incredible. Finally the girl at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!) has been excellent both visits too.A little pricey but so worth it. Thank you ladies!

Leticia did a balayage and toner for me. Love the color! At first thought it was a little ashy color but just had to dry a little and the color is great. She is very knowledgeable with the balayage look and was very friendly. Would recommend! I went for a blonde balayage, so for anyone looking for someone who knows how to work with blondes and or bleaching your hair, she would be a great choice.*pics taken later by me so don’t mind the lack of styling :)

I have been a client at James Anthony for 17 years! I’ve had several stylists and currently I work with Lauren. She totally gets me! And I am so happy that now I can bring both of my sons with their lovely head of curly black hair. I love this place and have recommended so many people here. I won’t go anywhere else!

I went in twice to get a haircut with Erica. She said she doesnt want to cut off my dried off ends or else the hair will get damaged. Well, because she didnt cut off the dry ends, my hair did get so damaged I ended up loosing a lot of length.

First visit and out was awesome! The team is super friendly. The salon is clean and well spaced out.

Seriously the best salon I have been to. The experience and staff are well worth the price. They lather lounge is one of the best experiences, leaving your hair smelling incredible, while your mind and body are relaxed before a professional cut. They stylists take their time getting to know your needs and what you want out of the experience.

Been going here forever over a year. I was always satisfied Today I showed up for my 930 appointment, was checked in and then told they couldn’t take me at my appointed time Offered a different stylist who I knew nothing about as I used the same stylist all the time and my appointment was for her. Asked if I wanted to wait, work around or come back two hours later. They must have known they double booked the stylist. Never called me so I could avoid eating time to go there Incompetence or rudeness Either way I will never return.

Although I do have positive things to say about this salon, my overall experience was poor. The atmosphere is great, clean, and professional. All the staff I interacted with is also very nice. However, I was pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with how my hair turned out. Especially for the expensive price that I paid. I wanted my hair to stay mainly brown and add a few highlights in the lower half of my hair. Instead I got more than half of my hair bleached and the stylist did not dye my roots to match with the rest of my hair. My roots are a dark brown and the rest of my hair was a lighter brown with the highlights and its not cohesive. I went back to get it fixed but the stylist said that it wouldnt look good if I tried to lighten my roots and that the darker roots added dimension.

My mom got the best haircut she had had in years here and had raved about it for 3 months, even how her hair grew out looked great! I got my sister a gift certificate for Christmas, and she got one for my mom!

Growing your hair out is not easy! I always get to a point where I get impatient and want to just chop it off.. I was at this point during my last visit with my stylist Stephanie. But oh no, she was not hearing it!! She reminded me of my GOAL and the reality of the process. She gave me a slight trim which was part of our long-term plan but she refused to chop it off. This is exactly what I needed - a stylist who knew my weakness and stayed strong!Also, I have naturally curly hair and there are some wonderful things about that, and there are some styles and color techniques that just dont look good for us curly girls.. and Stephanie is HONEST and fearless when it comes to communicating about what will work and what wont for my head of hair. I really appreciate her for helping me stick to my vision and hair goals (lol). I also love the whole experience of getting my hair washed & a neck/shoulder massage in the super calming room in the back of the salon. I am grateful for this place and thanks again Stephanie!!

My first visit was during covid, so its hard to write a review. Everyone there was welcoming and professional. Raz was able to match my color which was a different brand, and it looked perfect!

Jenna is phenomenal!! I have been coming to Jenna for about 3 years now and she NEVER disappoints. She is always keeping me current and I appreciate that she tells me the HONEST truth. I have been thru many hairstyles, all of which I have loved. I just really appreciate that she never gets stale and she keeps me coming back. I usually am done with a stylist after a couple years and I leave........NOT with Jenna, she’s a keeper!!The whole salon is awesome! I feel like I’m hanging with my friends when I’m there. Love Tina and Megan just the same!!

I visited the salon for the first time yesterday. I went in for a root touch up as my regular stylist could not accommodate my schedule. The front desk staff was welcoming. There was a sign listing all the first time clients with appointments yesterday. My stylist Tina was fantastic. She made me feel welcome. She took the right amount of time asking questions about my hair. She matched my color perfectly. The lather lounge is an experience not to be missed. Then Tina and her assistant both did my blow dry. I’ve never had 2 people blow dry my hair. I felt like a celebrity! She explained the products used, but was not high pressured about the sale. She never mentioned she is one of the co-owners! She also did not pressure me to become a regular client knowing this was my “plan b.” However, I was so impressed with my experience that I have booked my next appointment.

The salon atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so friendly. They work as a team and help each other out which I thought was amazing! I will be going back!

Maria is amazing, as always. And Roz, my new stylist since the loss of Lacy (sigh with sadness) was terrific. I especially appreciate the salon squeezing me in at 7:30 because of the closure. You guys are not just my stylists, youre my friends.

Absolutely love getting my hair cut and colored here. Found Megan a little under a year ago and I havent been disappointed. Three cuts and a color later, Ive found my new favorite place to go! The hair wash/massage is easily the best part! But everyone here is super friendly a helpful. Highly recommended.

I got my hair color with Andrea and I cannot be anymore happy with it! She is amazing! I went to a different salon to get my balayage re done and they completely messed up my hair color! Left me with uneven color and lines all through my hair. I was mortified to walk out of that salon. I made an appointment to see Andrea and she is a miracle worker! She fixed my hair and gave me such a fun fashion color that I was looking for. She was sweet and patient with me and kept my hair looking and feeling healthy! Will definitely be back to see her again!

Spent $400 for hair color that lasted 2 weeks. Specifically requested hair strengthening treatment prior to bleaching which was not done so about 1/3 of my hair broke.

Awful. I received treatment for a haircut and style and they ruined my hair. The stylist did not listen to my recommendations and did her style.
