Good experience so far. Ive had 3-4 adjustments on the fit but everyone is helpful. Jasmine is wonderful, very knowledgeable and professional.

Replacing an old worn out orthotic from my doctor. GF helped me with the right fit. I teach in a gym, so my shoes and feet are important. After a full week of use, great product. Very helpful sales staff.

I was having pain in my left foot when I came to this store. The consultant put me at ease and went through different products until she had the correct one. I was sold.

The young man who helped me was extremely nice and capable.My problem with my feet is hard calluses on the bottoms of both feet.The foot doctor has to keep them cut off. The arch supports cause worse pressure on them.A day or 2, I could not use the supports. Some days I can keep them in for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU GO!January 18, 2021 I went to The Good Feet Store because my feet had been bothering me for sometime. I have a history of plantar fasciitis and get a burning sensation in my upper arches when poorly supported. I thought I was walking into a shoe store. I had no idea it was inserts. That was my fault. Once I realized it and the salesman, Jason, quickly informed me of the process, it all happened sort of fast. He was efficient, thorough and took time trying three sets on me. We never discussed price, so I was a bit shocked at the register, again my fault. Nor did he inform me there was no return policy. Instead, told me there was a 90 day trial period and he would be calling in a week to check on me.My complaints:1. No Call from him yet (3 months later)2. The squeaking he assured me would go away hasnt.3. My left foot definitely does slip, even though he told me it was just a sensation.4. I cannot wear the inserts in my leisure shoes. Ive ripped the insoles out of three pair to find it makes my shoes far too tight and uncomfortable.5. I spent a good deal of money on inserts I can only wear in the shoes I had on that day, which I may wear two hours a day, three days a week. In those shoes, I do feel my posture is better and YES, my feet feel considerably better. However, I think maybe a different set, more interchangeable for daily wear would have been best.Had I researched further, I likely would have just bought a new pair of running shoes, which I did a week later, and the problem was solved.Do your due diligence and get informed, then try them. You may love them.

My husband Scott suffered from extreme foot pain when he would take his shoes off and walk across our floor, whether it was the carpet or hardwood floor. This would happen after sitting in his recliner. He says it felt like he was walking on needles. His toes were curling under and it hurt to take a full step. I have been wearing inserts from The Good Feet Store since December, 2018. It amazes me that just having these inserts in my shoes makes my balance so much better. I love how they fit in all my shoes, whether tennis shoes, sandals, flip flops, even slippers. One day I wore a pair of shoes that didnt have the inserts in them, and my arches immediately started bothering me. Ill never be without these inserts again! Also, the people working there are always professional and very helpful. Im so glad my friend told me about them.

Love my Good Feet arch supports. Have had them for years and still love them. They have improved my balance significantly and reduced foot aches and pains. Yes they really work!

Allow me to explain why I give this business a 1 star review. The purpose of this store is to assist customers with either painful or medical ailments dealing with the feet by using insoles in your shoes. The staff explain to you multiple things about the inserts being able to help in a variety of ways. They have you step on a pad to get a print of your foot however it seems they only use this for sizing as they use the same basic insoles in most cases it seems. The cost of these insoles is a nonrefundable upwards of $200-$300. Of which they have you finance through a credit card at a 12% interest rate which is insane. they do say they will work with you for 30 days to make sure its right. I am out $900 because I believed these insoles could help my feet feel less pain at and after work. I was told they would. They did not, and it has been the case for others. Unless you have the money to throw away I suggest heavily not to use this service.

I purchased inserts from the Good Feet Store in January 2020. They do not work for me. I have been back several times and each time they give me some more inserts that do not work. None of the inserts work for me, in fact they made my feet worse. There is something very important they dont tell you when you first go in is that there is NO REFUND. Now I am stuck with over $900 inserts that do not work for me. Please make sure it works for you before you purchase.

The inserts I purchased for planters faciatis did not work for me,after using them my foot hurt worse and the other foot that hadn’t bothered me and my back hurt,I ask for some reimbursement they said could not reimburse anything because the 90 days was not up,said after 90 days if the insoles didn’t help I would not be left paying the full bill,they adjusted with another insole,same results,I went by the store and they said then that they could not reimburse me anything because it was past 90 days.So I’m out $900 for insoles that make my feet and back hurt if I would wear them.

Going to the Good Feet store has made a great difference in my feet. My feet no longer hurt and I can do all the activities I want to do and not worry about anything. I am very happy with my visit to The Good Feet Store!

My daughter Elizabeth Is walking because of The Good Feet Store. She is on her feet 8 hours a day, and it had taken its toll. She was fearful that she would have to take disability retirement until I suggested that she go to The Good Feet Store in Shreveport to see what they could do. I was a bit dismayed by the price until I saw first hand what the custom arch supports have done for her. Their very helpful and experienced personnel have made it possible for her to walk without pain for most of the day. Near the end of her shift, she switches out to the less demanding supports and is able to finish her day. She no longer has crying spells over the pain. Yes, the arch supports are worth the price and The Good Feet Store stands by their product.

My visit to the store in Shreveport was a disappointment in every aspect other than being greeted by very friendly personnel. There is a balance test of sorts and I was told my alignment was so bad and then proceeded to tell me that this was the answer to all my aches and pains. They are well schooled on their script and when you truly have had problems for so long, it gave me hope to say the least. I did discuss my doubts but he said they have NEVER “not worked” on anyone. When pressed, he assured me it was the truth and how they had helped him also. To seal the deal he was special ordering a pair of their best tennis shoes for me. I would never tell you how much money they rooked me for.They did not work for me, they wouldn’t return my calls, never got the special ordered shoes and certainly didn’t get any money refunded. Their 12 month special financing went directly to Wells Fargo so you can’t get anything refunded! Trips into the store were met with employees that obviously had dealt with people just like me. Believe me, their script was just as tailor made as the one I got when I was first there. I think it’s possible they may work for some people but don’t think they will ever work with you when you have a problem or question. That’s where they draw the line.I am an actual customer who found myself in the unfortunate situation of doing business with these people.

We purchased supports for my son, Justin, a week ago today. He was having trouble running in athletics and stayed sore a lot. Thus far he seems to be walking & running more briskly and less complaining. We want to say thank you to Daniel at the Shreveport, LA store for all your help, efforts and support!

My husbands inserts have been good for him, but mine were not. We went back in and they did give me another pair. Unfortunately, they hurt my feet. These are very expensive AND there are no refunds. Be very careful and sure before you make this purchase. Also, be ready for a hard sell. I would encourage anyone to not make a decision the same day. Let me repeat that they are very expensive.

I have suffered with Rheumatoid arthritis for 37 yrs. Anyone that knows me will tell you theyve never seen feet in such bad shape. My son and I had seen commercials about your store, and he decided to bring me there. Alan was the store representative that waited on us. He was very caring and patient . In 2008 I had a bad horse accident which resulted in a broken tib/fib and a powdered ankle. I had several operations, a bone graph, screws and plates over a period of years. The end result was a fused ankle with screws, a body out of line with my right leg being shorter and painful arthritis. I have tried many many shoes and insoles. My husband insisted on me trying the good feet store approximately a year ago. I have now worn my inserts for close to a year and have had great results. I wear the inserts daily all day. I am on my feet and wear them in my tennis shoes (Brooks) while working. I can also wear them in my casual shoes being flats, sandals and boots. They have allowed me to have a bigger choice of shoes. The best part of this process has been the stability! I don’t stumble like I did before wearing them. The inserts have helped strengthen my ankle and also has lined up my spine giving me no more back pain. I bought a bicycle and now feel like riding with my grand daughter. From the time I walked in the store I have had nothing but great support from the staff! Daniel Patrick helped me adjust and find the shoes I needed for the best comfort. I recommend asking for Daniel in the Shreveport store and he can help you out.. the only thing I regret is not going to them a lot sooner! This process for me was not a overnight quick fix. With my condition I had to work up to each insert and stick with the plan. You will receive a step by step plan of how many hours a day to wear each support and depending on your problem it could take a little longer to get you to a good end result. Don’t give up and follow their guide!

I’ve been wearing the inserts from The Good Feet store for about 15 years and they are wonderful. The support they give effects balance and proper posture. They have made a world of difference for me.The inserts and pads may seem a little pricy, but keep in mind this isn’t discount store junk. These people know how to properly identify your problem areas and match you with the products that will fit you best and help the most.Stopped in to get some of the cushions. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase experience.

I was very disappointed in my visit. I’m not sure who I worked with but the visit was unsuccessful. I didn’t understand the support very well. All they wanted was my money.

They sit you down and sell hard from the moment you walk in. The inserts do help for a while, them your feet start burning. Although they promise to call and follow up with you, I have yet to be called and questioned on how I am doing. It isnt quite a hype, but it is close to it.

Recently brought my mother to the good feet store because she has had terrible foot and knee pain for years. We didn’t know what to expect going in, but Daniel, our consultant greeted us with a smile. He showed us everything they had to offer as well as explained how the arch supports she could put in all of her shoes would help her pain. It has been a few weeks, and my mother’s foot and knee pain has dropped significantly. I’ve told everyone I know to go to the good feet store. It has changed my moms life.

Felt like the guy helping us was a used car sales man, when I ask how much you Do not tell the person hold on let me finish telling you about it is rude, why so nervous to say because 329 dollars is rediculouse for arch supports that hurt her feet and made the lady feel as if she was about yo fall back. Just wasted $1,095 on inserts that didnt work at all. Customer service after the sale is non-existent. No one ever called me for a follow-up. Called about the inserts making a squeaking noise in my shoes and was told to use baby powder. Still have horrible foot pain and out $1,095. Going back to my podiatrist.
