The lady at the front desk was friendly and attentive. The nail tech who did my pedicure was careful and happy to explain when I had questions about the services they provide.

I have been coming to this location for about a year always do a great job here. Summer is awesome and pricing is reasonable.

So I got the call that Fred Flintstone wanted his feet back. 😁 Ever waited way too long for a pedicure? Well I did. This poor girl gave me a standard pedicure, but worked a miracle. I feel human again. I gave her a $10 tip. Probably should have been more. I would take a picture, but my feet look crazy even when theyre done. Lol

I like luxury nails, the staff tries to be attentive to the customer, however the last time I was there the wait was ridiculously long over 45 minutes. Good place overall.

When I first arrived I thought, this place is nice and the fact I didnt have to wait to be seen was awesome. They had me in and out, but the reason I cant give 5 stars is because they DID NOT do my nails correctly. Nails are supposed to have an natural curve to them and the 3 I had to have fixed are flat like boards. I would have have asked asked to have them fixed but I had another engagement. I will be calling there tomorrow however to see if I can have them fixed, so Ill let you guys no.

This place goes above and beyond with every person that works here!! Summer and Jenny usually take care of me and they do a phenomenal job every time that leaves me with a smile when Im walking out. Everything is clean and sterile, my nails come out exactly as I ask, and theres always strangers in the chairs next to us that become our friends by the end of our appointments. Ive been coming here for a year now and refuse to go anywhere else. They are THE BEST!! THANK YOU!!

I was excited to arrive for my mani/pedi. Until, I arrived ... on the surface the place is clean and pleasing to the eye. When I arrived the ladies tried to send me off, but I had called beforehand. I stayed because I was given a gift card for Christmas. The lady who took care of me was nice and new. The clearly more seasoned ladies wanted nothing to do with me. One even frowned at me. Please note that I’m intentional about about maintaining a clean and presentable appearance. They were very, very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted... I won’t return.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon today. I got a manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. My pedicure included exfoliator which is always a plus. The ladies working were lovely. I will be back!

I paid 45 dollars for a gel no chip full set, no problem. They paint the polish so far from the cuticle it looks like I need a fill in two days later. I asked to change the color after one hand was done and was told I couldn’t so they chose to paint over old color. Not worth the price for the quality of the nails.

Lidia was great! The whole team did our nails perfectly. My two daughters and I happened to be in OP and had some time free up. We walked in with no appointments and thankfully we were able to be taken care of immediately. Well be back!

So I walked in today which is a Saturday, the lady asked if I had a appointment I said no, she then said that they only do appointments. I said that’s a lie because I come all the time without a appointment. Not to mention it was only 3 people n the shop. She then asked me if I could wait 45mins I said yes. So I walked over where the seating area was. I then asked her if I can sit n a chair just to soak my feet while I’m waiting. The lady that’s n charge then said I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT !!!YOU HAVE TO WAIT!!! After that she goes oooo sorry we actually have someone else coming in at 1:00 for an appointment so it’s gonna be 2 hours the wait time. I just walked right out the door. I won’t do business with them ever again!

They do an okay job. Not very spectacular in my opinion . Upset because I’ve been coming there since they opened. I’m pretty sure I’m one of their first customers. They aren’t the friendliest. They sometimes have a look like they really don’t wanna do my nails. The guy there his hands always feel gross like he never washes them, idk. The list goes on and on. They could do a poor job, see me trying to fix it and they start talking about me. I put google translate on for that!! Rude, and still expect a tip. Tips are for good service not just for getting the job out the way... but hey try for yourself!

Made an appointment for my gf and i to get a manicure together and just to get there and be asked to sit and wait for her and the lady behind us(who didnt have and appointment) to be done before i can get mine. Shocking.. my suggestion just walk in there, theres no point on making an appointment if they arent going to go by them..

Nails came out okay. The girl’s customer service that did my nails was okay. The owner was very helpful with finding a color for me! I didn’t like however that they charge for every little thing . $5 to take off no chip. $3 for using the good regular nail polish. 😒

Best pedicure experience Ive ever had! Susan was sooo amazing and attentive to my needs. She was very careful and reassured me if I didnt like anything to let her know. I havent got my toes done in so long due to being on chemo and she made sure to enjoy myself here!

Very very poor service. Staff is extremely rude and treat you like a chore ! I will never go back. 30$ for a pedicure that consisted of no filing zero cuticle removal and a poor paint job. Tara was the nail tech I had, she was very rude and talked to me with an attitude behind her mask the entire time. Horrible experience! Do not waste your $ or time

At first when I went in there on Easter they was nice. Today was my second time, going I ask for a pedicure and manicure I really didn’t need pedicure I just need a fixed my polish on toe. I told the lady that once the other people came in. They got mad because I told again I didn’t want the pedicure I just want you to fix the polish on my toe and get my nail done. Anne made my nail bumpy and shaped etc.

Cherry is very gentle and thorough. Clean environment. I did not feel at all rushed.

Tara was wonderful. I came in for a no-chip mani & pedi. She was quick and precise. The salon is very clean, calm & relaxing. I wouldve given them a perfect score but the massage chair I used didnt work very well. I always look forward to that. But overall a great experience. I will be returning.

Not a good experience here. Staff is very impersonal. The person I had was actually rude and said “what ever” when I tried to communicate my concerns. I suggest Welcome Spa down the street for a much more professional experience.

The first time I went here my mani and pedi were great and the service was okay. The second time was only decent and the service was awful. They joke about the customers in their language making comments and laughing especially the two old bitter women with bad skin. Dont waste your money. You can go anywhere and get bad service.

Rushed through my pedicure. When it was time for my mani, I was told that I needed to pick a new polish as the one I selected ran out. They didnt have another and told me it was discontinued. Found the same polish online at several places. They have different prices for different basic polish. Thought I found a new nail spot, but its very typical. I wont be back.

Terrible service .so today i went too this nail salon with my aunt as soon as we got in we said that we wanted fake nails so they told us too pick our colors we sat down they cut our nails and put lotion on our hands they made us prepay then they where about too paint out nails when we said we wanted acrylics they called the manager &’ she had a terrible attitude kept rolling her eyes and looking at us making faces at us &’ she just said we got what we got so we paid 15 dollars for them too just cut our nails && i give it no stars .

Extremely disappointed. My daughter had fill ins and they cut her nails without her requesting it and charge the extra for cutting and nail polish. Did not get charged the price we were quoted. She didnt want her nails cut but they did it anyway and cut them too and Im even. Im very sad that this did not work out I like to support local businesses .

If youre looking for a place with talented artist for acrylics and dipping powder…. Avoid this business. I walked out with uneven nails. The technician rushed through the dipping manicure and after several corrections from me about the unevenness it still was never fixed. And to add the cherry on top, the technician was rude with me when i accidentally rubbed my top coat. As if was the end of the world that she had to redo one nail. Isnt that what your serviced to do! Its such a shame because it is a nice shop in a great location… but its nothing without patient talented artist who care about their customers.
