This is the one and only nails salon I go to. You get what you pay for, (ask for prices, they’ll break it down for you). Very busy spot though, always worth the wait.3-5 week lasting dip powder/shellac/acrylic nails. Nail techs here are amazingly creative and artistic. Literally everyone is good at what they do. They will explain what products are good for your needs

I’ve been going here for about a year and have never been disappointed. I am extremely happy with the quality of my nails and the service I receive every time! Although I typically always have an appointment, they do a great job at accommodating walk ins. My nails always last 3+ weeks and have never had an issue with chipping or loosing a nail. My nail tech is able to copy every reference picture I show her perfectly! I have included some pictures for reference.

This is the best nails spa hands down!!! I usually make an appointment because they are busy and I am picky about who does my nails. They are always kind. I was an avid nail biter and since coming here and doing dip my nails looks fantastic now. They are clean and their prices are super reasonable for the services I get.

This nail salon is the best in the game. I have never been disappointed when leaving from here and my dip/shellac last more then 2 weeks. They do a very good job accommodating walk-ins and do an excellent job keeping the salon clean and professional. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails. :)

Twan and Ruby took this place over 5 years ago and have done an amazing job since then. My nails are always perfect! They last me 4 weeks and look just as amazing at week 4 as they did week one. I drive out of my way to come to this job and get my nails done. The service is always amazing and the shop always looks clean and tidy. I am shocked at the negative reviews considering anyone who comes to this shop always falls in love.

I got the shellac hand nails and normal pedi for $55 without tip.It was my first time here and I made an appointment in advance for 11:30am. When I arrived the guy up front pointed to an Indian lady to indicate I was with her. Throughout the whole process I felt very rushed. She kept looking towards the door and you could tell that she was in a hurry. Next thing I know there was another customer who came in and she told her that she was almost done with me and to have a seat. Even when she was checking me out she was obviously stressed as true credit card reader was taking a while to work. Overall this experience confirmed that I or the other customer was squeezed in at the same time frame.I will not be back…

It’s a total rip off and I’m no longer a customer there. After I started asking for a breakdown of what I’m being charged for, Things got weird there. Also, watch how they disinfect their tools and foot spa tub, they don’t. I’m doing my due diligence on my part and letting whomever is reading this to be aware and ready, so you’re not being overcharged. I don’t want you to be disappointed at the end. You should have a smile on your face after treating yourself for the day.Self-care is a chance for relaxation and renewal of mind, body and of course hands/feet and nails.Good Day People!

1. No value for customers time- kept waiting 1 hr even after the appointment. This was not the first time this happen.2. No respect- everyone there is very rude as they dont have time to greet or talk nicely with customer. Its because they really dont care if one customer is not happy they have many people coming thats the attitude they have.3. Even my friends complaint how do u go to this place when people are so rude. I continued going, until last week I got something done and it would not be done correct the employe tried to fix her work. I did say it is not good n not neat. She just said once u wash ur hands it will be fine. Of course I went home thinking it will be good. Once I went home I did not like it at all felt like nails were done at home not by a professional. If I am paying like 50$ I need some satisfaction n happy to see them. I could not wait to call them and ask if they can do something to fix it. She asked me to come over, once I went there showed her she is like I have to change you 20$ more to fix if. I did not argue and got it fixed as wanted myself to feel happy looking at my nails. Everyone kept talking in their language talking about me.The lady who redid mine would not even talk. I was not getting the fix done for free right? now why do they have to be rude like that. At checkout no talk no respect. I could not stop to ask are you not happy with your customers ? No response just ignore and after asking her again she said you are not happy. I said if after paying so much and the work done is not good what am I suppose to do. I walked out feeling so horrible and disrespectful. Giving them so much of business still one time getting fixed and paying again for it people behave so rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone again.They think they will not loose anything by loosing a customer thats the attitude they carry. No respect of peoples time and money.

You pay for what you get, and let me tell you, their prices might be 5$ more than anywhere else you go but these people ALWAYS deliver when it comes to making sure your nails not only look good but LAST FOR A WHILE. Thats my number one reason for always coming back. When I get my nails done at other nail salons, they dont even make it past two weeks without chipping or cracking (I do dip too!). At unlimited, they always last me AT LEAST 3 WEEKS. So you are actually saving money in the long run. I dont know how they do it but this place is 20 mins away from me and I will drive here rather than go to the 3 nail salons closer to my house.

I have been getting my nails done here for the past several years, but the place is getting dirty and the good nail specialists are replaced with novice ones. My gel nail did not last even one week. This was the worst experience ever. I will never go to Unlimited Nailspa again.

I’ve been going to this place for many years, but I will not go there anymore, they’ve became worse and worse, they keep changing their employees Bc the place is run by the owner and his wife, they are rude with communicating, they mix their products with cheap material, they make you wait past the appointment time, and switch your appointment employee that u request for, they keep playing with the prices, and they are not clean lately, and when u ask them for a detail their responses are rude, I pay good tip but I expect a professional job ! Last time I did my nails the manicure chipped in the corners in two days. I went back to fix it and they wanted to charge me again, it was only two days after I got my nails done and I have acrylic nails which shouldn’t happen within two days .. worst job ever I won’t go there anymore.

I have went here before and had two amazing nail techs! NO PROBLEMS AT ALL JUST GOT THE MANI AND PEDI! I went July 10th and I went in knowing around how much I was going to spend the bill was unbelievable! I knew I was paying $86 another $36 and somehow my nails made it up to $180. The person who did my nails hurt me so bad that I started bleeding when he was doing my nails, he saw and said I was stressing him out! He also was being very sexist towards me! Saying that men the head of household otherwise there will be problems! Legit sitting here waiting for it to be over! I have uploaded pictures, hopefully I will not get an infection but it is poor quality and I know this is my last time going here! Also, he didnt give me a copy of my receipt so I feel like something is fishy. I did call back and ask for a refund and they said no,,, they said they will give me a new set! No thanks! I just asked him if they can remove my nails with ANOTHER tech! And made sure the one who did my nails did not and will not speak to me again! For a description of the man he was tall, slim and wore a dress shirt! I dont know if he was having a bad day or anything but I have went to other salons before! A friend recommended this salon and my 1st time experience was amazing I was willing to make this my go to nail salon. It just wont happen! I got acrylic nails - regular coffin shape... and a regular pedicure

I’ve always had good experiences at Unlimited! They take walk-ins and always fit me in to their schedule. Everyone who has done my nails here has done a great job, but Mimi’s are exceptional! She always shapes my nails perfectly and the dip powder lasts for several weeks without chipping. Excellent service!

I had such a good experience. My toes were serviced so good!! I had so much dead skin and she got it all off. Her name is Mimi. She filed my toes soooo good and square. Everything was even. She didn’t cut me with the drill and my toes and nails were so cute! This definitely will be my new spot. It’s worth the time and money! She was so warm and accommodating. I live in Like 30 min away, but this will most def be my new nail and feet spot! 🥰

I’ve been coming to unlimited nails for years now, even before the current owners ran it. The last two times i’ve came have been awful to say the least. First of all, they rip you off. They price things differently every single time i go, and i always get the same thing. Next, if you have an appointment, good luck getting your service done at that time, expect an hour wait. Next, everytime i get my acrylics done, they don’t push back the cuticle nor put the acrylic all the way to the cuticle so it looks like my acrylic is already grown out even when i just got it done. It’s ridiculous, they are scammers who don’t care about their loyal customers, just care about their money. They speed up services and them not taking their time makes the job look horrible. The owner is rude, and his wife is 10x ruder. They shouldn’t run a business when they obviously aren’t capable of doing so. There is some nail techs there that are nice and do a good job but because of my last two experiences, they lost my business and the business of my friends and family. They are also not sterile and use dirty tools on different customers

Only been here twice, and so far I really like it! I appreciate how the nail technicians (the ones i’ve had) make sure they understand what you want, they’ll make sample colors on nail tips to make sure you know what color you want. I get dip so the powder color is usually kind of different once it’s on the nail. Clean place, pretty large, so far so good :)

Well staffed, well organized, good work. Most all the staff is friendly, except for one man, not sure who, but he answers the phone alot. He is curt, rude and unfriendly. My group almost canceled our appointments because of the manner in which he spoke to me on the phone. Ive had this happen twice. Lots of nail places around. His sarcastic, demeaning tone creates a negative expectation of customer service. Why should anyone want to go there after being spoken down to on the phone?

I got MiMi today for a nail repair and standard pedicure. The pedicure was good and as expected. I had to fix my pointer finger nail, because I broke it. It needed a tip and then acrylic overlay and needed to remain clear and not painted because Im getting surgery and they didnt want polish on my finger so we came up with this cute little snowman. She did a great job!!

I highly recommend Liana!! I’ve had other nail techs here and none do nails as good as her. She always does an amazing job and is very accommodating to your needs. She’s very kind and talented!!

Took a group of coworkers here for a relaxing Sunday. The atmosphere, service, quality was excellent. Na, Rudy, Leanna were extremely accommodating for a group of 5 people, 4 of which who had never had a pedicure before.Would recommend to anyone!

I usually schedule my appointments about 3 weeks before I need to receive my services. They have poor cleaning and I never see them sanitize the chairs and the tools they need to use with everyone or they never sanitize their hands and they usually grab all the things from customers including shoes and they never wear gloves or wash their hands. We also have to wait a long time because they never finish with clients on time. The owners wife IS SO ANNOYING AND RUDE all the time and she does her job and answers the phone unprofessionally. 🤨🤦🏻‍♀️🙄👎🏻

I got a full set here and my experience was awful it was cheaply done but costed 45 dollars not even a week later nails five had fallen off so.. I called the manager and explained to him what type of awful experience I had he told me they would take me in at 3 and I said I would be there. When I got there at three he told me that I didnt make an appointment. We asked for our 45 dollars back and he said no they cant do it. My teenage daughter came in with her friend and this is how they treated her and her friend. The place is dusty and advertises high quality work on their instagram page when in reality its nothing like that.

It was hard for me to find a place that did a good job and where I felt comfortable asking for what I wanted. This place is it. The prices might be a little higher and you might have to wait a while during their busy hours, but to me it is worth it. Nam is fantastic. Hes gentle with the tools, takes his time, and is very accommodating. Being an active person with really flimsy natural nails means I tend to crack or chip my nails a lot (its my own fault, its not at all reflective of the job they do). Nam is always willing to help repair them whenever that happens.There is also a great bubble-tea place next door. I love getting a tea and sipping on it while I get my nails done.Ive only gotten one pedicure here, and I wasnt terribly impressed. But I would definitely recommend this place for any manicure needs.

I really like a lot of the techs here. They do such an awesome job and the price here is lower than some of the other places on the area. I have so far gotten acrylics, gel manicures, and a pedicure and Ive been happy with the results every time. The only minus I have is that there was one time my appointment felt kind of rushed, but that one appointment doesnt change all of the positive experiences Ive had here.

Pretty cold staff, cursory, inattentive, hurried manicure.Board said 15 dollar manicure and I was charged 20! A no polish mans manicure and I had to request my nails be buffed. Will never go back.

I used to like coming here but the past two times I’ve been here have been terrible. After tonight I will not be back. Worst nail job ever and the nail tech was unprofessional. I man that did my nails was saying VERY inappropriate things to me. He cut me and charged me more than I have have paid going here. The owner had to help him fix a nail and the owner was terrible himself. Even when it was not my fault for the mess up they charged me to get it fixed. VERY RUDE and I never leave reviews. Please take your money somewhere else.

Very Unprofessional! Made an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen! Then proceeded to give me scolding hot water for my pedicure. After waiting with a friend for another 15 min for someone to START our pedicure, no one arrived. Many customers were taken ahead of us and when confronted they said it was because I did not specify a nail tech so I would therefore have to be seen last! Even though I made an appointment ahead of time!Very slow nail techs! Not worth the price for the poor quality and unprofessional employees! Also no safeguards were put up since the recent COVID pandemic! No shields are between the nail techs or customers! The only thing they do is give u a squirt of hand sanitizer!

ALWAYS a great experience coming here. I’ve been to many nails salons in my life, and have found this one to be my absolute favorite. They are so sweet and have great attention to detail. Every technician I’ve seen has made my experience excellent. Recently brought my mom here to get her nails done for her birthday, and we arrived at 4:30pm on a Sunday. They closed at 5pm. They saw us and took their time with our nails. So much so, in fact, that my mom and I didn’t leave the salon until 6:30pm. They even thanked US for coming in and enduring a small wait for a technician. Thank you for the great experience! P.s. Mom was very happy!

Mediocre at best. Not very hygienic. I can’t verify 100% but it appeared acetone might be reused. A towel was used under my hands that was shaken so hard and so much powder/grossness flew out of it then used for me. I should have left then. The tools didn’t come out of a sanitized container/pouch/sanitizer machine. There was, and is still, polish all over my skin (I did a dip manicure). The gal did not smooth out the surface of the powder on my nail prior to shining it up so it’s all wavey. The polish was making my skin and nail stick together on most fingers. When I pointed it out she kept asking me if it was better as she was “fixing it”. If she can’t tell on her own, she shouldn’t be doing nails, especially since the answer was no. I definitely won’t be going back.Update: I went back to get my nails fixed today. When my mom said how bad they were I knew I needed to take care of it. The gal who did my nails very graciously redid them and apologized. She asked along the way to make sure I was happy. I was. The nail technician also asked me to remove my review many, many times. While she did fix my nails, the rest of my review still stands. I gladly will attest that they take feedback well and make it right though.I did add one more star to my review based on the update.

My favorite girl here is Mei. She is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time with my nails, remembers how I like them, and always has good conversation with me.

I have been going to this nail shop for a long time, and the only reason why I go is because they are nearby. But there service this soooooooo terrible!!!! Every time I go to there nail shop and I sign in it take like 30-50 minutes for someone to do my nails. Most of the time when I wait to get my nails done, people who where behind me get severed first. And if you really special to them they will skip all the other people on the list and just do your nails first when you havent even signed in. So all the other people that actually signed have to wait till theirs and opening sense the special person went before them. And did I mention that every time i leave there is always nail polish on my skin. I DO NOT like this nail shop, but the only reason I keep coming back is because I need my nails done.

People get irritated when there is a long wait, but it is usually because they dont have an appointment. Ive had my manicures last up to 4 weeks from Tuan, so I always ask for him. They are all great though. Worth the wait and worth paying for.

Took my girls here this evening for a treat. The nail techs treated them very well and understood, to a tee, what they were looking for. Thumbs up.I was told that their prices might be a tad higher than other places, but you get a lot of value for what you pay for.

The new owner did my nails and I have to say he did an amazing job!! I have been to a lot of different places and I would say he is the BEST nail tech by far!! Will definitely continue my business at Unlimited Nail Spa in Novi.

Its clean & the staff are all awesome

A little pricy, but love the workers. better at acrylic nails than toes, very clean and pretty place.
