Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I came in for a shellac manicure and the salon was very busy so I was told to wait. It seemed as if they forgot about me for a half hour so I asked the man that was working the front desk how long it would be. I got seated shortly after. I needed to have my previous shellac soaked off but instead the nail tech used his drill. Not only did he drill all of the shellac off (which you shouldn’t do because it thins the nail-which happened to me), he drilled into my actual nail (shown in the picture attached). So for that to go away, I have to wait for my nail to keep growing out. Mind you, I didn’t realize this at the time because I assumed he was a professional and knew was he was doing so I wasn’t paying much attention. Unfortunately, the nail tech did not speak English so things were not being understood correctly so I tried my best to be simple with what I was saying as to what I wanted for my manicure. I had showed him a picture of some thing that I wanted and he said he couldn’t do it…so then I asked for an OPI color instead. He wasn’t understanding and showed me the nail color samples. I ended up picking a color that looked completely different than it did on the sample (which I didn’t realize until he was completely done). I wish I had taken a picture of how my nails looked after but unfortunately I didn’t. It was such a poor job that I am actually traumatized from that appointment. Like I said, the salon was very busy and it seemed like they just wanted people in and out, so my appointment took about 25 minutes. I immediately left and went to my regular nail salon and when I showed them the job that was done, they were in shock. I got my shellac taken completely off and redone at my trustworthy salon. My regular nail tech told me that Tthe man that did my nails messed up my cuticles, drilled into my nail, thinned my nails, ruined my shape and overall did a horrible job and I couldn’t agree more. I am SO upset about this. I can’t believe how botched my nails were after a simple nail appointment. I truly don’t know how this place was so busy.

Called before I came in and asked if it would still be okay to walk in at 7pm even though they close 8pm. So I thought it would be okay but no. I got in the chair and the man, Tommy rushed everything. This are the thinest acrylic nails I’ve ever had. I should have never paid for them. It’s the worse when you pay money just for someone to rush you. Got in the chair 7;48pm and got out the chair 8:14pm with many customers still in the store. My thumb nail is bent from reaching in my purse to grab my keys, how is my acrylic bent!? Only my 2nd time coming and I’ll never come back.

Hi I just want to say the place it’s very nice and clean but the product that they used it’s not good so that’s what happened to me after two days done it by this place location

Good pedicure and manicure. Nice design on manicure. However did horrible job on toe nail design. Didn’t charge for it but ruined my toes for vacation.

Really wanted to like this place. Booking was easy. Decor really nice. The lady my youngest daughter had was really nice. The Mani my kids had was just not a mani. There was not even washing of hands, just painting finger nails over their seats. The Pedi was ok but the effort level was at most 10% of any other places wed been. Just seemed like we were on the way and so everything was either slopped together or not really done. No one really making sure we were happy. We were polite and they then advised theyd charge an extra 15 and I have no idea why. I wanted to get out of there so we paid the extra plus the tip they were asking for in cash and got out of there. It was supposed to be a relaxing opportunity for me and my girls but it just felt stressful and odd. Sorry. Really liked the one lady but its just not what a spa is supposed to be like. Really disappointed. No other spa would ever consider any of our services done or in line with industry standards and then expect to be paid, much less ask for more money at the end than what was agreed.

I went less than a week ago, got a manicure and pedicure. My nail tech rushed through both my nails and toes, I was done with both before my friend had even finished her pedicure. Now my celiac nails are chipping after barely 5 days and for the price I paid they should last atleast 2 weeks. Tried a new salon and learned my lesson, will not be returning and will be taking my business back to my old salon.

I love it there, very nice and very clean. They have you wash your before anything happens. Which is good, so no germs are spread. Very nice people and fast serves. I got my toes done. So when I put my feet in the water they ask me if it was to hot, so that was nice of them. I had ingrown toe nails that where bad, but the woman who did mine was very carefull and fixed my ingrowns. They did a very good paint job, so I am very happy of what the results were. I recommend coming to this place to have your toes done (I have no clue about hands though).

I am so happy I finally found a GOOD nail salon!! I’ve always gone to nail salons showing them pictures of what I’d want and never get it! But here I ALWAYS get the exact picture I ask for!! They are always so friendly welcoming and family like! It’s nice when they’re doing your nails they always ask you each step if you like it or not! They actually take their time and make sure it’s perfect! They are truly by far one of the best nail salons in Michigan! Thank you again Tom! You’re the best! 💖

1. They do a mediocre job at BEST on your nails2. For the price, not worth it3. They did my nails extremely thin to preserve product and I paid $90 for a fill in4. Be prepared to possibly serviced by someone who is extremely new and takes a VERY long time to do either a fill in or pedicure5. Worst part is many employees don’t even speak English so they, on multiple occasions, did not give me what I was asking for because they did not understand me

I really like this place when it opened. My nail tech was Vivian and she was good at first but after the pandemic it appeared that she was always rushing. She cut my hand on two different occasions while filing them. I ask her to slow down but she’s always nervous when the owner walks around. She and I did argue about her technique when using the dip powder. My finger was cut and she insisted on still trying to dip my finger in the dip powder. The manager on another occasion made people who were not getting two services wait for over an hour. People who were getting pedicures and manicures were put at the top of the list. When I ask him he said you have to get two services. Stay away this place is not following protocol.

Amy was wuick, friendly and my nails are perfect. I love this shop-in and out afyer a long day at work. I appreciated that.

Very nice place the guy who did my hands was nice just wished it wasnt so rushed I noticed little things like acrylic around my nails thay had to be filed off or my nails look un even from the side view

I really enjoyed the pedicure. The nail techs are very nice and thorough. The host/manager was very rude and unprofessional. My son requested a male tech (there were several). I was told, in broken English no less, that they dont do that and this is America. It was pretty ironic, I know where I am, as I was born here. It was a simple request and did not merit a condescending response. I will not be back.

Got in as a walk-in within a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that the nail tech cut me with nail file on my Left ring finger. Other than that, great service. Love my manicure!

My first time visit....William nail tech provided 💯outstanding service! I have a disability (stroke) on left arm/hand and William took extra care and in servicing me. My cuticles/nails look and feel wonderful! I highly recommend him and this business for outstanding services!! I will definitely be a repeat customer for a deluxe manicure/pedicure in the future.

Had an appointment. The technician was running late, so I got a pedicure while I waited. An hour and 10 minutes later, I go to check on the status to see my technician doing someone else’s nails.The manager then tells me that she came in just for me and can I wait. Thanks wait another 10 minutes. I have to leave to get to another appointment. To which I am told that next time I don’t make an appointment. Really? I’ve been a customer of this franchise for over 10 years (the owner also owns the location in Fairlane mall). Needless to say that I am looking for a new place with different ownership. I don’t blame my technician completely as I am sure that the manager made her take the other person. I’ve am shocked by the response.

Good and fast service. Staff is friendly. No excessive conversations in Vietnamese. I mention that because it often times makes customers uncomfortable. I will return for future services.

Came here 1 time and got a great pedicure. Returned here a 2nd time and received the worst pedicure that I’ve ever had. I will never come back here ever again. I got it less than 1 week ago and it’s already half chipped off. Toe nails are cut super uneven one nail even broke due to horrible cutting. Polish is super sloppy. Paid $30 for nothing. What a waste of money. Do not go here and take your chance with getting a bad nail technician not worth it.

I loved that my daughter and I was greeted upon entering plus plus. We didn’t have a wait, they started servicing us right away. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The environment was very inviting (can you say relaxation). My daughter and I have found a spot for our mommy daughter pamper day. We was very pleased 🤗 they made the smile on my daughter’s face brighter, she felt like a little princess. Thank you all, we will be back 💃🏽🥰

Biggest scammers ever, lady took $20 tip off my card without asking, telling me my daughter had something extra done what wasn’t true. Later on they claimed it’s their new policy or prices. Make sure you have in writing what they will do for how much!

Nail tech could not deliever on design. Manager tried arguing that the tech does nails all the time. She even told my daughter that she couldn’t do the design. Tried making my pay full prices.

WARNING:I went to get my lip and chin waxed Sunday. I had a burning sensation immediately after she waxed me. I didn’t think nothing of it I thought maybe maybe the wax was too hot or something. The very next morning 2 big scabs on my top lip and on the side. She waxed some areas where there wasn’t any hair and my skin was ripped off. I went back up to salon and showed this older gentleman that works there what happened. He was rude brushed it off and blamed my skin type for the two scars. Offered no apologies and told me to rub Vaseline on it then walked away. I have been waxed for years and this has never happened! The lack of customer service is what made me decide not to get the $300 gift card I was going to buy for my daughters to enjoy some beauty services. A typical response I was hoping for them to do better but... nope. The lady that waxed me name is Anna (I believe) and she was super nice just doesn’t know how to wax properly.

The quality of service was not the best for the price. The website and the menu will have one price but what they charge is different. We wanted the medi pedi for 45 each which would have been 90 but we ended up paying 150. They dont inform you of the added details until after they start. Also the polish wasnt smooth and after drying you can where they missed spots.

AWFUL! The lady was kind but messed mynails up. Wanted to get simple cow print and it looked bad so I asked her to change it and the marble she did was nice but then came to the hotelim staying at and it is PEELING! Never have had gel nail polish peel...never going back.

I got a pedicure here for a girls spa day and they did a good job. Its a beautiful space but beware the prices. They add an extra 20 dollars to any service if you get shellac or dip and thats outrageous. So wont be back.

Deluxe Nail Salon provides 1st class customer service. The staff is customer friendly.Jimmy is one of there many techs who provide great service. I was very satisfied with the pedicure and manicure. Social distancing is phenomenal and taken seriously.

This place has outrageous prices, the service isnt worth it. After only a week one acrylic nail fell off for no reason. The second you walk in the staff is already rushing you around and they charge way too much. Your better off going somewhere else.

Beautiful salon and great service. My friend and I went together and they made it feel like a party for the two of us with complimentary wine. I have been coming here for quite awhile now. I drive from Belleville, but it’s definitely worth it!! Everybody is so nice and welcoming. I typically come in the morning when they first open Up so there’s no wait. I get in, and get out. I don’t feel rushed at all!!! I will continue to drive that 40 mins! Definitely the best service hands down!

William was wonderful! Best pedicure i ever had!

My nails were even to begin with but a bit longer than I wanted. The man who did my nails cut them uneven and two of them too short and kept filing them to the point it really hurt and I asked him to stop. He took multiple calls and the paint job, too, is a complete mess. The paint, even two days later, remains on my cuticles which are pushed up and showing. The paint is chunky and there were holes on two of the nails the night of the first day. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years and it’s never been this bad. I got a manicure and my friend got a pedicure and I don’t even have the heart to tell her it looks pretty bad. It is a really nice facility so I hope they start using gloves and do a better job. I am removing this nail polish tonight because I can’t go to another day of work with this.

My personal experience was great! Clean, fast service. Everyone was nice. Did a walk in and was welcomed with a smile. Waited for my girlfriend at their bar area and had champagne! I got a shellac pedicure and shellac manicure. The shellac on my nails is still on and I got them done before Nov 11th!! Shellac on one toe on each foot chipped off during the first week, that’s why I did 4/5 stars, normally my toes last far beyond my nails. Looking forward to going back tomorrow. 🙂

I came in at 10:03am on Christmas Eve. I told the only woman working that I was looking to get my acrylics removed and wanted a regular manicure after, but I would need to be out within an hour, so I could work my shift in another part of the mall at 11:00am. She agreed and managed to get me out just in time and was very friendly despite the rapid influx of customers coming in with only her on the floor—I could see the panic on her face! Great service, and I will hopefully have the chance to come again.

The guy that greet people at the front door is extremely unprofessional! He’s rude and will be the cause of tons of lost business. Sadly I think he’s the manager! I like my nail tech but he is the reason I will never go back.

Paid for the deluxe pedicure thinking it would be great, well it wasn’t worth 5.00 she cut my toe nails with cuticle cutters and then never even filed them the ends of my toenails were pointy, no foot message or leg massage she slapped on some cream and walked away for a few minutes that was supposedly the leg mask. All I can say is Jip Job!!! Will never go back waste of 38.00

I will never go here again. My sister wanted her fake nails that she got from there previously, removed. They asked her if she wanted new ones, to which she said no thank you. They sat her down and left her for an hour, with no one helping her since it would only be 5 bucks to remove. Occasionally a worker would ask if she wanted another set to which she still said no. Finally she had enough and threated to walk out, to which then someone took care of her. Then they had the gall to ask for a tip, which she replied heres a tip, treat your customers better and dont have them wait an hour in the chair. She paid and we left. If you want good customer serivce DO NOT COME HERE.

Ken was great with a manicure. I had a full set applied today and the tech did not file them down. They look big and bulky, she knicked me 3 times in my cuticles, and too top it off when I got home under my nail began throbbing, she cut me. She appeared rushed and more rngaged talking with her coworkers.

They can do Pink & White, Ombré, nail designs, Shellac...whatever you want they do!I have been coming to my nail tech Henry for almost 8 years and he ALWAYS does amazing work!!And the Pedicures.... let me tell you they are BEYONE AMAZING! The chairs themselves will have you feeling you like you are in heaven!You should come over and see them, they are on the bottom level of Twelve Oaks Mall across from the food court...right night to JCPenney!!!YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!And when you go...stop by and tell Henry I sent ya 😉
