I got pedicure and nail polish color change. Did excellent job with nail polish change. Great service. Very clean. Parking easily available. Quick call to reserve will be smart but they accept walk ins.

They have an extensive selection of colors, excellent customer service, talented manicurists who do beautiful design work, maintain a very clean and friendly environment and every mani Ive gotten has lasted until my nails just grew too much. Never any chipping or peeling.I highly recommend Tulip Nail & Spa!!

This is a really nice nail salon. I love going here. The only reason Im giving only 4 stars is because everyone else and their mother seem to love going here. Ive been turned away because they didnt have any availability more than once. Definitely have to make an appointment!

I randomly stopped at this place because the place I usually go couldn’t get me in. They were able to accommodate me without an appointment and this was the *best* experience I’ve had at a nail salon. Lots of color options, clean, and the man who did my nails paid close attention to make sure my nails were all the same shape, even, did three coats. It was about $5 more expensive, but completely worth it!

This spa is amazing! Had my first ever pedicure and it was incredible. Clean and welcoming, with a friendly staff. Went during the pandemic and their safety protocols were strictly followed as well. Great value too! My wife and I were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended!

Bebe was fantastic! Randomly came here today for the first time and they had a last minute cancellation so I was able to get a manicure done. Ive never received a manicure where they dont cut me at least once until today!! My cuticles were trashed and she cleaned them right up. Polish was very neat and applied will. Their color selection is good and so organized compared to other places. I would definitely come back here again.

Best nail salon by far! I have gone to other salons when I haven’t been able to go here and I have always regret it afterwards. They always do such a nice job and are very clean. Definitely worth giving them a try.

I love this place! it is very clean and the customer service is awesome. The staffs are so friendly. I usually got my shellac done and it lasts so much longer compared to other places that I have tried. They have great selection of colors. You can easily find the matching for shellac and regular. They are also pretty good at time management. I would highly recommend to call in advance to make an appointment though.

I love this nail salon! I moved 20 miles from this place and have been desperately trying to find a salon closer that i like. I’ve felt like I’ve found a new salon, only to discover that it was just one nail tech that did a great job. What I like about Tulip is the consistency! It doesn’t matter who does my nails, I’m always happy with how they look and how long my gel manicure lasts. And the pedicures are great too! If you call to make a reservation (which I recommend), don’t give up if you can’t get through. The lines are very busy sometimes, but they will answer if you persevere! You can also make an appointment online and they will get back to you very quickly to confirm or make a slight adjustment.

HORRIBLE!!! Visited based on word of mouth from a friend. Extremely unhappy. I went for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. She asked me how the water for my pedi was. I told her the water was too hot and she kept telling me to put my feet in anyways because I would get used to it. I should not have to explain that my medication thins my skin. I am not telling her that. She told an old lady that too. I just heard the poor lady say...yeah it was comfortable after I got used to the scalding. Seriously? This place can not be licensed. The same woman made several jokes throughout how hot the water was but the girl just laughed and kept putting her feet in.During the manicure the same girl kept moving my hand and arm-without saying a word to me-into an uncomfortable position I kept moving it back and told her that was uncomfortable but she continued to do it until I finally told her not to touch me again. I’m not sure if you can tell from the pictures but she did not go all the way back to my cuticle which is one way that salons get you to come back sooner because they don’t cover your complete nail. I also don’t know if you can tell from the picture but my nails are quite an even especially from one hand to the other. That was another thing she did was she did not ask me how I wanted them filed for the length of my cut she just started cutting. I will never be back I will never trust my friends reviews again LOLI just wanted to add that my friends have even noticed the color is off...does not match the toes which are supposed to be same color. Seems like they watered it down, every nail is a different length and shape that you can probably see from the photos. Going elsewhere to have it fixed. Please don’t waster your time and money!

I went to Tulips today for a fill while in the area and they did a FABULOUS job! I don’t leave reviews often but they deserve 5 stars. I will totally be driving the extra distance to go back here for a regular fill.

I went in for a fill in for the first time and the nail tech cut my fingers with the nail drill 4 times. Im very upset, no apology and I had to pay full price.Extremely upset. Its not worth it to go here and risk infection.

I never write reviews however everyone I told about my experiance said I should warn others..I was so excited to try this place out, I loved the ambiance and they had decent reviews. However once I got my nails done it was a disaster. I told her what I wanted and she did almost the complete opposite and once she started she told other workers to come over and they were all laughing at my nails.. Then once I saw what she had done I very kindly told her I could not have my nails like this and to please take it off. She did not want to, I had to ask three times. Not to mention the color was NOT the color I picked out on the swatches. Color changing thats a scam. Along with the fact that it was supposed to be a fill for $35(stated on their website), I understand a little upcharge of maybe $5-$10 however once I got up to the counter to pay she told me $50... (before tip) At this point I just wanted to be done. I hated my nails and was so embarassed. I expected them to last being $50(FOR A FILL) but they ended up ALL breaking off withing THREE days. I am just very dissapointed and I will not be going back. Do not waste your money. Side note; when she called other workers over to laugh at my nails I did say Yeah, this is not what I was expecting or asked for the worker replied oh you shouldnt have had her do your nails then As it was my first and only time being there thats not okay.

I got a manicure with dip polish and a deluxe pedicure. My mani and pedi is so pretty and very good quality. The customer service was phenomenal. They were friendly, kind, and fun to talk to. The salon was very clean, calming, and relaxing. I will for sure return!

I used to be a dedicated customer until I had a bad experience with customer service. So I took a two year break from the nail salon. Decided to try them again and they made my nails too wide and didn’t file them down. Also, the color was really off. Not to mention the nail tech wiped my nail off with the paper towel to ensure my nails were dry and I had the residue of the towel on my nail. Overall, this place for me has just went down the drawn. Also, they are not cordial to people of color. Discrimination is prevalent in this place. I won’t be back!

I really have enjoyed going here. They are all very nice and I have not had anyone do my nails poorly. I try to make appointments instead of walking in but never more then a few minutes to wait regardless.

I have been getting pedicures here for the last few years and I havent had any problems. The staff is friendly and they offer good services. I like being able to schedule my appointments online, since sometimes I schedule them after-hours. They have always had availability for my preferred appointment time. They have a good selection of polish colors. Their chairs are pretty comfortable. Pricing is comparable to other salons. Overall, Ive had really good experiences here and I will keep going back.

Tried this place with my sister for the first time. Took her for a full set and pedicure. While receiving the pedicure the lady suggested she try the dip polish on her full set,because it was the same price as acrylic, but she likes long nails as well as myself. After getting her nails done they were super cute. After a day passes along one of the nails breaks. Mind you her nails in total were $50 bucks, no way they should have broken right, well wrong a nail broke the very next day. We retuned to the shop to let them know, her nails also seemed very thin with the dip. So I wanted them thicker, I asked the owner to thicken them because they shouldnt have broken. The tech while she was doing her nails just fixed the one, so I went back and told the owner that her nails were to thin.They relayed the message, in return I asked was dip strong enough to sustain that length, why suggest something to a customer if its mainly for the natural nail. They all said that acrylic is for this length, but this is the same person who suggested it because it was only $5 dollars more. She should have told her yesterday I dont think this length is feasible for dip, well have to do acrylic then we wouldnt be here the next day trying to fix something that could have been prevented.Disappointed In the customer service in this place, because why tell a person about something that might be cool only to tell them the next day it wont be thick because of the length.

Besides the fact that no one welcomes you when you walk in the door. Its like youre a ghost. I had to say hello first and not one person responded. They did a good job on my nails. Nothing great. Nothing over the top where I HAVE to go back. JoJo was my tech. I told her that someone needs to sit up front and welcome people when they walk in. She said they usually do and they were short handed and very busy that day. Either way. 3/5. Youre not missing out on a GREAT experience but its not terrible either.

Amazing pedicure experience! So clean, probably the best pedicure massage I’ve ever had! I was a walk in and they took me in right away, great customer service! Definitely coming back!

I’ve had two manicure’s by JoJo and they have both been beautiful. The polish colors are also organized, which I appreciate! The space is pretty and they have great parking. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience!! Im travelling for work and needed to get my nails done... what a find! Very clean and hygienic, soothing atmosphere and the best service Ive had in 25 years of getting my nails done. Jojo was superb, extremely gentle and knowledgeable, and extremely skilled, you will not be disappointed! I got a pedi with hand painted design on the big toes, an acrylic fill with shellac polish and hand painted ring finger designs for about $70. So totally worth every penny!

I never been here before didnt even know it was there. Google did me right. I just wanted to get my brows cleaned up, like barely because they arent thick. I told her I only wanted a little off and she did just that. They actually look fuller than they did when I came in. I will be returning for not just brows but to try out some of there other services! New customer!

The shellac lasts two weeks. They are professional and kind. I’ve tried almost every nail salon in the Farmington hills area and Tulips is out of the way for me but it’s the best!!!! Every person there does a great job.

Got a pedicure here which was AMAZING and the gel polish lasted 3+ weeks, only downside was that it was stupid expensive. i also got a full set and a few fills here for my acrylic tips - also pretty expensive and they dont do the best job...multiple nails cracked after only a week and the gel polish turned discolored quickly.

Sad to say I watched them discriminate against three ladies of color today while I sat up front. They blatantly said they had no availability on two ocassions as these women wanted manicures and a policy change.A Caucasian women with no appointment came right in after and wanted a shellac full set and amazingly they had availability. Another lady and myself noticed, I briefly asked why and they act as though they didnt understand but it was clear they did. We got up, paid for a manicure and left- never to return. Shame on you Tulip Nail & Spa!😔😔

Only reason I gave 2 stars was because they fixed the chipped nail I had after only 5 days with the gel manicure no charge but then the second time I went to get the gel manicure it chipped 3 days later and I am not going to keep going back so they can keep fixing things that obviously werent done right the first time. service was quick but they arent friendly and seem to only be concerned with getting you out of their chair. I had asked a question about what kind of designs or things they did or if they had something I could look at and the lady laughed at me and then walked away. not going back tried twice since its conveniently close to me but Im gonna keep looking for something that fits for me.

I had shellac done on my nails. I had one nail chip after two days and now another nail chipped after 4 days. They did get me in right away with no appointment, however they didnt show me where to pick colors just told me to sit down, then wondered why I didnt have a color when she sat down. I had asked for shellac and the women who did my nails was about to start a normal manicure. I had also asked for glitter on one nail and she just didnt do it. I will not be returning to this place.

Clean and modern nail salon with tons of color choices. Seasonal decorations and modern decor set this place apart from the hordes. They also have purse hooks at all the nail stations. This is my favorite nail salon in the area. A really nice couple owns the salon. One star off because they put me at a broken pedicure chair once on a busy day and I was super uncomfortable until I asked to be moved once another chair opened. They also sometimes don’t have the polish on the swatches and charge to take your shellac off if you’re going back to regular polish.

Service here has always been good. It does tend to be very busy here. I highly recommend making an appointment and arriving early to your appointment.

I made an impromptu decision to get my nails done at this place; a decision I deeply regret. I paid $50 for a full set with shellac. At least that is what I was made to believe. The day of my visit was February 26th. The following day, a chip in the polish on my left thumb caught my eyes. I was appalled, because I would always get shellac polish and it had never chipped before. This time the only difference was I had chosen to get my nails done at this salon. My shellac polish continued to chip away, and as you know the saying one bad apple spoils the bunch. Evidently, the polish on the other nails began to chip away (because the same shellac polish was used on all of my nails). One by one, the plague of the chipping shellac polish has taken out three of my nails, only seven more to go.

Got dipping done for the first time here. Was very excited because it “lasts longer and makes your nails stronger” ... well something went wrong because my nails cracked the next day. For $45 plus tip, not worth it at all.

I really dont know why this place is so highly rated. It looks like a nice salon on the inside and the location is good. But my standard pedi was okay at best. Then when I got my manicure they cut me on THREE of my fingers. Maybe you shouldnt use a dremel tool on cuticles. I dont know where they got their licenses or who taught them to do that but it is unsanitary and harmful. Dont go here. They even made me pay full price after cutting me three times and didnt even apologize. They shouldnt even be in business.

First time one lady did my shellac nails and it was perfect.. second time one guy did and I didnt like the work.. nail paint wasnt touching all sides properly and it looked like it was a week old on the first day. It was chipped and peeled on the second day.. there is a reason ppl get shellac.. it was wastage of money!! When we pay $$ we would like some quality also.. I am really unhappy with the service..

This place claims to give gel nails using gel powder but there is not such thing... so they are giving people acrylic nails and claiming they are gels and charging the more expensive gels. Such a scam....

If you are planning to visit this place for eye brows, please dont.The worst place to get your eyebrows done. And their shellac nail last only for two days.I am really pissed with my eyebrows. Hope they change their staff. They just talk and dont do their work right. Least interested to their work.

I only go to this place because it is convenient with the walk-ins. The only thing I would say is good about them is that they do the job quick. I wouldnt say it was done well though. Lets just say the gel set I got for my friends wedding barely lasted 2 weeks. The main thing I noticed was that their customer service is the worst! If you want the ladies, while they are working on you to constantly be on their phones then this is the place for you. The first time I tried to spoil my mom and get her nails done, the lady that was working on her ended up cracking my moms phone since she was running back and forth from my mom and the phone and bumped her phone off the table. I wouldnt recommend but I went out of convenience.

I made a group apt for 5 of us, including family from Texas and a couple of first timers, for basic pedicures. We were rushed so quickly, that the experience was not relaxing in any way. From walk in the door, choosing a color, to finished pedicure, was 30 min tops! A very disappointing experience.The sat us four next to each other, and one by herself across from everyone. We asked to have a person set next to her, and they refused.

Unforunate results. My gel manicure that should last at least a week, chipped the next day. I didn’t expect that for $30 dollars (plus tipping) that this would happen. The woman providing the manicure was rather impatient and rude at times. I ignored the excessive hand tapping when telling me to put my hand under the heat, but overall left the establishment feeling ripped off. The space looks clean at first glance, but it take a closer look into the opened cabinets and air vents are coated in dust. Disappointing.

Very very very disappointed. Very rushed. I have NEVER had a pedicure that was 25 minutes long. With a 52 second foot rub. (I timed after i noticed how short the first foot was) I will never return. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I was not relaxed. Especially for what i paid for. (Over $100) They were so rushed they didnt get my heals soft. Also, found out there were 3 different kinds of pedis and they didnt ask me what one we wanted. I wasnt a walk-in either, i had appt for a week. They get 2 stars for being clean. But they didnt talk to me or my daughters, only each other.

Absolutely the BEST nail salon. I recieved an acrylic fill with shellac and i can say it was the most perfect job ive ever had! Having come from another nail salon and getting, thick, clunky, chicklet acrylics, she took the time to correctly fix what was done and even remolded the acrylic by hand to two chipped corners on my pointer fingers. Would never of known they had even broke after she was done! Great work and highly recommend Tulip nail spa! Thanks!
