Recently Ive been going to many places for haircuts but I couldnt seem to find any proper stylists until I came here. This place is magnificent, the employees are highly experienced, the building has fascinating decorations and most of all I got a good haircut. Overall this place is a 10/10 for me :) Highly recommend it.

I had my eyebrows done by Swetha and she was so amazing! She took her time to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them, and was so patient with my requests. She is so professional and kind too. I go back regularly to her now because she is awesome and does my eyebrows perfectly every time- I highly recommend!

This place is perfect. I brought my lady here randomly for a day of pampering. Shes 8months preggo lol and needed some TLC. The owner couldnt have been more accommodating to her needs. She and her husband stayed late to take care of us, and we never felt rushed. Great communication and atmosphere. We really appreciate you both! Highly recommend 👍

Did not get a good haircut. I asked stylist’s opinion about color and she sarcastically said “I don’t know you - how would I know?” She didn’t seem to care about cutting my hair the way I wanted it. I won’t go back - bad attitude.

Swetha is a very professional stylist and she took time and care to make sure my haircut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I have a very dry and heat damaged wavy hair and she patiently did the haircut. I am so happy I found a great hairstylist in Novi 😊

I really appreciate how the staff takes their time to make sure everything is perfect, and exactly what the customer wants. I brought my sister here as part of our girls day out, and we will definitely coming back again.

I would 100% recommend this salon! I have been to many salon and spas for massages and my nails. Tres Jolie Novi is one of the best salons I have been to in awhile. My boyfriend and I had our pedicures done here for Valentine’s Day.From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and very welcoming. Not only is this spa beautiful and clean but it feels luxurious. Julie and the owner did our pedicures which felt and looked amazing. They did a great job at making my boyfriend feel comfortable too since this was his first pedicure and my idea!We will definitely be back and I plan on trying their other services in the future!

Just had my first hair cut here with Swetha. I would say that for the first time I got the haircut that I asked for! she is so patience, friendly and understands what we say. She really did an awesome job! The place is so clean and nice atmosphere.

I have been coming to this salon for years. My hair stylist is Heidi and she takes her time to listen to how you would like your hair styled and colored. She is the best stylist I have ever had and I will miss her dearly when I move to Florida at the end of the year. The owners and other stylists are very professional and treat you like family. I LOVE this place.

My mom and I come here for threading and waxing, and we love Swetha! She has done an amazing job re-shaping my eyebrows. We also never had an issue getting an appointment, even on the same day, so its been very convenient. The owners are incredibly sweet and accommodating.

I just visited here recently for the first time on a weekday with a same-day appointment for shampoo and hair cut. I totally enjoyed the whole experience. Swetha was my hair dresser and was very professional in assessing my needs and making suggestions. She was extremely patient and took great care in having my hair done exactly the way I wanted it. I think it is very important for your hair dresser to ask questions and understand your requirements before, during and after the cut, and Swetha delivered just that. I will definitely recommend this place and hope to be back for future services as well.

The owner at Tres Jolie has done my hair for many years. I appreciate the professional environment, the warmth of their staff, and above all the pleasant experience. They have maintained this over many years and I dont know how they keep such a great attitude, because every once in a while everyone has an off day, they manage to go the extra distance. More than their refreshments and good conversation; its the great results for my hair. Though they are busy, its been well worth it to me, my wife (not easy to please) and teenagers (like mom) to get our trims, color, and cuts here.

I am giving this salon one star for the haircut I got. As far as the demeanor of the staff is concerned, it was good. The environment was okay, not super clean but for a salon I think seeing hair all around is a norm. I bought this deal from groupon for haircut, style, shampoo, conditioning, moisturizing mask, and 5 minute head massage. Went there and the lady who gave me a haircut disregarded me completely when I mentioned that I did not get the massage and the mask. I am not sure if I was being fooled or what but the whole purpose of going to this place was just because the deal was very attractive to me. Anyways, when paying the bill I mentioned it to the owner/ cashier but he said that maybe I did not mention it to the hairdresser which I did but fighting is not in my nature. He said the next time I come in they will give me a massage, well why would I go back to this same place who are not professionals. Satisfied with the haircut but completely dissatisfied with the services not rendered to me. Please beware if you see a deal from this salon. Thanks

Got manicures and pedicures with my boyfriend here. Julie is an amazing nail tech who is lovely, friendly, and professional! I was very, very satisfied with my visit. Mani pedi included beverages, a massage chair, foot bath, hand and foot massage, and nail color. Thanks Tres Jolie for an affordable and relaxing visit.

Waited an hour past my scheduled manicure time before I gave up. The gentleman doing nails was doing a clients friends nails on the side (who did not have an appointment). When I finally left I was offered a 15% discount, but I wont be returning. If they were running behind or had a valid reason for the wait, it should have been explained. Poor customer service.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get me eyebrows and lip waxed. I made the mistake of assuming you get what you pay for but sadly this was not the case here. It cost me $30 plus tip, my eyebrows were not trimmed and she missed quite a few hairs that I later had to pluck myself. On top of that though the oil or wax that they use is very cheap and I ended up breaking out where she had waxed. It was so embarrassing, thats never happened with a wax before and I will never be going back.

I have been going to Tres Jolie since the salon changed ownership almost ten years ago. I followed the current owner to his new salon, mostly due to his excellence of his craft. Hal Sultani is a fine hair stylist, and does everything he can for the customer. Always happy to greet you, offer a refreshment, and a conversation, these things are only second to his first rate cuts. His salon is busy, and offers many different things that we wish we had a little more money to take advantage of, however we drive from 20 minutes away after moving last fall so that we can keep getting our whole familys hair cut.I have been nothing more than happy, and would drive a longer distance knowing I will have zero trouble with my hair at Tres Jolie. It is not for the quick cut/cheap cut set, as that is not what the place is about. I would suggest this place to anyone who wishes to put hair out of your worries.

I look forward to my appointments at this salon. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating; all the stylists are skilled and nice to each others clients; its a very convenient location with good parking and perfect coffee. Necole has been my stylist since the day she started and managed to perfect my haircolor thanks to using Goldwells products. There are days when I fear they will add a cover charge to my bill because its a pleasant and fun experience.
