I have been coming to Royal Nails Spa for a few months now. I found out about them through a friend who has been going for years. I am absolutely obsessed with them! They are so kind and will suggest what to do with you nails if you can’t figure it out. They are also extremely clean and the place is super cute. Another thing that is very nice is you can make appointments at anytime on their website, which I always use this option. This was the first time doing nail art and I love them so much. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs!

This is the only place i get my nails done! Liana and Daniel always do an AMAZING job on my nails and i always leave with better nail designs than I expected. I would never want anyone else to do my nails!! The staff is extremely friendly and the place is extremely clean. 100/10 would recommend this place.

The experience I had from start to finish was above and beyond measures, the atmosphere of the spa is very comfortable and clean, the staff are all very nice, my nail tech Liana is hands down the best nail tech I’ve had in years, I showed her a picture of the style nail and color I wanted she was spot on I’m so satisfied with the services I had done there. Just left the spa. This was my first time there. I got a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. Both were fantastic! Everybody who works there is very talented and pleasant. The spa is very clean and up-to-date. I will definitely be returning soon!

I truly love this salon! First, the salon itself looked very clean and organized. There it wasn’t crowded with other patrons waiting. That is so important to me because of social distancing. It also felt like I was in a warm, calm, welcoming environment.My nails were done by Liana. Is is awesome! She was ready for me on time for my appointment. I went with my mom and everyone was so friendly. My nails lasted for almost a month and barely chipped. That was probably the best nail experience I have ever had.

I had acrylics done here. The first time I was told that my existing acrylics needed to be replaced. So I had them replaced, only for a nail to completely fall off a few days later. After one week I had to have them replaced again. Even after I had them replaced for a second time, another nail broke off very easily, and then another nail broke off about a week later. I’m not sure if it is the quality of the products they use or just not knowing how to do acrylics, but I definitely would not recommend. I paid quite a bit of money for nails to keep breaking off and falling off.

The owner was super rude to me and my mom. This is the second time she is acting this way. We wanted to get 2 mani pedis at 5 pm. The store says it closes at 7. Then the owner is like She can do 1 pedi.The last time we were there, she did the same thing. Sure if she doesn’t have the time she can say it in a better way than making us feel like we don’t deserve her time.

My daughter and had our nails done there for the second time today. On the first occasion, I was very pleased with the service, however on this occasion not so much. I pretty much got the same, if not worse pedicure than my 10 year old daughter. I got home to find dry skin still on my heels. My technician did not speak one word to me and that’s ok if she was concentrating on providing me with $32 pedicure. I can’t say it was terrible, but I think I’ll keep looking for a better place.

I am extremely disappointed at the differential treatment some customers get. Had been going there for years but decided not to go there again as when I went there last week, I noticed some customers get better service. Most of my friends have also had the same sentiments & have decided not to go there anymore. It’s sad as I used to really like the place.

I have had my nails done twice by Tianna and have had a great experiences. She is very professional and caters to her customer. She listens to what you want and pays attention to detail of the shape and creating a amazing shape and apex. I am extremely satisfied

I have been getting my nails done every few weeks for about 10 years now. When I found Royal Nails, I knew I’d never go anywhere else. My dip lasts for 2-3 weeks every time & pedicures almost a month before chipping. Royal Nails is the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to & the staff is so friendly!

I’ve been going here for a little while now.I’ve had some good experiences with the pedicures and my mom loved the woman who did her nails.However, the last two times I’ve gone in for a nail fill, I’ve left unhappy.Today I called and made an appointment. Upon arriving, I was rushed to sit down and told I could pick my color later. My nail tech seemed ok until 15 minutes in, my appointment was delayed due to another woman having a pedicure appointment made “before mine”. I said ok, even though it’s my day off and I am a busy person.50 minutes I waited. No one ever brought me the color selection so I got up to get it for myself. Not even a moment after I got to look over the colors, they told me another guest needed it. I barely glanced at the color I wanted and couldn’t even recall the number.My tech eventually came back to do a sub par job in my nails. I say sub par because I paid $40 for an acrylic fill in and he cut them waaaayyyyy too short, and unevenly filed them so they are crooked across the top. The mail polish is also pooled in some places and uneven in others. I wished I had all day to waste at a nail salon, but I couldn’t afford to lose anymore of my day to them. The tech also made my left index finger bleed and kept pulling and twisting my arms roughly instead of asking me to move in closer.Sad to say, not ever coming back. My mom and I will miss the two sweet girls who do our toes.Update: My index finger on the my left hand as well as my ring finger on my left hand are swelling and very painful due to the nail tech cutting me yesterday.The manager keeps calling me, but I blocked them entirely. I’ve been getting acrylics done for years now, never have I been left in such pain or left a salon bleeding. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I also found out they made my mother bleed during her pedicure yesterday as well.I am fearful my fingers are infected due to them cutting my skin with dirty utensils. Be warned; stay away.

Most painful manicure Ive ever received. She was very fussy about where my arms and hands were, constantly readjusting my elbows. She kept asking me to relax when she was destroying my cuticles. She ground my cuticles down so hard that I was bleeding. She missed a lot of spots on the side of my nails so the pain wasnt even due to a thorough job. To top it off, she used the wrong color nail polish. I asked for a deep purple-ish pink and recieved a bright, light pink. I would have asked to change the color but my cuticles hurt so bad that I just wanted it to be over as soon as possible. Was going to give 1 star but the lady at the front desk was so nice that I bumped it up to three stars.

I got a dip manicure from Hannah here. She was extremely meticulous and did a beautiful job! My nails look beautiful and they arent thick at all which can happen sometimes with dip. Ill be returning for sure.

I’ve been to several places in Novi to try and find someone I like and Tianna here does NOT disappoint. She is super professional and is so gentle and precise. I leave feeling super relaxed after my dip manicures. She has mastered the dip ombré look and I always get compliments on my nails when I get that done by her! I have friends from NW Ohio planning to come up to get dip ombré done by her because she does it THAT well! Highly recommend! I also absolutely love that you can make appointments online. It’s super convenient.

I had an 11 am appointment, by 11:20 when I hadnt even been acknowledged I walked out. They then called and asked me to return. No sorry, I waited around for 20 minutes, while I watched one lady braid her hair and a man just stand there. All while they didnt even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting there for my appointment. Will no be returning.

Ive been to this salon a number of times and the experience has always been positive. Very clean and friendly, well maintained and centrally located. The wait is never long, they observe safe distancing to accomodate COVID best practices and frequently update their polish inventory.

Went to this place yesterday,did both-hands and feet.Really good place-clean,spacios,service is good as well.We moved here few weeks ago from California and lived in other places as well,so i know what is good and bad in terms of beauty places.

Had a fill done here and within less than a week they chipped. After I left I noticed some were crooked too so I had to get them fixed somewhere else. Nice nail salon though. Don’t plan on coming back.

I have had nothing but the best experience at royal nails, all thanks to Jenny. I recently just went back for a new dip powder color and was going for a Burgundy fall color. Jenny ended up mixing two powder colors together in order for me to get the color I wanted. At first I was skeptical if it was going to turn out the way I imagined it, and the result was better than expected! I highly recommend getting dip powder with Jenny, her recommendations are worth it. She’s the best!

Jenny is amazing-I stopped in after the salon I went to for years started rushing appointments and slipping on quality, and now I wont go anywhere else. She does the most beautiful job-every nail always looks perfect and my nails are healthier than theyve ever been. Ive had people stop and ask me if my nails are real and where I go multiple times since I found her-cant recommend her enough!

Went here for the first time two weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. I will be going back this week to get new dip. The dip I have on is as perfect as the day I got them done (just grown out). The salon feels professional, clean, and high end but has great competitive pricing.

Got the BEST DIP MANICURE I’ve had in years... maybe ever? The shape is perfect and identical on each nail, there are no imperfections or lumps, the color is even and perfect, and my cuticles weren’t flooded. My experience was soooooo great. They have a HUGE SELECTION of dip and gel colors and the place is gorgeous and so peaceful. I just can’t believe how great my manicure is

Nice place but horrible Technician. I believe her name was Tang or something, short purple hair. Very rude and think she knows everything. Just the vibe of her trying to get my nails done was not good. I didnt feel very comfortable at this place at all. Her work wasnt even that good at all, had a shellac manicure and it chipped within 4 days.... very upset . It was my first time and last time going here. Find other places ladies

They say, ALWAYS make a good first impression. I was highly recommended to Royal. My husband and I walked in AMAZED. Clean, update, ambiance... finally somewhere close to our home. However, the customer service was horrible. The owner told me her name was “Hamburger”, the staff were not knowledgeable of the products, and rude and they did a terrible job on my pedicure. This was my first and last time.

Great atmosphere, normally great work. Previous appointment the polish was uneven so I requested a different nail tech on the following visit. Second time experienced the polish being uneven and sloppy. The nail tech blamed it on the polish, switched colors, still uneven, sloppy work after two attempts. Fill in has uneven nails after being filed by nail tech. Beautiful salon, sloppy work for the second time. Very upset that money was wasted on nails that aren’t evenly polished.

Jenny does the best “dip” nails in town!! She is a pleasure to go to and their pedicures are amazing! The girls take their time and take pride in their work.
