Very friendly staff. Clean place and my nails always look beautiful.

I had a great experience here... they fit me in without an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure. Color selection was great since Im a person who needs to be matching mani/pedi. I had basic pedicure - no bonus stone massage but short lotion massage. Gel manicure is going strong 2 weeks later with having built my raised garden, weeded (with gloves) and my basic functions at a blue collar civil service job.Only criticism is that I had to ask them to clean under my toe nails which I feel should be part of a basic pedicure. Im shocked to see so many poor reviews, because this place is lovely to me. First off, its really clean, and pretty neat and organized for a nail salon. The staff is courteous, and Ive been pleased with the manicures and pedicures Ive received. Im a stickler for my nails being neat, and the woman with curly hair did a stellar job on my manicure. My rating is for cleanliness and the quality of the services. I cant speak for their customer service during peak times, how they treat walk-ins vs appts, etc (as referenced in the other reviews), but Ill give credit where credit is due.

The entire staff here is amazing, they are so polite, professional, courteous and even if they are busy, they will accommodate you comfortably. Prices very reasonable, and a very clean establishment. Im so happy here.

I like the way they do my nails

After going to this place for 6 years, today the owner Kim decided to tell me to find another shop! Ive been patient with this shop even after the first nail tech (Angela) would always rush my nails. So I decided to have Christine do my nails. I even sent my friends and co-workers to this place but after today NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME OR MY FRIENDS! They always chase you down for a tip even before youre finished with your services. So you know what...I guess I will find a new shop that doesnt only care about my money and isnt rude and disrespectful. I thought getting your nails and toes done was supposed to be relaxing?! NOT AT THIS SHOP!

This salon is not a place Id return. The lady who did my nails was very rough and kept pulling my arms. I asked her to be easier with the file and buffer because she was so rough she made my cuticles bleed. My fingernails have been maintained so my cuticles should not have been bleeding. My sister and her girls were with us and youd think this place has never had children in it. The owner Kim was rude and nasty and was disrespectful toward the children. Not adult or child friendly!!

Literally the worst salon ive been too first off they refused to do my nails because they had to many appointments??? Meanwhile it was 3 hours before closing & one of the workers was sitting there not working with any customers...the sign on the door says walk-ins welcome i offered to wait because i really was overdue for a fill in & they told me no waiting .. i went here only because i was already in the shopping center, it was snowing & i didnt want to drive to my regular salon. I called for my ride & had to wait there while they looked at me like i was stupid. Deadass the worst nail spot smh.

FIRST & LAST TIME GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ! ! !They rushed my mani & pedi plus messed up my eyebrow . Soon as I left the salon my nail started to chip, My eyebrows where uneven just a countless amount of disappointments . They also force you to give them tips.
