Spa Pedicure and Gel Soak Off with Gel Manicure - first visit.I made an appointment the day before and was able to get a time that was convenient to me. It was not crowded and I did not feel rushed.I was honestly going to get a regular pedicure, but I opted for the lemon spa one that included a leg mask, leg and foot scrub, callous remover, paraffin moisture wax on heel and 10 min massage plus painting of course.Gel removal was only a soak and a scrape off - not a drill file off. They did want to use drill to cut my cuticles but I asked they didnt and they pushed back and trimmed instead without an issue.I will update in 3 weeks as to how sturdy the Gel & polish are wearing.

I sent my elderly mother to XL to get her nails done and the staff was extremely rude to her. They demonstrated poor customer service and I asked my mother to leave immediately and spend her money elsewhere. She got her manicure somewhere else and the service was exemplary and at a much better value.I will never ask her to visit XL again.UPDATE: This happened on Friday, June 28th, 2021.

They rushed and did a bad job. the person cut my skin because they were rushing- there were bumps on the nails because they didn’t smooth it out or anything. they missed the sides too. i asked for a really simple design and they said no and gave me one that i didn’t ask for on just two nails. i tried telling them that it’s not what i asked for and they just kept ignoring me.

Terrible customer service. Staff is dismissive and rude. I do not recommend coming here without an appointment because they will BELITTLE you. Never coming back.

Horrible job. Two days after getting them done the GEL polish was already starting to peel up due to poor application. My nail tech took the polish and applied it almost completely under the my nail bed. Will definitely not being going back. Pricey and not done nicely!

The worst nails i have ever gotten. He made my nails so bulky and didn’t even flatten out the acrylic. There’s so many bumps and it looks terrible I told him several times they were bulky and he didn’t fallen them out or fix them once. I would most definitely not recommend this nails salon

Everyone here is wonderful, they take their time and my powder gel nails last at least 4 weeks, whereas anywhere else they wouldnt even last 2. I love that if get there without an appointment and it is busy, instead of rushing or having me wait forever they tell me a time to come back thatll be open.

My experience with this nail salon was good. They took our temperatures as soon as we entered. Then they had hand sanitizer available for our use once the temperature was okay. We were seated and separated. The salon was very clean. The gentleman (I forgot to get his name) that did my pedicure, did an awesome job. My feet were in bad shape (lol...I tried to do them myself during quarantine).

Love this place. Cindy is meticulous and always does an amazing job! Its not fancy, but, its relaxing, fairly priced and they give you a shoulder massage while your nails dry. I start every other weekend here and look forward to it.😍

My experience here was terrible this time. I’m a loyal customer of this place. Come every two weeks spend lots of money and this time this guy ruined my nails . I had to come back I had glue on my hands nail polish on my fingers. He ruined my nails that are my natural nails. He didn’t even apologize and I had pay 32.00 for him to do it. I’m beyond upset. Now I am wasting more time waiting for someone to clean me up. No words I will never have this guy do them again. Cindy is great she tried to fix it but he just messed it up to bad. Why charge me?? For your mess. I would give them 0 stars if I could

I like this place john who did my nails did an awesome job I suggest anybody to go there my landlord told me to go there they are very nice,they dont talk behind ur back like the two other places that I will not go there anymore XL nails is the place I will not go to the one in west Babylon the food is always ice cold it was not worth going there

When I heard about dip powder manicure I tried 6 places before finding XL. Their dip powder doesn’t crack or chip or fall off. Every place I tried there was a problem with my nails or quality of product. So within 4.5 months of trial and error I came across XL. That’s why I go to them because of their quantity of products and also they are super nice.

I went here because I was in the neighborhood And saw the great reviews I was highly disappointed. I only Got a regular pedicure and they couldn’t even do that. They cut my nails to far down they don’t even look like toe nails anymore. They “scrubbed” my feet but they are still crusty and they didn’t even lotion them down. A child could have done better and they charged me extra to take the gel off which took 2 seconds and didn’t even tell me. Do NOT go here, if I could put zero stars I would. My 13yr old wanted an acrylic set, black and white polish with a $ on the index finger. They gave her exactly what she asked for. She was super happy and I was pleased with the service. This was our first visit and we shall return. Thank you XL Nails

If youre not interested in nail designs of any kind and only manicures then this is the place for you. They are very basic. If you do want a design they have only about 6 that you can choose from so dont bring a picture and they cant create one for you. Never going back.

Not a fancy salon but my nails last and everyone is super nice.

They did a nice job on my nails, however it was a bit of a chaotic atmosphere. Nail polish seemed like they had put thinner in it (they put three coats of color on) and the place didnt give me the feeling of being super clean.
