I have been going here for years. I haven’t loved this place entirely but never had a legit problem. The prices were good so i continued to go back. WELL the last time i went there i was completely rushed and did not get the manicure i asked for at all. One of my nails recently broke off and i come to find out there is an infection under my nail. Due to them not being focused on cleanliness. Especially at a time like this everything needs to be clean. Now that I think about it I’m sure the lady who did my nails used a file that was used on somebody and was not cleaned afterwards. I will not come back here. Don’t wasteyour money.

I always used to come here but I will not come back anymore. The environment was unwelcoming and they make it seem like it’s a burden when someone comes into THEIR store wanting to pay money to do their nails. Not only was the quality of the nails textured and the paint easily chips off, but they are very very sneaky when it comes to tips. They purposely do a 3 way rotation that way all the nail teks can get tipped... It SHOULDN’T take 3 people to do my nails... Very sneaky and low of them to be honest.I only brought in $5 in hopes to tipping one person, then when they saw how I only had $5 for three people, they gave a nasty attitude🤣. Wouldn’t recommend these guys.

I go at least one a week, I go to one particular nail tech their Ivy!!; And she is great

Never again will I ever go to this place. They cut my skin off by rubbbing the nail file in my skin for so long. they left the acrylic on my nails and said “okay you go home now”. They left me sitting for almost an hour soaking my nails off and it didn’t do anything. It felt like i was soaking in water. If I can give them no start I WOULD. also she had the audacity to ask for a tip. Haha your funny. I will NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE

Walked in for a gel manicure & pedí. The lady gave me a dry manicure; didnt soak my nails/cuticles. She barely cut my cuticles which made my nail bed look super short. She then proceeded to paint over the left over cuticle. After seeing what a sloppy job she did polishing my fingernails I decided not to get the pedicure done. I guess the saying is true. You get what you pay for. $20 for a gel manicure, unheard of. Definitely not satisfied and definitely would not recommend.

Got a gel mani pedi, next day less then 24hrs all chipped. Went back they fixed it than again the gel actually all came off

They are great with nails. Waxing?? Not so much.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! NEVER GOING BACK. THEY HAVE ATTITUDES.. THEY DONT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ASK. PAINT CHIPS WITHIN A WEEK WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO BE GEL!??? MY NAILS CAME OUT UNEVEN AND BECAME BRITTLE AFTER W.E PRODUCTS THEY USE... DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED! THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT NO WONDER WHY THEY WERE EMPTY.. AND NOT TO MENTION MY FRIEND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THEY CUT HER NAILS DOWN TO BARELY NOTHING AS SHE TOLD THEM SHE DID NOT WANT THEM TO BE TO SHORT( AND CLEARLY SHE HAD LENGTH) SO TO START CUTTING THEM SHORT WITHOUT EVEN ASKING IF THATS OK IS NOT OK WITH ME. Walked in without appointment for uv fill in and pedi. they were busy but took me and I did not feel rushed. Got a great manicure and pedi. Definitely going back

I went to get an acrylic full set and they came out crooked. Some of ladys there have an attitude which made my experience less enjoyable. When I went to pay I couldnt afford to give a tip which made the lady mad and asked me again for a tip when I explained to her I dont have enough. She quickly swiped and handed me my card as if she wanted me to leave immediately. I didnt like this salon at all.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Got my eyebrows done here. The wax wasnt hot at all and I repeatedly asked her to clean up underneath since the bottom was not cleaned due to cold wax. I got fed and paid the lady and she had the nerve to ASK FOR A TIP. The nerve?!! I said she did a bad job and so no tip for you sorry. I told her the wax wasnt hot and that her girl did a bad job and she completely ignored me and didnt say anything just let me leave. The nails they do here are cheap as Ive been here once before for that and the only reason I went for the eyebrows was because they were the only one open. Horrible customer service and unskilled workers. This place also has roaches.

The absolute worst expirience I’ve EVER had at a nail salon. I gave them multiple chances and left unhappy EVERY time. All the technicians seem to get upset when a new client sits in their chair. The attitude and ambiance is very unwelcoming and the workers are rude. Personally I asked the lead tech for a full set coffin shaped simply not too narrow towards the ends, I even took the time to find an exact picture of what i wanted. During shaping i had asked her to please make them slightly more narrow towards the ends as they looked flared. She gave me and attitude and said “they are already narrow, i will charge you more” . I didn’t care about the price but if I am spending my hard earned money, i would like to at least get what I actually wanted. After countless attitude and her being rough with my nails I had asked her for a simple change of gel color on my toes with OUT a pedicure. Keeping in mind that a FULL gel pedicure is $30, I asked her how much will just a change of color be. She responded after taking time to think, and said “It will be $25”. I automatically stated that price was ridiculous ad outrageous considering a whole pedicure is $30. She said “it’s because it is gel color”. I responded saying “so the other 5 cover the water, file, clip, massage, cuticle oil?” She automatically gave me an attitude and said “if you don’t want to pay, just leave”. I tried very hard and kept my cool because the nail salon is supposed to be a calming environment and experience. I paid for my nails which were HORRENDOUS, and she had the audacity to ask for a tip. I was so upset with my experience that I simply walked away. Now 2 days later I had a whole acrylic nail come off, a set that is supposed to last me 2 weeks. I lost my money that day and i hope no one else has to go through that experience because you’d be losing your money and simply getting aggravated at people being so rude and money Hungry.

Came here to do a pedicure. The technician took literally 10 mins to file, cut my cuticles etc. When I complained to the manager he was unbothered and did not even apologize or seem any way concerned. I will never go back.

Been there about 4 times now. Pleasant reasonable and neverHave a problem with my nails breaking.

I got a fill in here 2 days ago and the lady was rude and cut up all my cuticles with the electric file and two of my fingers bled and then the lady didnt acknowledge it and poured alcohol into my cuts and continued doing my other hand the same way. My fingers are scabbing and hurt 2 days later. She asked is that blood? I said yeah. She laughed and suggested a darker color polish to hide the blood. She also through the electric file tip that I bled on back in the box of the rest of them unsanitized. Told me it was 5 dollars to get my nails shorter. Then stood over my shoulder as I was writing the tip on the card receipt so I couldnt leave a bad one. Got polish all over my hands and poured nail polish remover in my cuts. Also stood with me picking a new color rushing me suggesting Christmas colors 2 days after Christmas. Terrible. And she hurt my friend once too. Everyone else here hasnt given me an issue. This was an older lady with short hair. Also was very rude and kept yelling at me to move closer and grabbing me violently. Not happy.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Went for a fill in and the man (manager) who did my nails did a horrible job. Fill in was wayyy above my cuticle and when i asked him to fix it he said no because he spent too long doing them. I asked him to fix them then I’d have no problem paying but I wasnt going to pay until he fixed them. He was incredibly rude from the minute I asked him to make them thinner and refused to finish them. I waited at least 30 mins for someone else to finish doing another set. I walked in at 5:15 with an appointment and at 7 I’m still not done.

This salon deserves no stars at all. This place is terrible, the women are super rude and have no manners. this place left my nails looking extra crappy. I dont recommend this place AT ALL.

Ok so when I first went in the lady sort of ignored me, it was hours later when they finally started on me and I asked for gel, when they were done the nail polish had bubbles in them. Smh don’t go here

OMG What is going on with the Old Lady I wrote a review on Yelp about her and when I looked on here, EVERYONE is saying the SAME THING!!!! Someone has to do something about the older woman there because something is not right and this could get serious when it come to secretly exposing customers to diseases and what not. Wow this is so crazy to read such similar experiences with the rudeness and the demands for a tip from the same lady, Im sure its her! Wowwwwww

I used to go here all the time. While the cost of getting a manicure increased, the quality did not. I no longer frequent this business.

TERRIBLE!!! Do NOT GO THERE!! Cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding, wanted short nails but they cut and filed below the skin. Gel chipping before even a week and so is pedicure. First and last time.

After coming to this salon for over 2 years i find that the service has declined. The change of people that hardly speak to you. Then on my recent visit before going on a cruise..i went to get a pedi and eyebrow waxing. My left eyebrow was left thinner than rhe right..then i was told i can pencil it in by the owner.. I will never come back here again.

This place is by far THE WORST nail salon I’ve been too since moving to Long Island all my nails came off within the week I got it done and my pedicure is already chipping and it gel so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here and let’s not start on the wait time smh

I used to go here religiously. Went today for a full set. Its horrible, my fingers are cut up and bleeding. Never again.
