It was bad, i walked out with tears in my eyes. It was uneven. Also had a weird pink tone in my whites. Not recommended at all. Its only been a week and it has these weird cracks in it.

Pedicure was EXCELLENT with a proper massage from Rachel.Dip powder french manicure was perfectly executed by Lily.Get a 10 minute massage from Rachel. Blessed hands!!Only negative: $5 charge to shape my natural long nails to round?! (Wow). Square to round = $5...thats new. NEVER HAVE I EVER been billed for that. Round or square shaping should be included in the manicure fee as they are basic!Still a great experience overall and would have gotten 5-stars but that fee ...

Just moved to the area and looking for a new nail salon to call home. After seeing the reviews here I thought...they must be pretty good. Got a pedicure and lets just say it is meh....the lady did not ask for shape or even file my nails so they are uneven. Looks amateur. Paid extra for the spa pedicure and my feet feel untouched. Guess I will have to keep searching.

Lily is such a sweetheart! i was having so much trouble deciding on what nail design to get because i had a photoshoot the next day. She was so kind she did a full design on one of my nails to make sure i liked it! I also got a pedicure it was so relaxing. I didnt catch the owners name but she was also so kind and helpful in making sure i was having a pleasant experience. Overall, the place was extremely clean, staff was wonderful and they do beautiful work! i Have not had a pleasant nail experience like that in a while, so it was refreshing to actually relax in a nail salon. I cant wait to go back!

I came here for the first time for a pedicure without an appointment. Although I was lucky enough to get in a seat rather quickly, I wish that I hadnt. I had Lita who was rude the entire service.The staff is also very unwelcoming. I tipped her $8 even tho her service was ALRIGHT. Never going back.

This was my first time here, my sister brought me cause she has used them and was happy with the service. I went for a much needed pedicure and the service was terrific. There wasnt one negative thing about my experience and the guy doing my pedicure really took his time, even with the trimming and shaping of my toenails and the polish was perfect. You can tell he cared about his work, as did the lady doing my sisters pedicure, Samy.I didnt get a manicure this time around, but based on just my pedicure I would highly recommend this business.I got the green tea pedicure.

This place is FANTASTIC!!! The women are so sweet and do an AMAZING job!!! My nails use to always break when I used to go to so many other previous salons, since Ive been coming to Elaines, they always come out perfect and last 3 weeks plus more. This was my first time being at this spa to have my nails done for a special occasion. I must say I am extremely impressed by the service and will definitely be coming back. Plus their taste in music is great! It was so relaxing!

I have been going there for almost a year. Did a walk in . They took me needed a gel manicure and a pedicure. Started pedicure and then realized my finger nails needed to be wrapped for gel polish to come off. So start off going for a pedicure. Stop OK nails wrapped .Back to pedicure chair. One girl start on my toenails clippers them. Then another girl comes to finish pedicure. I spend 35.00 dollars for that pedicure. Never did they put on that orange stuff in a bag at the bottom of your foot. Next go get your gel manicure with the second girl and after 10 mins got another person Which seams to be in charge she then put on gel polish but was rushing so much could not even let them dry under heat lights. Then told me I should make a appointment. Well they took me . And then other walk ins came that where doing acrylics, and powder gels. So guess what that’s more money. And I had three girls to do my nails!!!!! Never got a back massage. Came home and since my gel nails where not dryer one nail is all bumped. That was on Thurs today is Sunday peeled off all of the gel manicure on one nail!!!And owner takes his lunch leaves and parks in the parking lot eats and sleeps. While the nail salon needs attention and he does nails has done mind. And I give a 20.00 tip for paws and claws. Never again !!!!!!!!

Tried so many nails spa. This was the best. Service was kept up although there was waiting. Still staffwork on my nails with patience. Will bring friends. Every penny worth. Good job guys!!!

Quality! Extra weekly top coat does help. Calling ahead helps too but they always welcome walk ins. I heard a customer be rude to the owner/manager and she handled it so well.

I left other nail girls because they did not listen to my requests just kept nodding and saying yes spending almost $65 every time and not happy THEN I found Samy at ELAINES LOVVVVVE hershe is quick, understands, listens to what I want MAJOR PLUS spending only $45 now always SOOOOO HAPPY!!!

Best nail salon! They always do a great job. The salon is clean and all their tools are sterile. Melody did a great job with SNS powder gel and ombré effect. Jane the manager makes sure you are happy with your service. All the employees are good. Highly recommend them!

So, this is my 3rd time coming and I must say...i think that I am staying!!! Samy always does a superb job with my SNS or color gel. Its clean and not too super crowded!!!

Went on Saturday for a set of acrylic tips and to get my eyebrows waxed, as well as my daughters manicure and pedicure. They did her pedicure great, but didnt even cut her nails for her manicure and the paint was chipping before we even left the salon. I asked for stiletto nails and showed the tech a picture of what they look like. She said sure and I told her to make them as long as she needed to get the correct shape... my nails look like little eggs instead of being pointy and thin. Also the polish on my nails was visibly messy and is now not even four days later chipping away... I had asked for a high arch with my eyebrows (I purposely grew them out for the past 3 months to have the proper shape done) and the tech gave me almost completely straight brows, changed the top shape and I noticed when I got home I still had a unibrow and had to pluck all of the missed hairs myself anyways. (Thats what I get for not going to my regular threading lady I guess.) I also saw behind her while she was doing my nails that her temporary licence to do nails had expired in March of this year (6 months ago!) I let her know this privately in the wax room and she said she knew already... Not sure why she is doing nails with it being expired or why she was waxing when her expired license wasnt even for cosmetology in the first place, only to practice nails.... I had originally asked to get a pedicure also but after seeing how my nails turned out I decided to say I didnt want it anymore (Ill go elsewhere)... besides all of that, the people were nice and hospitable. But with the over-all experience we will not be going back again. The photos online are very decieving making it look as though they can do trend shapes and designs. I wish she wouldve said she couldnt do it rather than being stuck paying for a service I was so unhappy with.

I’ve been going here since July. Today, I came to get two broken nails fixed . They could not immediately find the powder gel that matched. So they started questioning me, three of them. I who did my nails last. I answered I don’t know, it was 8 to 10 days ago. I’m a walk in always, so who ever is available takes me. One starts laughing and then talking in her language and saying In English “she doesn’t remember “. They finally found the color . Then proceeded to ask me where I sat. I said why, you don’t believe me ? They think I’m just showing up at there shop pretending to be a past customer. No, they said we just want to ask the technician what color they used. Really, like she is going to remember from 8 days ago. Now mind you, I did not ask for anything for free or come complaining that two nails broke. In fact I said I do a lot of house work.Im paying for these nails that they just insinuated in front of the whole shop that I’m pulling something dishonest on them. What was the point of this, assuming I was looking for free replacements 🤷‍♀️ I paid, of course! Never giving them my hard earned money again. So rude!!!!
