This is my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. Laura is so sweet & kills every design I throw at her! The price can’t be beat for the high quality treatment you get!

Laura and her husband were very kind and did a fantastic job pampering me. I received a gel manicure and let Laura do a cute little design. Her husband, Ben did my pedicure and I wish he could massage me every day! The spa pedicure is worth the extra few bucks- hot stones were used in the massage and it felt wonderful. I can’t wait to come back and am so thankful that they open at 9am so I can come while my son is in preschool.

LOVE this nail salon. By far the best place I’ve gone to get my nails done! The pedicure spa treatment was amazing!!! When I got my manicure I choose a glitter nail and it is the most beautiful color and sparkle I’ve ever seen on a nail!! Thank you!! Will be coming here again!!

Laura is incredibly talented and the service is beyond amazing. Their cleaning and sanitization procedures are on point. Very reasonably priced and consistent with the work. I highly recommend.

Laura did my nails based on these photos. She did a wonderful job, particularly on the frog designs💕She was very kind and patient! My boyfriend got a mani/pedi spa and had a great time too!

All the staff are so professional and very friendly. Laura the owner is very nice and helpful, she understands what I need and do it exactly. The quality is exceptional comparing to their prices. Today I got pedi and dip in powder with Lily, she is an artist!Also, I have ingrown toes nails, Laura, Lily, and Tina all of them are great at dealing with my issues.

I love this place for eyebrow tenting... Ive had 1 off experience perfect arch but my tent was off... otherwise clean and very professional...I drive 40 minutes away for her work !

This place has awesome customer service! I have been going here for six years.The place is always clean and every few months is always a new upgrade something new to look forward to when I come get my nails and my pedicure.The prices are affordable and the quality is excellent! Even when I travel I only come here to get my nails done because I know the nails will not crack and my nails will not come off and Ive waited longer than 2 weeks. The customer service I have received here has been out of this world and unbelievable. Sometimes you have to wait because the service you receive is always awesome!This shop was always clean even before covid-19 and after it still holds excellent Cleanliness beyond expectations.

This would have been our first visit, the time online and on the door stated 11am Sunday. We waited until 11:30. Such a waste of time.

My nails are so spotty because she didn’t dust off my hands or let me wash them between filling. I have super glue all over my hands because she was messy with it. Her finger nails weren’t clean either. Yeah, they got me in quickly but I walked out very disappointed. I won’t be going back.

I did went here based off of the reviews and I was disappointed I paid 50 dollars for full set and they did not last at all my cuticle was not pushed back and the nails were not filed right they all had a different shape if you want decent nails DO NOT GO HERE I will say they were nice and did attend me but it was not worth it it’s been a week and they look nasty

The new lady is very rude and unprofessional. I have been going to this salon for over a year since I moved to this state and never had any issues when Tammy & her family were there.This salon has lost a valued customer.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is great at what they do especially Tammy and her husband. They are very detailed and take their time. My nails have been done for almost 2 weeks and you cant even tell. But when I went up the street to LA nails in southern shopping center within a week it look like my nails have been done for a whole month and the acrylic was coming up. This place is definitely a great place to go to and I will continue even when I move to a different city.And the reason I gave 4 out of 5 🌟 instead of 5 is because theyre so good there wait time can be long LOL.

This place is not the place to go bad service and I mean bad plus the shop nasty they have the covid sings up but they arent falling the rules no thanks I can spend my money where they are not trying to get me sick and to the owner being nasty to the people that you want money doesnt pay off

This place is located in a decent location right off of Little Creek Road. When I went inside I was greeted and asked what I wanted. Then I got a pedicure which was pretty decent and I got my nails done manicure no acrylic so Im not sure how that was it was pretty nice. I got my eyebrows done and they came out pretty decent Im not sure about getting them done again cuz you know thats kind of touching go. Then they always try to persuade me to get my lashes done I get a stripped when I go. I did get individuals they were okay but I dont wear lashes because they irritate my eyelids so therefore they were not on long. I believe that if you tend to them they will stay on longer. The only thing I did not like was the lady was trying to force me to tip and I cannot stand people trying to do that if you do a good job I believe you deserve it sit but if you do a mediocre okay job you deserve what you get.

I got a simple filling and the price matched the quality of their job!!! I could have went to a beauty school && would have gotten a better job done!!! First and last time going there.

I assume due to their lack of customers, and slow weekdays which Ive noticed on several occasions, rhey feel the need to take more then is given. I came in for white tips and left with a pink & white full set. I was not made aware of the difference between the two until of course my services were concluded and I asked the total!

Horrible service, extremely long wait, sat waiting for over two hours. Poor communication, the employees talk really quiet.

I always go to A Nails, especially to get my eyebrows done! Originally it was because its near my house, but now its because the service every time I go is great. Above and beyond that, they remember me when I go in. I dont go all the time, probably once every few weeks for my eyebrows, and maybe once every few months for mani/pedi, and its always been great!

Tammy does a great job at arching and tinting eyebrows.

Walked in for broken nail, rude as hell, just stared at me. I waited patiently, once it was my turn, I sat down, she fixed it, I looked over it, and there was glue, nail dust all under my real nail, nail glue on my skin (which is extremely hard to get off) and she told me on the phone it was $3 for one regular broken nail. I go to pay and she changed it to $4, and once I hand her my card she gets a little mad and said “$10 minimum for card payments” I tell her she told me $4 and I’m not going to an atm due to only $8 on my card, she snatched my card from my hand and swiped it and didn’t say anything.So they can take under $10 on the card reader just wants to make things difficult, never coming here again, you get what you pay for

The manager does a great job. However, one day she was busy and another woman did my nails and she did a HORRIBLE job. I went in for a shellac manicure, and she left my nails uneven, shellac polish all over my fingers, and she cut my thumb, & to top things off I contracted a NAIL FUNGUS. I will never go back. WORSE SERVICE EVER.Do not let anyone but the manager in there anywhere near your nails.

Ok.so the only reason i went there was because i was on this side of the water..helping my bf whos military. Its was a nice job done however she left polish and acrylic on my hands and nails. Wouldnt go back !

Good environment NEEDS MORE STAFF

I have been going here for about 15 years, they have gone down. It is not as clean as it used to be and the staff is not friendly at all! They all seem very unhappy. Also, they do a sloppy job with my nails. I need to find a new place in Norfolk to get my nails done.

Worst experience ever ever since Tammy left the new people in there are horrible the lady cut my nails down to shore and when I asked her to fix them she got it added to and they told me to leave that she’s not fixing it

They get the job done. full of times I would have to point out is the paint was missing on the edges of my nails. but its a Little mistake I guess. is just I would have to say something or I will be bothered by it forever unless I repainted them myself
