Leroy and his crew always do a great job. Purchased a new Niner RKT from them recently. Set up was spot on and Leroy got me exactly what I wanted. Went to do a shake-down run at the local trails. While I was adjusted the air pressure in my front tire the valve core came out and was lost in the dirt. A quick call to the shop and Leroy rolled down with a new core and CO2 to reinflate the tire. That is what great customer service looks like. Definitely will continue to support my LBS!

This place is great, earned a customer for as long as we live here. Husband just needed a very quick fix on something (what would take us amateurs hours, they handled in 30 seconds) and they helped us straight away. Great service!

Needed my cassette looked at so I called. They said bring your bike by and theyd take look. They thought it may need a spacer. They were correct so they put a spacer in at no charge. I bought 2 disc golf discs from them while I was there. Great place for sure.

I took two bikes to Leroy to fix/maintenance (one elliptigo bike and a regular bike), and he outperformed on my maintenance service .. two local bike shops near my home failed to properly maintenance.. I’ll drive the hour any day .. thank you Leroy

Leroy is an Orbea specialist he is very knowledgeable and knows his parts. I had reached out to Orbea USA trying to get the bottom bracket specs on a 2009 Orbea Opal but to no avail. Call up Leroy after looking for six months and he told me what bottom bracket I needed immediately gave me the SKU number and my search begins in a parts parched bike industry. After a failed china parts dealership I turned back to Leroy ordered it from Leroy. A month and a half ago he notified me saying he “has part in hand”, straight from Italy. Went to his awesome shop family oriented pleasant and had it installed while I waited. I drove with my parents 120 miles round trip just for Leroy. Thank you Leroy, family and Ryan

Shop was unable to properly repair the play in my bottom bracket. Granted I have a vintage Peugeot mountain bike, its in pretty good shape, and they didnt advise any issues with working on it. Ridden ALL kinds of bikes since I was a kid and am able to work on them, its just not my favorite thing to do. After giving them 2 chances of what should have been a standard job, I tired of delivering it to their shop and tightened it up myself. So far so good. Wont be using them for repairs in the future.

At this time with the pandemic I have searched for a bike. It seems like other bike shops have jacked up their prices. By chance I came upon Leroys and what a great place and staff. Knowledgable and great employees. The owner is by far the reason this place is great. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Helpful, enthusiastic and nice crew at Leroys. Rented a road bike there and Leroy happily changed stem for a longer one for me and put on a saddle bag with multitool, CO2 and a spare tube. Great rental prices too, not to mention one of the few bike shops SW of Orlando that even had rentals available.

I purchased a Scott Foil with disc brakes last fall and now have about 4,000 miles on it. Great bike, super fast, comfortable and handles like an all out race rig. Really impressed how it handled up in the North, GA mountains last year during 6 Gap. Even my descents were much faster than previous years. When I purchased the bike, Leroy delivered it to my house after assembly. I have even taken wheels into the shop to be trued during lunch and Leroy has been happy to take care of it quickly, just call ahead of time to make sure he’s not too busy. Thanks for the great service after the sale Leroy.

A few months back I traveled up from south Florida to ride ABC trails and forgot to charge my Di2 and Leroy loaned me a charger over night!!! I totally expected to have to buy it but he took care of me big time. And then this time I had and issue with my valve and he fixed it for free! Super awesome bike shop!

Friendly Fair knowledgeable what else can I say. I just started coming here to buy disc golf discs and was intrigued by the mountain biking sport. So I just bought a used bike and had it turned up here. Works great. My son is very happy with it. We will ride it until we upgrade and I will be back to buy a new bike at the shop. I never would have thought I would be mountain biking.

Well.... Had a flat tire this morning! Morning of my race, hence my fault I did not have a back up. Well I did some looking around, wasn’t happy with my other bike shop as of late. Came across Leroy’s in the Landshark page. Went down to get the flat fixed. They had me in and out in 20 mins. My other place would of said leave it for 3 days. Great place to go for expert help with bikes.

I came in with my son’s bike that had what appeared to be a brake cable that had broken. When he came out to look at it he reached down and fixed it by reseating it in its bracket. I know nothing about bicycles and a less ethical person might have taken advantage of that. I tried to pay him something but he refused to take my money. I plan to do a lot of business at this shop.

In a word: Fantastic. You wont find better people to work on your bike, or help you pick a new one. LeRoy and his staff are all top notch. Other reviewers have stated that they are honest, this is an understatement. From the first time I walked in; I felt as though I had a best friend that owned a bike shop. They have talked me out of several purchases by giving honest advice. I have never felt pressure to buy anything, and that is why this is the only place I will shop.

Well I had a bad problem with a rear wheel that I originally got from another shop. Leroy help me get it fixed and back on the road quickly. I commute to work everyday so he even loaned me a wheel while mine was being fixed. I have experience with other shops in town but in my opinion Leorys is the best, hands down.

Im from Kissimmee and was riding in Loyce Harpe Park when I snapped my rear derailleur. A local rider saw me walking my bike back to my car and told me about LeRoys. So I decided to check them out and hopefully get the bike fixed and try to get back to do some more riding since I live pretty far from the trails. They guys at LeRoys were awesome, they had a derailleur available for a great price and even tried to repair my derailleur hanger, but it was in such a bad shape that they couldnt fix it. So since the brand new derailleur wasnt shifting properly due to the jacked up hanger, they didnt even charge me for the installation and even told how to find the correct hanger for my bike. I was so happy with this guys that after I bought the hanger online and installed it my self, I took the bike back to them to get it tuned. And I will do the 1.2 hour drive for all my future bike needs. This guys rock!

Purchased a new CATRIKE Dumont in December 2017....love the Trike! Readying the Trike was a couple missteps......the Toe was not set properly but was rectified with new front tires & tubes!.....Derailleur had a warranty issue with a bent screw and was replaced by CATRIKE and installed by LeRoy’s.....Now experiencing another gear/cable adjustment needed.....LeRoy’s will adjust it this coming week......Great crew at LeRoy’s! Bought a used 5.5.9 Trike for my wife and LeRoy’s cut the boom and sized it.....along with purchasing helmets & sunglasses and shoes, this place rocks as a Full service Bike shop!👍

So Ive been going to Leroys now for quite some time and truly never had a bad experience. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and knowledgeable about bicycles. But that should be a given for a community bike shop. Im not the type to normally review but, these guys absolutely deserve a good review. After relocating to Maryland I had Leroys pack my bike and ship it to my new home. During this process our lovely friends at UPS managed to destroy the frame on my Scott Scale 29er and loose some parts then shipped it back to Leroys shop. After contacting me with the wonderful news that my bike had appeared to be run over by a UPS truck, Leroys proceeded to document the extent of the damage. Using the insurance that they placed on the package they where able to have UPS reimburse us for a new frame and a few other things. To sum it up, UPS broke my bike and Leroys got it fixed now I have my 29er here in Md with a new 2016 frame thanks to the diligence of the folks at Leroys Bike Works.

This is the third year I have trekked down from South Bend, IN in January to spend time with family and get some riding time in. LeRoys was my first choice to find a rental road bike because it was closest. I never went anywhere else after the first year because LeRoy very reasonably rented me mid and high-end Scott road bikes that performed wonderfully. I ride a pretty nice Cannondale but my next bike may be a Scott! I wish this bike shop was up north. LeRoy and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure my riding and renting experience was top notch.Five stars without question!

Favorite shop in the United States! Ive been a customer of LeRoy before he had a shop. Never have I had a negative experience! LeRoy has always treated me right.

Last night me and my wife were so excited about trying our new wider tires out. We had ordered them and put them on and then had to wait a week to try them out for the first time. We got to the trail unloaded the likes and 5 mins in to the ride I broke my derailleur at Loyce Harpe Park. I was soooooooo mad. Leroys is right around the corner and on my why home. It was atleast an hour after they closed and I knew it but just figured I would check and see if anyone was there. I pulled up everything looked closed so I started to pull out and a barefoot man came out the door to chase me down to see what I needed. It was Leroy he explained he had just gotten off a ride and asked if I needed anything. Of course I told him how my back derailleur was giving my issue and I stupidly tried to tap it with my foot and kicked it in to the back spoke. He took my bike in told me he could have me riding again in 3 days and how much to fix it. He also heard me say I had had issues shifting and suggested I replace the chain and back cassettes since they were 3 years old and I use them so much. He was very friendly and personable. He completely turned my otherwise horrible night around. I am not sure yet how my bike will ride when I get it back but I am very excited about his suggestions and look forward to doing business with him in the future. I doubt he will ever sale my first pick of bike if I was going to buy a new one but I would still buy one that they sell before going somewhere else. Try Leroys first you wont be disappointed.

Never use them! You wont believe what they did: I bought a water bottle from them, one very particular to the fit of the bike. Turns out, it didnt fit. LeRoys had the nerve to accuse me of using it in a race before returning it and said they saw my picture online in Oceanside 70.3. When I told them to look closer- I use an Xlab they made up an insane story calling me a liar to avoid a return.
