Been looking for nail tech for quite sometime.. was always skeptic about the salons in Walmart due to reviews. However I was proven wrong and I’m not mad. He was sooooo awesome and patient with me my nail bed thin and sensitive and he was very attentive and gently. Definitely will be returning. Just wish they did pedicures

I went there today September 29,2021 and I was going to get a pedicure. The lady started running the water and was very kind. She asked me if I wanted to roll my pant leg and I said no thank you. The man who was working on another client got upset and told her to not do my toes. I will be sure to tell my friends and coworkers to not go there because he was so rude and impolite.

LOOK 👀 all you ladies wh are looking for a good place to get your nails 💅 done. I was tired of my nails not being done right or the way I wanted them done, so I went on a quest to find a good nail shop. Well I have found it. Lucy did my nails and did a great job. I like my nails oval shape but everyone else wanted to make them pointed. I hate that look. She cleaned up the mess the rest of them made. So if you are tired of subpar nails give Da-Vi Nails a try. I am sure you will like it. Do not be in a hurry you might have a small wait, but it would be worth it.

I went there she It mediately sent me down didn’t ask what I want it and after she was done with my nails the shape wasn’t right I tell her to fix it twice after that two nails Came off I had to go back I had to go to the big fiasco that I did I wasn’t there had to show proof didn’t have my receipt so I had to show my bank statement and a week later when another nail came off I had fungus on my nail they are not clean I’m so disgusted

I walked in for the frist time during the holidays. I was looking to get my nails done somewhere that would do a good job (I am from out of town) I am very particular about who does my nails, because I work in the beauty industry so my hands have to look great because I work with theme but, i believe in giving chances and I gave the opportunity to have Fong to do what he knows best in his Trade. The nail tech quickly greeted me, and asked me what I would like to have done, he showed me sample of shapes and length, gave me a price, and we began our journey of having my nails done.he started to do my nails,talked to me, we got to know each other (made me feel confitaba) he gave me exactly what I envisioned on my nails and then some. I got so many complements on my nails, nails never lifted the shape, thickness, and designed was on point! And, I didn’t break the bank! I was elated by finding this talented nail tech,I will definitely be coming back to this establishment when in town. Thank you Fong for doing such a great job. I will see you soon.

The owner is wonderful however his wife is horrible. She is super rude, wont shut up and listen to customers. Twice I have had to deal with someone else due to her. This last time they messed up my nails when switching from glow to color changing. I asked over and over before they placed color if the glow would show through at night. I was told no it wouldnt. We it does and my nails look like trash. I go in asking can they just fix it to where its all glow or something. I was told they would take them off and charge me for a full set again mind you my fill was 1 dollar cheaper than my full set two weeks before with glow color. Or she could take off the color put clear over leaving half my nail with the light blue glow showing. She is why I will never be returning there to get my nails done. She makes mistakes and then acts like its the customers fault. The owner does an amazing job but not worth the risk driving there over and over to deal with this rude woman.

I chose this shop because of the reviews. As soon as I walked in I noticed the place was extremely clean (which is important to me). I was also immediately greeted by Fong. I explained to him what and how I wanted my nails and he nailed it! While doing my nails he conversed with me, made me laugh, and made me feel very comfortable. He definitely has a loyal customer now :)

I went in for a glow in the dark full set this morning and Im glad I chose to go here. Fong did a great job on my nails. He was gentle and made sure each nail, which are coffin shaped, was shaped correctly. They arent too thin and not too thick. Thanks for my awesome nails and Ill see ya in a few weeks for a fill-in.

My in laws took my sister with special needs there... asked them if there was anything they could do for her toe nail that is extra thick. They then told them they couldn’t do her pedicure because she has a fungus on her big toe nail. They said okay... (we didn’t even know it was a fungus). They then asked him if he could do her hands instead. He said no because she is and I quote “retarded”! 😓 they went to complain to the walmart and Walmart said they couldn’t do anything about it because they have no affiliation with the nail salon. Well... I am gonna ask for all my friends who have special needs family members to go here! Maybe they need a lesson on how to treat people who have extra love on their hearts! My sister was so upset she cried after they left the nail salon. If you ever met my sister she is the sweetest person ever! She wouldn’t even hurt a spider! She is 47 with the mind of a child. So sweet and innocent. Anyway let’s learn from this lesson and move on. Hope this helps others who are thinking of going to this salon.

My nail tech was very attentive to detail, did exactly as I asked, & did my full acrylic set perfectly. I also got a spa pedicure which was equally very well done too. My nail tech for my spa pedicure was seriously awesome and even took care of my problem toes which eleviated quite a bit of pain for me. I will definitely be returning to this nail salon :)

This is the worst place to either receive service or work. The owners have low work ethics and negative personality traits.Theyre rude and nasty with customersThey harassed the staffs at the level that police was involved

The family atmosphere, and the just for laughs funny videos. The hand towels are always clean and soft. Lucy pays attention to detail when she attends to her costumers.

First off I come from Miami Florida and my girl there was hard to top ! Excitedly my husband got stationed here in Norfolk and its my first time ever leaving my lady in 5 years ! You can only imagine I wasnt even worried about the cold only about who was gonna do my nails and brows ! So I did something Im not used to after being here for a week and looking like a troll I decided to try them out !First of all spots really clean that was a plus I waited about a good twenty min and was put to soak my feet ! She was great her name was Lucy! She was better than my Miami girl, I love them the only thing that made me upset is that she told me basically shes normally doesnt do pedicure so she will sadly only do it this one time ! She did my mani pedi and brows and I dont trust a lot of people with my eyebrows 😩

Today Ive experienced bthe worst customer service ever, the owner and his wife Lucy was completely disrespectful to me and my mother, they didnt go by the list! And once we confronted them they went by the list and completely ignored us, and told my mother that he would hate to do her nails . And that he didnt eat and doesnt have time for this! I have a video of his ignorancy and when I started videoing he puckered his lips at it and smiled and laughed at us! Dont go here all they want is our money!

Prices keep going up and service going down. Fong the owner is too comfortable saying ignorant things to customers. The best nail technician is his wife, she is BOMB!!! The pedicure is so-so, not worth $28...He was done in 20 minutes.

I brought my 3 year old daughter here to get her nails done and I asked the guy with the long black hair what’s the wait and he said too long very rude when I walked in no one greeted me or anything

Fong is awesome! By far the best experience I have had with a nail salon! He is comical, attentive, friendly and down to earth. After taking a two year break from having artificial nails I will always come back. And Lord knows they had to put in the work after two years off from Manis and Pedis!

Absolutely love Fong (manager). The technicians are very down to earth & give a welcoming feeling, which is important in picking a new salon. Besides the fact that I adore my actual nails, from the shape to the texture, they give you suggestions on nail & skin care as well- how to properly manage your nails in between visits and make sure that you leave out with not only nice looking nails but clean over & under beds. Ive honestly had bad experiences with different locations of DaVi Nails, but Military Highways location is the truth!!

Fang & Lucy are the one humans on earth that can touch my eyebrows and nails.. Perfection!! And been going to them since the first time I went 3 yrs ago.

First time coming to this nail salon. I was hesitant because it was Wal-Mart and had a bad experience before ... But looking at the reviews I gave them a shot. I waited about 30 -40 min. Lucy was my mail tech. When she say down she looked at my nails and said I would need a new full set after just having a fresh set put on two weeks ago. I was kinda upset only expecting to spend for a fill, but I am glad I took her suggestion, they were bad Thats why I was shopping for a new nail shop. My nails are flawless!!!! It was worth it. I went to a place in Greenbriar mall 2 weeks ago. I will be going to see Lucy from now on. She was very nice. Thanks Lucy!

Terrible customer service! I went in for a fill-in and asked for Lucy, he told me about 30 mins because she had a client and I was after her. I was there for 45 mins and they let somebody else go before me and said it will be about 45 more mins! I will be finding another salon!

At 3:27 my daughter was turned down for a fill-in and polish change because the worker says that she doesnt know how to do fill-ins and thete is a wait. It says that they close at 5. Not a good first impression fir a customer that never been there.

After coming here i just cant go anywhere else! Fong does amazing lashes they look real and beautiful also last a good amount of time (: fong aslo does amazing eyebrows when he does it, it never hurts !
