Would give this place a zero if possible. Got A fill in and polish change. I do get designs on all my nails so it costs me extra money to do that. I spent 50.00 which is generally what my nails cost. My usual nail salon was busy this morning so I decided to try this one. Huge mistake. My nails are crooked and the acrylic is way too thick in some places. The lady had me choose which design I wanted and I chose one with multi colors to try to take away attention from the horrible shape of the nails. The woman had no clue how to do design and my nails ended up looking like a five year old did them, which might pass as art on canvas but on my nails its pretty much worthless. None of the nails look anywhere close to what I chose. I wont be going back to this salon again. One of my nails looks like there is a huge chip in it but its just a part she failed to polish. The black accent polish is just globbed on and it ran everywhere. My nails were and are an utter disaster.

Imhere now they are rude notfriendly at all they want to do what they want to do not what you want nerve ever would I come here again trust me

Went in last Thursday for a GEL manicure and pedicure by Monday my Polish was chipping went back yesterday they just painted over the old polish and today all my gel polish is lifting!!! I will never go here again! UPDATE went back and my nails were fix correctly. Thank you

I have been to many nail salons around the country this was BY FAR the BEST manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I get services done monthly so I am knowledgeable about what a quality manicure and pedicure is for a man. Great job!

I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT GO HERE ❗️ First and for most me and lady discussed a set price of 37 dollars for a fill in and a broken nail she all of sudden decides to change the price to 47 in the middle of doing my nails I asked her multiple times to take the crooked nail she put on off she ignored me as if that wasn’t enough I ask for a nude pink color in regular paint she was real pushy about doing gel nails and gave me blue at this point I was over it horrible experience

I had previously had my nails done at one of the malls in the area. They charged me way too much $$$ for the result. My nails were flat...from cuticle to tip there was no natural nail curve. And they were supposed to be coffin shaped. Ha, what a joke. Tried getting a fill in at another place. All they did was make the acrylic thicker, not fixing the flatness or the shape. I came here just because I was passing by. They did not disappoint in the least! Not sure of her name but she fixed both issues!! My nails now look natural and are coffin tipped. I could not be happier!! I have found my new nail salon!!

The place is clean and the staff use clean instruments. The lady that did my feet was very good would recommend her and use her again.

Just left there today Wed 10/2/19 around 2pm. Not friendly at ALL! I would also go as far as saying they are kind of rude!!! I wont be going back there! they do good work but the service isnt good SERVICE to me is everything just as...if not MORE important as the work...I wont be going back rude! rude! rude! Ill find another nail shop worthy of getting my hard earned money because they sure are NOT!

I loved the lady who did my nails, she was black and I could actually understand her, I feel funny and rude when I cant understand what theyre asking me, my nails were a little shorter than I wanted but it was fine, I found it funny that they have a sign about kids but their own kids are running around the store, watching cartoons, being loud and all up in the employees face while he was doing some girls nails, sorry its not bring your kids to work day!! Especially if you complain about other kids! I come to get my nails and feet done to relax and get a break from children not be around someone elses naughty child, put him in the back if he has to be there! Also everyone in there kind of rushes, when its not even busy they just seem like they want to be done so they can go home or sit around, they dont seem happy or have good constumer service at all, its very unfortunate that they have such a great lady in there but no business because of the rude ones. Anyways, I hoped this helped!

Decided after the gym today to stop by since it was close to the gym and on my way home. The lady who did my nails rushed and was not focused on doing my nails. She slopped on the arcrylic and made my nails extremely thick. She also didn’t file my nails all the way, cut all my fingers to the point of bleeding and had to apply pressure to one of my fingers. Instead of fixing my half applied and sloppy nail polish she decided to just put more on top. I have NEVER had an experience this horrible with my nails. I left and got in my car and looked at my nasty hands with polish on my actual hands and went back in balling my eyes out. The guy immediately saw i was super upset and said he would fix them. He had to completely redo my entire fill and polish and sand down my thick bubble nails. In the 15yrs getting my nails done i have NEVER experienced this such disaster. I was in th nail shop from 9:32am to 11:45am for a fill and polish. I am thankful for the guy stepping up to fix my extremely messed up nails and polish but he told me I should have asked for thin nails. I told him NEVER have i EVER had to ask for THIN nails like that was an actual thing. As much as i liked the guy who fixed my nails i don’t know if i could go back. He kind of made me feel like it was my fault for not asking for thin nails. On top of it all i was late to work because of this. My hands are extremely sore after being worked on for over 2 hours and i have sores from where they were bleeding. I really don’t think i should have paid for this service today but I did.

Everything that’s going on in the country with the Covid19 they are not taking the cleaning seriously. I noticed the nail techs don’t disinfect the tools used when finished with a customer. They only wipe them off and put them back in the plastic container . Not thoroughly disinfecting the chairs. That behavior will cause the Virus to spread.

I walked in and didn’t feel uncomfortable instantly because the guy ran up to me and started yelling at me and forced me to sit and kept troubling me to get Gel nails until I said yes which would be 32$ I ask the lady if I could get coffin shaped nails she implied it would be an extra 5$ so I said okay . Never in my life have I been somewhere that charged me extra for a shape (especially when I was getting short nails) the lady that did my nails was very nice and okay.. she hurt me a few times and what she did when she was almost done doing my nails was the last straw. She dug a whole into my pinky with one of the tools then put some stuff onto it to “help” I asked her what it was and she said “I don’t know?” i won’t be coming back here ever again, first time and worst impression .. worst place I’ve ever been to.

Do not have Eva do your nails. Worse attitude and horrible service. Mani/pedi she rushed. Polish thick and clumpy never dried. She was abdolutely rude. My sisters and I went to treat ourselves after our dad had major surgery. We needed to unwind and relax. My sisters had great experience. Nice salon and clean just ask for someone else!

Went in to get my nails done. I got gel since they last longer but the lady painted over my cuticle on most nails. The gel was gooped on so thick the nail looked misshapen. I asked them to redo or fix them since I knew they would start peeling up in a couple days. My nails were already super frail and her taking the gel off and using the same tool to take it off my cuticle was painful to say the least. She could not have cared less as we took off the gel. She redid them with equal rush and a week later they are already peeling and chipping. Go somewhere else if you can.

One of the nail techs wouldnt serve me bc she was waiting on another client to return, but she did my nieces pedicure. Not to mention, I could barely understand what she was saying. Ugh.

I love this shop Juan is great she is the only one that my husband will allow to do his feet and she does a great job on my nails as well

I had a terrible experience getting my fake nails removed. He cracked, yes cracked, my real nail and ripped layers off my other fingers. He even had to clean up the blood is was so bad. On top of all this i was required to pay but eventually got a refund. I do not recommend this nail place at all.

I go get my hair done at a salon in the same area so tried them out. Ive been going since the Summer 2017 here and there and havent been disappointed. Only complaint is the nail techs dont know how to do designs.

First time and last!! Person doing my nails never washed her hands before service. Approached my fills and gel polish like she was slopping on mud! All over my cuticles, lumpy and same with gel polish. Cut my skin taking off excess with cuticle nippers. Slapped the bill down and said pay at desk. Last woman on first row at the left. Shop looked dingy and dirty. DONT GO HERE GUARENTEED TO GET AN INFECTION FROM DIRTY AND UNSANITIZED TOOLS

I got my nails done yesterday 10/13/19. I was visiting from NC. Today, my thumb nail has began to crack and the polish is currently peeling off. I cant call and ask for a refund nor have them fix it since I live in another state. I will not be visiting this place again.
