Olga was awesome!! I hands down recommend her for manicures. I never really take time for myself and when I actually did today, she made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job on my nails. She worked quickly but professionally and wasn’t pushy with conversation which is always a plus for me! Definitely ask for her!

Recommend this place! I had the sport massage and had a lot of knots in my upper back and legs. She worked them out and I feel great! Definitely will go back.

I had made an appointment and wasn’t seen until 30 minutes later for a simple chin wax. The seat was not properly cleaned before i got inside and was being rushed through. The lady did not get all the hairs off my face while also multitasking, answering phone calls during my wax. The worst part of the service is that my chin in now burned and scabbed from hot wax and repeated tearing. The waxing person switched waxes when unable to get all the hair off though i told her that area was sensitive. She then burned me with alcohol rub and said i need a facial for my acne and that this happens all the time. The service overall of poor.

If you like a deep tissue massage, ask for Kia. My experience was wonderful. I was sore and tired after two weeks of work. Whe Kia was done I felt so much better! She really got DEEP into my sore, tired muscles. Excellent massage!

This spa is the BEST KEPT SECRET in 757!!! My husband had massage with Liliya and he is now an annual certificate holder since it was the Best Massage of his life, I had massages with both Liliya and Raniza and I keep coming back - excellent, professional work and worth every penny!!! The spa has very serene ambience and is very clean and I love that you can make same day appointments! Highly recommend!!!!!

I Recently relocated down to Norfolk from upstate New York, its really hard to find a masseuse that knows what they are doing and if you do not pick the right Practitioner, they can do more damage than when you started out with. With that being said, this past weekend I was feeling pretty beat up after doing some tree work, from my neck all the way down to my wrist and points on the body that I never knew ached lol.. So I went on Google and started scanning local massage spas And came across the description of this place Enrich spa, the ratings were pretty high it, was close to my home so I say, I gotta pick a place. I called at 10 oclock made an appointment for 11 oclock Got a text in 15 minutes confirming my appointment.I arrived a little early, From the beginning of walking in I could tell the place was professional and clean and relaxing my practitioner met me a few minutes after entering the building She was extremely friendly, put me at ease.When the session started she somehow found every ache, pain,twist,tension spot... I walked in there feeling like 50 cent and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I give this place 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 also the hairstylist looked like she knew exactly what she was doing, cant wait to go get a haircut and return to get the hot stone therapy. I felt so good after my massage this weekend, so energised l went home completed 3 of my 5 long standing projects. And again I just cannot wait to come back for a second session and recommend this place anyone looking not to waste their money and getting the results that they pay for 5 🌟 for me...😊

Its ok. Staff was courteous, place was clean. Wax was rushed and had to go out to front to request a finish for patches of hair missed. No plucking offered. Also was not offered a modesty towel, even though door opens toward you on table and people could see you bare. Price list on website not up to date, but was honored by staff. Really impressed with the cleanliness.

I had the most wonderful experience with this place I got a spa package that put me in heaven.....my massage rendered me asleep....I thoroughly enjoyed it. My manicure and pedicure were nice as well. My massage therapist took care of me and she also was the owner. I am definitely going back and I recommend anyone who likes a nice spa experience to go to them.

One of the best massages I have ever had. Ive been back multiple times, and always had a great experience. Most therapists Ive seen at other places have a routine they stick to, no matter what you say your problem area is. They might spend a few more minutes there, but a routine is a routine. Liliya does a great job of listening to what is bothering you and working that area.

Perfect service!

While on a vacation, I needed a spa day for myself.  I booked the deluxe spa package for the all day treatments. Body scrub/wrap, facial, 90 min massage, manicure and pedicure. The ambiance when I walked in was not calming or relaxing at all.  It is clean, but I was looking for something a little more .  During my treatments, the music that was played was great but I could still hear everyone in the main area of the facility and it was distracting.  Along with the fact that the music was continually interrupted by notifications through the device.  Lunch was not initially included in the package and I had to special request it.  I was there from 10 am til 2:45.  I received my manicure and a pedicure while I was there and my nails had been in the dryer for 20 min.  By the time I had gotten home, which is another 30 minute drive and taken a shower, my nails were destroyed and I just had to completely remove all of the polish.

Very clean and accommodating! Excellent package deals and worth it! I recommend body scrubs/wraps, you never felt fresher and new!!! And as a first time waxer here, it was a great experience!! Will be doing all my SPA treatments here in the future. I usually never write reviews but Enrich SPA deserves one!

Great experience, best massage Ive ever had

I have chronic back pain, and I incorporate a lot of different therapies in coping with it - inversion table, TENS machine, chiropractor, hand-held electric massagers, creams, exercise, S1 kenalog injections, etc, etc. However the most effective relief I ever get is from getting a massage. I have been to several massage therapists over the years and I am VERY critical when evaluating them. Some just rub, grab, pull, etc. with no real cohesive treatment plan or discipline. HOWEVER, I cannot stress enough how great Liliya at Enrich is at providing a full course of therapeutic techniques. Every massage I get there is so superlative to every other therapist Ive been to, I cant heap enough praise on her! She really is top notch, a master at every pressure level, utilizes proper stretching routines, and the relief I get from her is always very thorough and, in a word, amazing! If you are in pain, or just want to relax and shut the world off for an hour and feel incredible relief from stress, etc, this is the place to go.Always VERY, Id say clinically, clean, reminds me of a first class hospital environment. Very relaxing new-age-ish music will further chill you out. The spa is next to a cross-fit, gym type of business, and on occasion youll hear the music played there (at what Id term, frankly, inconsiderate levels) bleed over through the walls. But with the service and professionalism at Enrich, its easy to overlook and they have too much class to complain about it in front of clients, as far as I can tell. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.
