Tony did a great job on my nails and toes s/o nails ABC

Must really be hump day for Tony was slow even with his fast technique, Left clear nail polish all over my nails when I told him? I need polish remover to get polish off my fingers his response is You dont need no more chemical use the lotion: ( in his ugly tone) I was in shop alone from 2- 330pm, Just had a stink attitude my complete service which I let him know? reminding myself why I patron shop so little, other than he is normally quick Its like they update nothing, roach was crawling on floor near my feet that I had to put my glasses on to ne sure and grab my purse, my last return

Love Tony and Tee.. Have been going to them since I was 16 and Im now 34. Always great work at an affordable price. Plus I dont asked for what I want I let Tony have full control of my design and colors. When I feel it may not be something cute Im always proven wrong.

Drove from NN several times .. just never did my nails satisfactory. Always big .. did my nails the way he wanted to ... 2 hour wait only to be disappointed.Called back to give Tony a chance to correct.. not a good response. Never again!!!

The decor is dated and really worn looking. The staff said hello but did not ask what services I wanted. I wanted a manicure and a pedicure... they were currently attending to two customers already. I could easily be soaking while I wait but alas they did not do that. After ten minutes of waiting I asked how long the wait was for a pedicure since I was the only customer. The woman told me the other staff member was almost done. ...so I sit down and thumb through some magazines. I look up to see the man is still buffing the clients nails and is no where near done. I did not receive any services after looking down and seeing a roach. They could definitely use a broom.

Ive been going here for 20years and I love Tee and Tony. I will not let anyone else touch my nails. They are very humble and kind people!!

Ive been a Nails ABC customer since I was 16 years old. TBH there are both pros and cons. Tony is fast and affordable which is why I have been going for about 16 years. The establishment itself could definitely use some TLC(-1 star). I think its been the same since my high school years. Tony is great at what he does but in an effort to get you out of there he often skips the part where he cleans the residue from the acrylic off your fingers. So after your service your hands arent 100% photo ready (-1 star). I hope this helps.

Toes look like I painted them . Waited for 2 hours just to be serviced with my feet and came up on 3 hours before i even got my eyebrows done. Nice people but I wont be back.

Always do great work

The couple working in there are very nice but the quality of work is poor. Went in for a gel polish change and I could have done a better job myself. They don’t soak off gel polish and only use the grinding tool, leaving layers of the previous polish underneath. One nail has a significant ridge where the old polish is underneath. The new color went up and onto my cuticle area so I’m sure this won’t last long. The place could also use a good cleaning and upgrade. Will not be back.

I will NEVER step foot in there again. Don’t get me wrong. Tony does great nails but the wait is not worth it. They only have 2 people working and the wait is crazy long!!! It went from a 30 minute wait turned into almost 2 hours!! Then roaches started popping up from everywhere!!! That’s when I had to exit!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Not a clean place at all!!!

Last time wait was almost an hour. This time I called ahead and they said there was no wait. Ive been waiting for 20 minutes and counting. The man is actively working with a client and he said someone would be with me shortly, yet still nothing. Unbelievable.

Toni does the WORST SERVICE ON MY NAILS EVER First of all ......... I had NOTICED HIM POURING POLISH REMOVER IN SOME NAIL POLISH BOTTLES. didnt think NOTHING OF IT....2 day AFTER SERVICES.....my polish CHIPPED OFF. 5 days later my nail broke off . WENT BACK TO TALK ABOUT IT HE TOLD ME. WELL NAILS BREAK HIS WIFE AND CLIENTS HIGHLY. recommended me to COME. never never again. I dont care about the price. BUT I DO BELIEVE IN .....you get what you pay for

I loved the way the male did my nails, not bulky, and fast... seemed like a family business making it through in this world and I fully support that. I would recommend this place 👌🏽 Price was great too!

Tee doesn’t know how to do nails so I do NOT & I repeat DO NOT recommend her AT ALL. She makes the nails look bumpy and let’s not even get on the way she paints nails. Looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Oh and did I mention she’s rough ? Tony is decent. Does nails good when he’s in a good mood. Other than that he’s blah. I don’t recommend this place though. I’ll continue to go to Williamsburg to get my nails done just so I know they’ll be done THE RIGHT WAY.

Mr. Tony hes very good he let you know about your nails good experiment so excited to go back again I love this place they look out for you and wont try to overcharge you

They are very sweet people. Shop and product need an upgrade, some are very old but they really make you feel welcomed them.

Staff was nice and professional. Very quiet. The woman who did my pedicure and manicure missed the sides of almost all of my nails though.

The best pedicure Ive gotten in a long time! Only 2 techs so there is normally a wait, however it is definitely worth it!

This had to be the worst experience Ive ever had with this shop! I went in because I needed a fill in and thats exactly what the female gave me but she rushed and my nails look horrible. There big and bulky and they lifted 2 days after I got them done. I went back and asked for my money back and they denied my request, they said to come back and they will fix them for me. This is the worst shop to go to

Went two days ago i will never go back !! hope i dont get a INFECTION on my feet since i have a deep cut from my over priced pedicure she was rushing but there wasnt anyone in the shop waiting {i see why} the next day my nail polish was chipped off so i went back to get two of my nails fixed due to the cheap nail polish chipping, a young man copped an attitude and at that point i walked out disappointed in the service again. i didnt even wanna give them a second change to fix the issue. oh and it wasnt that clean either ... but they do have a nice tv with surround sound smhplease dont waste your money !
