The gentleman in the back needs more training as well as work on his attitude and professionalism. I needed nail repair the next day. He saw me n decided to do other things in the shop. But thats the price u pay when your #1 shop is closed. Never again

Had my first ever pedicure done here. Fast, friendly service. My toes have never looked cuter!

My friends and I came in two hours before close. They could not care less than to watch the tv the whole time we got our toes and nails done. They did nothing but rub my legs a little and apply polish for 50$. It was insane, and when we complained they did not care and rush us out of the shop. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone ever.

Tina did my nails, and I absolutely loved them. Very knowledgeable and precise about her work and omg did a lovely job as well with my eyebrows.

You get what you pay for. Gel full set $30. BASIC pedicure $20. The guy was RUDE. He couldn’t polish to save his life. I sit in the massage chair and there is no remote in site, and no one offered to turn the chair on for me. No cuticle or callus remover was used on my feet. I was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. When I told him I wanted matte black polish he gave me a disgusted look. He did a horrible job and only put on one coat. Moving on to my nails. I got a full set gel, and again I was not asked what I wanted. He just went ahead with the basic. I asked for almond shaped and he looked at me like I was crazy. I wanted one glitter nail and one rhinestone. They do not have black glitter?!?! And he told me the black rhinestone doesn’t show. Um I did not ask for opinions. Again I wanted matte black and he used gloss so I asked for one matte nail and he half did it. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Horrible shop.

Rose did an excellent job on my pedicure, then she fixed my nails that LJ Nails in Norfolk had made a mess of. She was very nice and thorough. I highly recommend!

Toan is the best! I always go to her bc she is very experienced and a perfectionist. Her work is flawless.

I have coming to Diamond Nails since my college days over 5 yearsa ago. The service is always friendly and straight to the point. While I sometimes visit other nail shops that are closer to home, only Diamond Nails can wax my eyebrows!

I have been coming to this place off and on for years the past few months I have had nothing but horrible experiences my nails will break the next day after getting a fill and then they ask that you pay for repair. That is unacceptable! I could see if it was a one time thing but this has happened three fills in a row! I will not be coming back to this business!

I got my nails done last Friday on January 15,2021 by a male that work there today January 19, 2021 I go to the rest room for the morning and a nail pops off it didn’t hurt it felt as it was up there secure this is unacceptable for the amount I paid 🥴

They open at 11:00 but you can never get service until about 11:30. Why is that?

Nail tech Tina is the Establishment and she keeps you entertained while you get your nails done.This joint sucks since Tina has been gone. The guy flip flop can do nothing right polish,cut, absolutely nothing. They NEED some new technicians.QUICK😝😝😲Tina is at a nail shop in the Beach area much nicer. Them a!!holes keep saying she on vacation.

I was strapped for time and could not make it to my normal nail salon, VIP Nails and Salon. I decided to try this small nail business out and hope that I would walk into a clean, professional place. I was pretty disgusted by what I saw. I asked for a manicure pedicure and the lady immediately started to fill the water up in the pedicure chair. The chairs....they are so gross. It looked like they have never been cleaned. The head rest pillow on the chairs were of a tan color, but in the area where the head is cradled, is a darker tan/brown color! They DO NOT CLEAN them!! The ladys reaction was, oh its okay we can remove for you. What?! Thats not the point! I then ask her how often they clean the chairs. She just laughed. I took a look at the chair again and they looked very dusty. I ran my finger down the chair and there was a bright clean line where my finger grazed!! My jaw dropped open! The lady looked at me and said, If you want to leave, and go to the place around the corner, you can, we dont care.If you care about cleanliness and respect yourself.... dont go here.

Just had a gel manicure today, far less pricey than getting my nails done at the mall. They have an extensive selection of colors. I am very satisfied and will go back again and again. 💖💅

Had my nails done with gel on Friday had to go back Saturday one had polish chip off . then buy Wednesday the gel had chip off on three more nails. One of the worst jobs I ever had done.

I only go to Tina. She is the only nail tech Ive found that does my nails like I like them. I always get compliments that my nails look natural. And the dont break. I go to her once a month and my nails last.

I usually love this place but I’m am highly upset with the service I got today!! I was already hesitant when I saw that the person who usually does my eyebrows wasn’t there but I gave it a shot anyhow. I asked the lady does she normally do them when she gave me the usual “yes I do eyebrows for you”.i should have walked about when I felt the lady smearing the wax on my forehead more so then my eyebrow but I stayed hoping for good results, well that was my mistake that lady had wax on my eye lid lashes and hairline she claimed she was finish but at that time I was already upset and even more pissed when I saw the results. Even after the crappy job I paid her and all I asked for was a business card and her name. She asked me why I said I just want to call and speak with the owner/management. She tried to tell me she was the manager which I new she wasn’t because again I’ve came here numerous times before. The lady walked away from me and ignored me as I asked again for the business card and her name since she now claimed to be the manager. I didn’t budge she yelled I give you money back But i didn’t care about the money because I paid her even though I knew the service was inadequate. Usually this place is great but I guess I got them on a bad day but never will I return

This place is horrendous they charge 15 extra for gel polish which is theft basically. And I got short nails and they charged me extra for length. F** this place. Theyre doing highway robbery on the prices

When I walked in I stated what I needed done. I waited for 30 minutes for no one to help me and all I needed was one nail to be fixed. Instead they took other customers in front of me. I assuming it was due to the fact that it was only one nail I needed fixed. They have terrible service.
