I recommend Roberts as they were able to fix my AC the same week I called. Tech had part that was needed also. I was pleased with the Tech service

It took the technician a half hour to replace the float and flapper in my elderly parents toilet. The toilet repair kit that they used cost less than 25 dollars at the hardware store. The complete bill was 330 dollars. Im not complaining but 300 dollars for labor on a easy repair that took only a half hour seems a little excessive. Especially when you are 86 years old and live on social security. It would have cost more but they gave me a 10% senior citizen discount. I plan on getting a new furnace and air conditioner for my home in the near future but it will not be from Roberts.

Great crew that prioritizes the customer. I like their Bryant product and so far Im happy with the complete system. I had them install a modular furnace with a 5-stage AC unit. Bring on summer heat !!!

We chose this company for a new furnace and ac unit, from about 5 different quotes we received. This company was fantastic to work with. They use quality equipment and had a great price. They were timely, and got the work done quickly. Very professional and great communication. I would recommend them!

Theyre install and support with new furnace was phenomenal. Their office staff never emailed me back or called me back about question. I called twice and emailed about a tax return question.

Roberts does excellent work and they work fast. Scott is very professional. They went above and beyond their quote. Scott explained all the work to me in easy to understand termnology. I felt confident with leaving them to work. His employee Travis came back and did any finishing touches.

$18,000 worth of install for an 87 year old senior and now they fail to show for service calls since they got final draw. Extremely disappointed. Left pipes banging which had to be fixed by a competitor at additional cost to senior. Failed to show for repairs to unit multiple times.

Timely service good pricing

I had Roberts install a pool heater for me. This service included running a gas line, installing necessary plumbing and hooking unit up to available electricity. I have not had the opportunity to start up the unit because of weather but was very happy with their promptness, friendliness and quality of work.

Made an appointment . Took a day off of work. No show. Called and left message. Waited all day No call No show. Was warned by friends that this would happen. Didnt believe them. I do now.

Rip off. I knew the problem, sink strainer basket leaking, I knew the trip charge was $89, what I didnt know was they wanted $629 to change the 2 strainers!!! What a rip off. The lady on the phone could have told me that on the phone. Had to pay him $89 to do nothing. It took me 2 hours to do it myself, without the right tools and a trip to Redbud Hardware to get parts. How can they justify $629 for less than 2 hours of work.

Very prompt maybe not the cheapest but still pleased.

I will be recommending Roberts to everyone I know. Jeremy re-piped some of my basement and made my sump pump operational this morning. I had problems for the last 5 months. I had called other plumbers but they all wanted to sell me new everything and charge me ungodly prices. Jeremy was very professional and very smart on what he was doing. He did a wonderful job- my father is also sold -even though him and my mother have always been customers of yours for years. That goes back to Cecil. So I just want to Thank You kindly. They do great work when they show up....I dont get many days off so I was hoping to get things done.... But they did not show up on time again, so I cancelled the appointment....I have always paid them on time and referred them....But I need to find a company who values loyal customers and has enough respect to show up on time or call them when theyre going to be late....

Tried to charge me $300.00 and an additional 89.00 to show up, to install a p-trap on a 2 pvc pipe coming from a washing machine. Less than 20.00 in parts and 15 minutes of work. I paid the 89.00 and moved on!

30 minutes of work to flush one pipe and cost $240. Not again....
