Highly recommend Airlux. High quality work and fair prices on a big job in Union Pier, replacing furnace, new central AC, ducts, etc. Still waiting on duct cleaning and next service visit, but all working excellent. U will not be disappointed in using Nate and his team.

Ive been an AirLux customer for over a year. I first called them when my furnace went out. They were super quick to come out and repair it. They also signed me up at the time for a regular maintenance schedule of all my HVAC systems. Theyve been out already a couple seasons to do a checkup, and I feel so much more at ease knowing that all my gear is looking good. I find the pricing very fair. They always make their appointments. And the staff Ive worked with have all been more than a pleasure to talk to. Including putting covers on his shoes before walking around my home. He quickly diagnosed my problem and just as quickly repaired my furnace. Our furnace went out and Nate from AirLux was able to get to our house in an hour to perform at service call. Nate was very polite and respected Covid precautions. Nate offered to bring space heaters and was able to give us great advice. Although, we did not use AirLux for our new furnace installation, I would work with them again in the future.

AirLux was vary professional throughout the entire process of helping us to choose our heating and air conditioning system along with a new gas water heater. Their installation was clean and the service technicians respected our home even wearing disposable foot coverings while working inside the house. Would not use anyone else.

March 12, 2020 got home from the hospital with a newborn to find out that my heat was out. 40° outside and I started looking and calling up companies in the area. Air lux not only was able to get out to us but they fixed my heater the same day. The owner was able to drop off a part to my house so the service tech would not have to leave find the part and come back. Great company.

You know now a days it’s so hard to find honest straight shooters but wow was I shocked Nate at airLux was 100% straight no hidden charges no tricky warranties no double talk just a honest amazing company I now have fantastic AC. And to boot I had guest who messed up the thermostat I was out of town but I called him note this was at 10pm to my delight and more to my guest he came reset it! So we had an emergency we didn’t even know we had. After a furnace crack and carbon monoxide leak, Nate moved things around the very next day to do an emergency install of a new Goodman system. Fair pricing, friendly and knowledgeable service and a perfect system. Very very pleased.

At the time I had called several other companies and had been quoted what I thought was a high price, I called AirLux and they gave me a reasonable quote that saved me thousands of dollars. Woke up on a Sunday morning to a furnace that wouldnt stay running. Many H/A businesses dont work Sundays but I called AirLux and Nate was able to come out and troubleshoot our problem and the price was very reasonable. I had AirLux perform an inspection and tune-up on a 4 year old furnace. This was the first I have had anyone look at it. Bryan was very polite and professional. He asked if I had any concerns and made sure he addressed those during his inspection. He took the extra time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for. He made a few suggestions on ways to improve some of the ductwork, but didnt pressure me into any unneeded work. He simply wanted to share information so I could make an educated decision. The billing was quick and easy with no hidden fees or charges. AirLux will for sure be my first phone call for any type of HVAC service!
