Jim and Kathleen are the best in the area. They have EXTREMELY FAST response time to voicemail and emergencies. We had our furnace exhaust blower go out last winter and Jim was out within about 2 hours to get us back up and running! Their pricing is extremely competitive (they beat out 6 other quotes in my case!) and their quality of work is top notch. We noticed an INSTANT difference in how fast our house heats up after they replaced our old leaky HVAC ductwork. We will be using Vander Werf for additional work in 2020 and are very excited to see the results!Thank you Vander Werf!!!

Very quick response! They’ve worked on three of our rentals in Niles, including in the middle of the night last night. They got to the house in 30 minutes, and had the heat on for our tenants very fast.

Gas company found a rusted pipe in foundation wall going into house. Vander Werf was onsite within the hour (On a Saturday) and had a new pipe installed and tested jiffy-quick! Thanks, Vander Werf!

TERRIBLE customer service. Spent $400 a few months ago and have had problems ever since due to incorrect/incomplete installation. Now they refuse to service it after 2 home visits that DID NOT correct the problem. Dont waste your time or money with these people.

Woman answering phones is very rude. Im having trouble with my wall unit not being properly attached the studs and they were very rude about it all. I just want it attached to the studs like its SUPPOSED TO BE. We will not be calling them again.
