They did an amazing job. We had a sump pump installed in the basement and a line going out to the street. The job was done quickly and professionally. The crew arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day. They kept us informed throughout the process and were very respectful of our home and property. After the project was completed, they cleaned up and left the house spotless. Mike was super friendly and really cares for his clients. This is the second time we have used A to Z. After calling A to Z plumbing on a very short notice of no hot water their technician Ryan responded quickly and with professionalism. Although I had to wait several days, to be honest, after all it is COVID 19 and. I was fortunate I could shut off the house main water when needed. The leak was from the washing machine shutoff valve. The day finally arrived and Dan took care of my needs. I was Happy with the work and he was polite explained everything. And reasonable prices. Its has been one week since they arrived on site. The work is still not complete. They were only here 1/2 day and stopped working. They tried billing me for the entire job the very next day even though they never completed it. There is still a hose sticking out of my drain that they never returned for. The drains have still not been cleaned out. There has been no follow-up. No return calls.

We had a clogged drain. We live in an older home and after reviewing the three options presented by the technicians we went with replacement of the drains. It was the best decision. The interior of the very old drains and lines were totally clogged. Cody and Dan were very professional and skilled technicians. Great service! Robert and Dillon went above and beyond to find the source if my leak. And then went and fixed a valve that broke when I tried to turn the water back on. They didnt blink an eye and went back out to the truck and put a new shut off valve in place. Great service! And polite and professional staff.

My water heater started leaking, so I called a plumber who does emergencies. He couldnt get to me, so I called another plumber. He couldnt get to me either. So, a friend recommended A-Z. I called them . The women who answered the phone had a pleasant and calming voice. She took my information and said someone would call me back. It wasnt 5 mins and my phone rang. The man on the phone was very courteous and said he was sending someone right away. A few mins later, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. I got a text from the company showing me a picture and his background with the company. I was impressed. When they got there, I noticed both technicians were neatly dressed . We went to the basement and he told me what was happening. My old water was a good one, it lasted 30 plus years, but it was leaking. He said I would need a new one. We talked about all options. Jacob was very knowledgeable about all the products that we talked about. They already had a water heater with them. When I spoke to the women, she took the name of the manufacturer, the serial and model number of my old water heater. They got busy and the 2 technicians worked together like a well oiled machine. In no time at all, my new water heated was filled, all the lines were free from air. They cleaned up any mess they made. Both technicians were very professional and friendly. I am going to use A-Z Dependable Services again. I give them 5 stars!

When I discovered our hot water heater leaking at five in the morning .really wasn’t sure who to call and decided to call A-to-Z plumbing at six in the morning talked with an operator they had a crew here by 8:30 in the morning gave me 3 options. And 3 different prices as well .2 of which were tank hot water heater and one tankless hot water heater which is what we decided to purchase. The installers promptly removed the old hot water heater and installed the tankless and by 5:30 in the afternoon we have all the hot water we desire. Overall very happy with our choice and the three gentleman who works so tirelessly. We would hire them again if needed

I called these guys when my sewer backup was more than I could handle. I called in the middle of the day on a Saturday; with no functioning sewer. An the team that came was on a pryor job. They got to me late afternoon and stay till it was cleared enough for flow till the jet truck was able to get there. Witch it came the following Monday.. I would definitely use this company again. I only had the opportunity interact with the initial cleaning team. Justin and Dan were very professional, courteous, and thorough with there work. Even though it was getting late they made sure I was was happy with what they had done. I didnt have a chance to meet the jet truck team, Im sure they were just as great at there job.. I have used A-Z Plumbing many times and have always been pleased with the quality of their work and professional-ism. I feel like one of the hallmarks of an outstanding company is their ability to hire great people. Christian, Brian, Jeremy, Clint, and Nick all are assets to this company. Unfortunately, my most recent experience fell short. I felt such pressure to join a membership plan. I was told that I would receive a higher quality of service and that when I called the company a special symbol would come up to give me preferred treatment .My appointment would instantly move ahead of others because I would be a “member of the family”. The pitch went on for an hour and I was not impressed. I received three quotes which all included me joining this plan. Needless to say I didn’t join. My past experiences have been great with this company. This one was awful.More time was spent on the sales pitch before the work was even started. The actual work took less than a half hour. So disappointed.

We needed the water valve coming into our house replaced and A-Z Plumbing came to take care of it. They were quick to get us scheduled and complete the repair. Ryan was professional and efficient. He walked me through what needed done and how he was going to do. As well as letting me know the cost of services ahead of time. Prompt, dependable and they have always gotten the job done for us, very pleased with their quick assessment of the problem. They worked well with our warranty company to got the job covered.

Called out to look at well and pump. We had no water. Free house call which is nice. Nice gentleman that showed up. A few that showed up though clearly had no knowledge of well systems or pumps even though I told them the issue I was having. Wrote up a couple estimates and repaired a part inside the well. We actually found the same part at the hardware store the next day for $20 after they replaced it. It came with two parts to it but they only fixed the one part and kept the other part. Still wondering why both parts were not replaced at the same time while they had the well lines out but?They charged about $400 to pull the line out of well and fix that one part and put back into well. I found this a little costly. Plus it didnt even help in restoring any water to the house whatsoever. Estimates were much more than I can afford and seemed to be adding up very quickly wanting to dig and replace all kinds of things.We are talking in the thousands of dollars just to troubleshoot the problem. We went 5 days without water and after all that all we needed was a new $250 pump in the basement which we did on our own. I would probably contact another in the future just for a second opinion and cost to compare.

Living in an old house built in 1880 with 7 subsequent additions makes solving plumbing problems tricky. They did a good job of keeping me in the loop as to what they were checking & eliminating as sources of problem. They worked til it was solved & didn’t change the estimate to reflect the extra hrs it took.

Just relocated to the area. Did not know who to call to fix a leak in a pipe. My experience with A to Z was as good as it gets. From first contact to scheduling an appointment- to job completion was exceptional. Emails and messages the night before the appointment as a reminder and notification when they were on their way. Great job - I will certainly recommend you and use you again when necessary.

I am new to the area and was looking for a plumber to repair the faucet in my shower. I found A to Z on google and they were able to come out the next day without a service call. Jake came on time and was very professional. He quickly evaluated the work that needed to be done and provided me with the options and estimates. Once I made my decision he quickly prepared to complete the work. My faucet was an older one and he said he would try to match it but he was unable to do that. He did find one that was close and it looked amazing when he installed it. After the work he provided his business card so that in the future I could request him so I would always know who would be coming to my home. I would highly recommend A to Z !!

Very neat and professional, knowledgeable. Got the top of the line tank, with a 10-year guarantee. They installed a taller thinner tank now theres more room in that tight space to access shut off valves, and the furnace.

Howard came out very quickly, diagnosed our problem (our well was no longer working) and made an appointment to come back the next day to repair it. He called the next day, showed up promptly, and with the assistance of Dillon had us back up and running in no time, even though it was basically a complete rebuild of our water system, including replacing the well pump. They were both efficient and professional, and left us with recommendations to improve our water quality, after assuring we were satisfied with the work they did. I have no reservations about calling them again when needed.

They arrived within the window they told me they would arrive. Quick and efficient service. Fixed the issue which i was having. I like the picture of the service person sent by text message so I knew who was coming for the call.

After being stood up by 2 other plumbers, I was able to get A-Z to my house the same day. The 2 men were very cordial and professional and did not rip me off. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

A to Z is really $ to $$$$. Expect to pay 3x what everyone else charges. It took 3 techs to diagnose the problemI had with plumbing. They charge not based on anything fixed, but also for the time they take to diagnose a problem. They charged me 300 for just the diagnosis. They couldnt fix because they didnt have the right parts. Then I had to call because they had forgotten to give me a call the next day even though they knew it was an emergency. When the new plumber came back the next day, they gave me another diagnosis bill because it wasnt correctly assessed. Again charging me about 300. Then another guy came out on the third day and completed the repair: Another 400. And they wont come out until each diagnosis bill is paid. Very poor quality and service. I paid over $1000 for what everyone said was a $100 repair. Scammy...

Typically repair means fix. Our water softener was not regenerating. Repairman showed up and stated that the softener was not working (which we already knew). He simply tested the water. Thats it. No tools were pulled out or used. No diagnosis made. Repairman stated that we need a new system, which is sales, not service. Back to square one.

Howard and Chad did a fantastic job. They also replaced our grinder pump and sump pump back up system. Our basement will remain dry!! Will definitely use them again.

A-Z was here this morning, ran the test, did the work and tested it again, all for $100 less than the other guy wanted to charge me for the test alone!! I’ll never go anywhere else!
