Made an appointment. Vehicle had to wait additional 35 minutes until they brought it in the shop. I explained that I had a tie rod end go bad and I replaced it. So there was wear on the tire. Needed balance and rotation. Tech said not a balance issue the tire has wear. Which I explained to them 40 minutes before this. Then the guy behind the counter said lets inspect it. Which they didnt do while I was waiting for 40 minutes. Then he said he didnt want to do it because the tire only had 4/32 tread left. He wanted to sell me tires. I told him nevermind I will take it somewhere else. They pull my vehicle around and I found grease on the outside of the door. I asked for a rag to clean it. The counter guy came out with dry paper towels. I told him you are not going to rub a dry paper towels across the paint. I left. When I got home found more grease on the inside door Jam and steering wheel.my hands were black from the steering wheel. I care about my vehicle that why I spend the money to take care of it. I want to take it to shop that care about me and my vehicle. Im not happy with how this shop treated me or my vehicle. I will spend my money with someone who cares.

Women beware. They are over price. Wanted to charge over $1000 to replace my throttle body. The part was $150-200 and took me 15 minutes.

I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X and installed a ready-lift 2 1/2 leveling kit at home. The truck needed to be aligned after installing the kit and I called Zolmans to schedule an appointment. This was my first experience with Zolmans. From online reviews, they received high marks for alignments and they were reasonably close to my work. I spoke with Zach first thing in the morning and explained the situation. He told me they would be happy to take care of it and for me to bring it by after 10am. I work in South Bend and needed a way to get back to work. I didnt expect same day service. When I arrived at their shop and got checked in, Zach took the time to bring me back to work. That was a TREMENDOUS help. The truck was ready at the end of the day as promised with no issues. They offered to bring the truck back to me, but I was able to get transportation to pick it up. SAME DAY SERVICE! The alignment on the way home was spot on! I was extremely pleased with the way everything turned out.I wanted to give a shout out to the sales and service team at Zolmans in Niles, Michigan for exceeding my expectations of same day service, doing quality alignment work and especially for taking the time to bring me back to work. I paid $66.00 for a synthetic oil change & tire rotation. I waited for 1 1/2 hours with no one in front of me. At one point while waiting a young man came in & I hear the other guy say to him, you know how much oil to put in there right?Decided to stand up to see which car he was working on- MINE!Today our neighbor asked if we lost a lugnut. Looked at my car- sure enough! It was off my car! Decided we better check the others & another lugnut was so loose, it was also about to fall off!A huge safety issue!

Was recently in zolmans and one of their guys made a pretty good mistake and damaged the wheels on my truck. That is not why they are getting a 5 star review. they are getting a 5 star review for their customer service. Cory is the person that dealt with the whole situation he took me back to my truck told me that they made a mistake and said that they would take care of it. Which is exactly what they did and im happy with the outcome. They Were very upfront and honest and took very good care of me. Which to me means a lot more than mistakes made. Would highly recommend and I will gladly continue Doing business with them.

Had a bad caliber and because it was still under warranty they replaced both rear calibers and pads and no cost to me. I have always had a good experience here and will always come back here when needed.They got me in the next morning first thing and had me up and going.

Popped a run flat about 5 miles from the shop in Niles. Werent expecting them to have the exact tire in stock as it is very specific and they did not. They told me theres nothing they could do. As we were about to pull out the gentleman from behind the counter came out and literally said to us Go to the Marathon gas station down the road, they may have tire plugs and can try to air it up there ....... WHAT A JOKE! The best suggestion they gave us was going elsewhere, a tire store that cant attempt to fix a tire and sends you to a gas station

We got a flat tire as we were headed back home from our family’s lake house in Michigan. I contacted Zolmans. They were closing in an hour and a half. The man who answered the phone gave me the number to a local tow company and said he would take care of us once we were towed to him so we were able to get back on the road. We were towed, tire changed and headed back home in no time! Thank you for your help and for not taking advantage of us in our situation!

They broke my brake lines and wont do anything about it. They insist my car was leaking brake fluid before they picked it up for an oil change. That was a lie bc my brakes were fine with no leakage. No my car does not wanna stop and I have a puddle of brake fluid under my car.

We waited about 20 minutes. I had a screw inside my tire and they did an internal patch. Always a go-to for tire repair and replacement. Fair prices and good service. This weeks experience was exceptional. Honest feedback about the condition of my tire and recommendation to replace, not repair. Gave me several options for replacement tire and options to wait or safely install the spare so I could come back later. They went above and beyond to source a tire, making a special trip to pick it up, and install it quickly while I waited. Constant communication and updates while I waited so I never felt frustrated. Great job.

Technician left large grease handprint on the light colored interior of my car and adhesive slopped all around wheels/tires. Not overly impressed. The tires themselves ride great, salesman was courteous and helpful.

Had to get alignment check for new tires and everything was OK with alignment and they only charged me 20 bucks to check. Most places would probably charge you instead, and say they did something .

Very clean and pleasant place to sit a wait for an oil change and they even came out and showed me the air filter and said it should be changed before they did it and the oil change didnt take long at all.

Been doing business with zolmans for a couple years now bought a couple sets of tires and battery and had no problem. Picked up my truck today and i am very unpleased. My trucks runs worse than when i took it in it takes of on me like i had no control of it and the one of the problems i took it in for (which is shutting down while driving) happened again in the middle of the road and i had to coast bout 2 miles home. Now that i have made it home im in park and my truck rpms are on 3 and my motor sounds like im holding the pedal to the floor. Waiting on tow hopefully its fixed correctly

Clean shop, car took a little over an hour for a transmission flush.Towards the end a confrontation started forming with some customer who i guess didnt like that zolman replaced parts of his wifes (citation needed) car that were beyond repair. Began questioning every little thing very loudly and aggressively.This is of no fault on zolman for how they reacted but im not surprised for Niles, everyones angry here... that or on drugs.

They took my spare tire as well as the tire that I clearly requested be placed inside my trunk and kept them after the change. It was on the paperwork that it was done correctly, but wasnt noticed until later that the tires were in fact missing. I had to call them myself and make the trip again to retrieve them to very little apology on their part. I would not recommend.

Zach worked with me until we figured out the problem, then corrected it, and had it repaired as it was suppose to be. without over charging! Zoleman fixed one of my tires that had a screw in the tread. I also had another tire with a bolt in the tread that couldnt be fixed. They rotated my front tires but couldnt rotate the rears because of the bolt that was un-repairable. They couldnt find a replacement tire so they only charged me $20.00 for everything. Thank you Niles Zoleman for everything.

The personnel help me from my driveway to the shop. He brought out a cordless impact driver and help me change the boat to the flat tire when I couldn’t get the logs off. I went in there twice over the 2019-2020 holiday weekend and found that their air compressor was having. This delayed the time frame it would take to do the work but they did complete the work. although the amount of time it took was extensive and I would have thought they would have extended some kind of offer of discount it did not occur. Ive been here before and the service is always good but this last time it was just not up to my expectations

Tires are as I expected good quality. Disappointed that the alignment check couldnt be completed after spending over $900 on tires because someone was at lunch. Should have more than one person able to do the job while customers are in the store getting services at that time. Now I have to find time to take my vehicle back and have it done.

Husband had a 1:00 appointment for two new tires and an alignment and took just over 2 and a half hours. Not happy. Seems that everytime we have an appointment it still takes them forever and have been going there for years, I think its time for a change.Thank you Sean for getting back with us. Crooks who try to take advantage of their customers! Make sure you get a second opinion if they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle!Tried to get an alignment there. First time, they said I had ball joints, and yes $1200 to fix. Took my truck to my mechanic and got them replaced for less than $800. Then, when I tried to take it back to get the alignment done, they told me I needed new tie rod ends, another $550.. So I took it back to my mechanic who found NOTHING wrong with me tie rod ends!! So I decided to take it to Clark’s service. They were able to do an alignment with no probable and never mentioned anything about tie rod ends.. AND they were cheaper than Zoleman’s. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyway! Stay away!

I have always been treated with respect and kindness. The people at the counter are very intelligent about mechanics of my vehicle. When I call they always allow me to make an appointment. The automobile mechanic will change my synthetic oil and check other areas that may need to be replaced and/or repaired. They always leave my automobile clean and ready until my next oil change. I support the Niles Zolman business.

I’ve been a customer at Salman for quite some time and I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with them. They always have a positive attitude and are willing to help you with any issue that you have. They always do a good job but if you’re not satisfied with the end result they will adjust it until you are satisfied. Example. They balanced my tires and used the outside lead weights instead of using the inside tape weights. I did not like the looks of the weeds that were on the tires and they gladly took it back to you free of charge and rebalanced them with inside tape weights.I am very satisfied with their work and their positive attitude.

Teresa was a great help with a project that i am working on. she went above and beyond other shops that did not want to help. i will send my family and friends to her whenever they need tires. thank you.

It’s a pleasure to deal with people that have a good attitude concerning their customer’s needs.

I thought that I was taking my van in soon enough that I wouldn’t need rotators but they were still replaced. I was disappointed by that.
