The service and lighthearted professional personalities made my difficult situation less stressful. They communicated and helped with my vehicle situation and Im glad to know their service is in my town.

When your vehicle breaks down it is never fun especially when out of town. Their towing service was absolutely excellent!!! They arrived to help us when they said they would and the driver, Manning was extremely sincere, understanding and very knowledgeable and to top it off their rate was very fair.

My family had tires put on the Jeep a while back, and it was our first time using Rays Auto. We were immediately welcomed as a customer by the knowledgable and friendly staff. Not as described. Front desk staff was rude from the beginning and then charged me a LOT of money for things I didnt ask for and wouldnt remove the charge.

We had a very scary and precarious accident which put us teetering over a guardrail and over a culvert 25 feet down. We weren’t hurt and we found a neighbor who directed us to Rays. Ray and his co-worker were so amazing. They were able to get our vehicle off the guardrail without even doing damage to the car! They went above and beyond what we ever expected. They even made sure we were headed in the right direction. I highly recommend Ray’s. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ray. You guys were phenomenal. Jackie and Tom

They will tell you $15 a day for storage then during pickup they change the fee to $60 a day storage. They are con artists and their fat tow guy is rude, stinks and is very disrespectful to woman

The service to a AAA customer was outstanding! As a new resident of Newport, I managed to stick my wife’s new Lincoln on the tracks near Poulin Grain. I went inside to the hairdresser and gave my wife the bad news. Instantly, a call was made to Ray’s for AAA service, with a 30 minute time estimate for the serviceman, Manning, to get there.As I am walking back to my car, Ray’s towing came to the rescue! Manning set up the cables and pulled me off the RR tracks in short order, with a railroad track plow passing 7 minutes later. Thanks to everyone from both businesses for saving my Christmas present!Henry Dowd
