Excellent customer service and a great guy. Cost is very fair. I was recommended to Kays by OReilly Auto parts, my radiator has a crack in the plastic and spewing coolant and steam everywhere. He patched it up enough to finish my package delivery route and Im getting radiator replaced when part is received. I highly recommend Kays!

Bruce Kay immediately found the leak in our motorhome radiator upper hose & when the part was unavailable that day he was still able to fix it in a way to get us safely on our travels. I was stranded in newport with a busted radiator I was told it would cost me me $225 to put in the radiator that I had to order after owner Bruce told me he could not find one it took one call to the local auto parts store to get a radiator on the way when I went to pick up my car the bill was $391. This is not accetable $175 over the price I was told because Bruce had never done a volvo radiator he expected to to pay for his lack of knowledge I would never have this guy work on my car again.

He has Made several repairs for me,He is a very skilled, Good guy,I highly recommend.
