I had an appointment with Dr. Walker @2pm for my tooth examination but they kept me waiting for almost 1 hour. They said they were short staff. I understand but they should have communicate properly! They just wasted my time!

Was referred by my insurance, office staff on the first visit wasnt very good. Scheduled my sons next visit only to get a call saying their office was closing permanently before his next appointment. The office staff was not helpful when I asked for information to be sent to me for their Carson office and hung up on me while I was asking another question. Probably a good thing this office is closing. Worst experience ever.

First time being in this office due to the Reno office being permanently closed. The staff are nice and polite but this office is disgusting. I can’t believe they are allowed to operate in such dirty conditions. Will have to travel to their Carson office now to see the orthodontist 🙄

I had two fillings and cleaning. They are very good. Trying to get an appointment.

I would recommend this ortho they have great friendly staff and scheduling is great even in emergencies. Jesse is very helpful. Two thumbs up!!

My daughter just had two teeth pulled. They were very hard to pull with deep roots. They broke off. But the staff and Dr. were very gentle and thoughtful to her. Worked as long as needed to take care of it.

Great doctor and staff, only reason for four stars is because it’s impossible to get ahold of them. I gave up on calling and now just go in to book appointments and ask questions. But the actual dental work is great and Dapra is amazing with the novacaine shot you don’t even feel it and I’m the biggest wuss about needles there is.

Friendly doctors and staff. Super fast service and affordable prices with flexible payment plans. They finished my treatment from the previous business I went to and now my son and sister go there and they love it as well. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable in what they do :) I recommend it to everyone!

I went to get some fillings and i sat in the chair waiting, super nervous because Im afraid of needles. They mustve thought i was faking because i have piercings, but they didnt know Ive had a bad expirience as a child. I asked the man if he was gonna give me the shot and he retorted almost angrily, i know how to do my job. I almost uppercut him then, but i needed my teeth done. My legs were shaking softly (because Im nervous) and he huffed and said angrily, why are you doing this? Do we have to do this a different day? I almost roundhouse kicked him then, but i held back. He did not make me comfortable, he acted as if i was just acting for attention or something. I was just nervous and he shouldve been more understanding regardless of age. Maybe he just didnt like mixed people. Probably boils his blood.

Omg this place is the worst customer service!! my son has been going here since aug and I have yet to receive a call I call them all the time the only answer I get from some one is uhhhhh Im not sure let me find out and give you a call back! their answering service is not any better!! Ive had to go get paperwork my self and turn it in because they say the referring dental office my kids go to didnt send the paperwork over which they have several times Ive sen the fax confirmation and Ive sent it myself!! this is so frustrating!! Im going to send my son else where!! the dr here is amazing unfortunately his staff is NOT!!

The whole staff was always very respectful and kept it straight forward. Their work was even better, more then happy with their dental work!

So we just moved here from the Bay Area and found this dentist in the neighborhood. The staff was very nice, location was ok, we were in and out fast. I would recommend this place.

The orthodontist and other staff is very nice and trustworthy (not money hungry), and I dont wait very long in the waiting room, however, they rarely answer the phone when I call and I have never had a call back from my voicemails.

The building out side doesnt look to good but what does that matter the staff is kind and polite my dentist was straight forward with me and the assistant was kind and social they are gonna help me fix my smile :D

Horrible service, Id recommend ANYWHERE else, the main doctor there is super rude, disrespectful and has a really bad attitude. My family and I have had a really bad experience there and I do not think anyone else should have to waste there time with such terrible doctors.

Worst service ever. My plan is going terrible. They havent changed anything to my braces and ive had them for 6 months. Some brackets arent even on because he doesnt have enough timeDONT GO HERE!

Horrible place! Go anywhere else! The office cannot get their act together. I have had two appointments rescheduled and they say someone calls and cancels my appointments. I do not know what kind of games these people are playing, but I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

Would not recommend here they are all over the place and not organized and their hygene is not 10/10 its like 4/10

Was not happy with Doctor, He seems to think he is above you and you dont matter.

Really bad service here.Dr. David J Dapra is unprofessional, he is rude and speaks with a lot of attitude and disrespectful towards his patients. The staff there is no different. I wouldnt recommend getting any service from this place.

Bad old equipment they are not honest they made me waste my time I went for a tooth they charge me and they send me elsewhere I do not recommend it bad experience
