I cannot recommend Smiles in Motion more! My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist and it’s obvious every single staff member is over the top great with kids! The atmosphere is clean, kind, and all around positive! Smiles in Motion makes going to the dentist an easy task to check off the list! Highly recommend!⭐️

This place is great! Wont go anywhere else. Staff made my kids feel very comfortable and they had fun and were excited each step of the way through the visit. They are very knowledgeable, provided great advice and answered all my questions.

Dr. Spitz and the dental hygienist were great with my one year old. It was her first trip to the dentist. They answered all of my questions and gave great information on the best ways to take care of her new pearly whites.

My son had to have some baby teeth pulled to make room for his adult teeth Tuesday May 11th with Dr. Helms! He loves going there and their staff is absolutely wonderful. We have never had a bad visit. They also give a little care bag after every visit and coins for the kids to get a prize. I would always 100% recommend this dentist to all who have children

From the moment we got there to the moment we left we had the best experience ever. The dentist assistant was so kind and worked with my son in a way that made his first dental visit pleasant and took all his fears away! Dr.Spitz was knowledgeable, friendly and so kind to my sons, they even asked to go back! Everything was explained to me in a way I understood and she reassured me my sons were in great hands. I won’t be taking them anywhere else. Very clean facility, kind receptionist and understanding staff.

My daughter has had some awful experiences with dentists prior to finding Dr. Winn at Smiles in Motion in Chippewa. She went in with pretty severe dental anxiety, and Dr. Winn has absolutely gone WAY above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable with everything. She has adjusted to help my daughter specifically and you can tell she truly cares for her patients. She is absolutely amazing with kiddos and SO fun!! We went from not being able to lay down on the chair to giggling and having a tooth pulled within 2 visits! She is now excited to go to the dentist! The overall experience has been wonderful, as well. The staff has been friendly and helpful at the Chippewa location! Definitely recommend!

My son has a fear of dentist and needles. He was referred to Smiles in Motion. He went to his first appointment for a tooth extraction and came out saying that the numbing gas and gel worked great! I enjoy smiles and motion a LOT. Your staff is wonderful and your interactions with our children make them love the dentist which is AWESOME! My only downfall is that I feel you guys are a little recommendation heavy or preventative heavy rather than taking into consideration that some of these things may not be as urgent when putting into perspective price and length before the baby teeth will be falling out. However, you are very good when I question things or put them off and you dont make me feel bad because of it. That is the only thing that set my star rating to a 4. Otherwise, you would be a straight 5 in my book. Thanks for being so great with my kids and for making them look forward to going to their dentist appointments!!!

Wow, we cannot believe they difference in our two-month-old son’s temperament since having his tongue and lip ties removed. We went nonstop crying and fussing all day and daytime naps lasting no more than 25 minutes to a happy boy, minimal crying and fussing, and several long hours naps a day. The transformation is remarkable. We only wished we had known about his tongue and lip tie sooner. We will definitely be recommending all our friends and family with newborns to get their babies checked early for tongue and lip ties and visit. Smiles in Motion for help. The staff was great and my kids love going to the dentist! My three-year-old especially likes the giant slide and the fact that he gets to watch a movie while getting his teeth cleaned.

My son had his first dentist appointment at 18 months old. It couldn’t have gone smoother thanks to the encouragement and patience of the staff at Smiles in Motion. It’s been 2 weeks now and he still remembers our visit- “goggles!” “slide!!” Were both a big hit for him.

I took my son there when he turned 1 for his first dental appointment. It was a great experience. They also diagnosed him with a lip tie - which we were unaware of - which explains some other issues. He is almost 3 and loves to go and play in their kid friendly waiting room. I brought my 1 month old and they also were able to diagnose her with a lip & tongue tie. They did the procedure there and took no more than 5 minutes. Highly recommend for children dentistry!!

Dr.Winn and her nurse Brooklyn are amazing!! My 4.5 yr old had a horrible tongue tie. They explained in great detail what was going to happen. Plus the after care stretches. I had to drive 3 hours but 100% worth it!!!

I feel very lucky that we have access to such a wonderful pediatric dentist clinic here in Rice Lake. Dr. Goettl is amazing, along with all the hygienists. My toddler jumps up and down with excitement when he gets to go to the dentist!

We absolutely love Smiles in Motion. We have only used the Chippewa office, but so far it has been an amazing experience. Our daughter has to have surgery on her teeth because she grinds them and the whole procedure was comfortable and the Dr was great. My daughter really enjoys Sarah when she gets her teeth cleaned. :)

I brought my 5 year old in to have a tooth extracted. Kaitlyn and Dr. Spitz were so wonderful with her. They explained exactly what was going to happen, knelt down to my daughters level to explain to her as well, and took her back to get it taken care of without a tear or fuss! I was so impressed when my daughter returned with two teeth extracted, and the biggest grin on her face! She was so proud of herself. Everyone involved took time to make my daughter feel comfortable. My 3 year old daughter went to the Eau Claire office and has a great dental hygienist who was so good with her. They know how to talk to the kids to make them feel comfortable and to understand what they are doing. My daughter had to get x-rays and she didnt like dont it one bit, but the hygienist was so sweet to her and have her so much encouragement.They also explained everything to me that needs to be done in the future. Plus I got to sit there with my daughter. Their office is also very kid friendly that my daughter didnt want to leave.

We went to smiles and motion to get my daughters teeth checked, and they told us she had 4 cavities and expected us to to sign up to fill them in and have us pre pay. Me and my wife new that my daughter toke very good care of her teeth and we wanted to check to see if this information was accurate. So we went to another dentistry and it turns out she only had one! We haven’t gone there since!!!

Everything about this dentists office is a unique blend of professional and fun. From the slide and play area in the front to the quality of care and the ingenious method of letting them pick a movie to watch (they should do that at all dentist offices!) to the fun prizes my kids get to go home with, we couldnt be more pleased. I love that my children are not at all afraid of going to the dentist, and actually look forward to it. Wish I had been able to go somewhere like this when I was a kid!

Smiles In Motion has been an answer to prayer! Our daughter has had several dental issues, and with a couple of negative experiences with our former dentist, she became fearful. We decided to try Smiles In Motion. They employ some of the kindest, most patient, and compassionate people. They treat our daughter sensitively and listen and answer all of her questions. They truly strive to make her appointment positive and comfortable. It is apparent that they have a passion for kids and want them to perceive a trip to the dentist as something that is necessary, but also good. We are so thankful for them and would highly recommend them to any family. It would be our pleasure!

I love taking my kids here. But had to reschedule do to living an hour away with freezing rain. I could not believe the reaction I got. They said they need a 24 hour notice. I try to give that when I can. Kinda disappointed in this policy. I Understand why they do it but when it was my first time trying to reschedule I would think they Understand not wanting to take my kids out in that weather. (They said this is the one and only time they would reschedule)

Our family can not say enough good things about the Smiles in Motion team! My children honestly LOVE going to the dentist! My kids absolutely ADORE Dr. Winn! Once again the staff from Smiles in Motion astonish me with how comfortable they make my kiddos at every appointment. They are extremely thorough and both my boys (4 and 7) are always looking forward to going back to the dentist even after tough procedures.

The staff have been very friendly and great with answering any questions weve had. My only concern is the 24 hr rescheduling policy. We have a 45 min. drive, and almost needed to reschedule due to icy road conditions, had it not been safe to travel for the appointment. Thankfully, the main roads were clear of ice by the time we had to leave.

We started taking my son to Smiles in Motion last year at the recommendation of his dentist. Ive been pleased with their entire office. The staff is great and the doctors have always talked with is in detail about treatment and options so that we can make informed decisions.

Aside from the very cool and fun play area they have for the kids, the staff is very friendly, caring, and knowledgable. Everything is totally centered on the kids and as a parent I love to see them so in tune with my kids. The dentist was very thorough while quick enough to get my 1 year old daughter through a cleaning and checkup. She addressed any issues or possible issues with me and gave me a lot of great information to help me take great care of her teeth all while interacting with my child and helping it be fun. The way they do the examination and cleaning on the little ones is ingenious. It allowed me to get my daughters teeth cleaned starting at a young age and not having to wait until she was big and brave enough to sit in a big scary dentist chair. It is just a great pediatric dentist all around. They definitely have a heart for kids!

Our family loves Smiles in Motion! The staff is fantastic! The waiting room is wonderful and my kiddos actually look forward to their dentist appointments. The staff are very informative, kind, and engaging. They are quick to address any questions or concerns in regards to treatment and oral hygiene. The office is kept very clean, wait time is short, and the staff at the front desk are always polite. The only concern that I have is regarding their 24-hour rescheduling policy. While I have yet to have to engage this policy, it worries me some that there is very little flexibility when it comes to last minute rescheduling (due to sickness, weather, family emergencies, etc.). I have younger children and life can be a little unpredictable at times. I will continue to do my best to honor our appointments and hope that I never have to worry about last minute rescheduling or how that could impact our continued ability to receive care at their clinics.

Incredibly friendly and you dont have to wait weeks and weeks for appointments. They are a little in the pricey side but it is well worth it for the quality of care.

After visiting multiple dental offices for my kids, we drive 30-40 minutes each way to go to SIM! My kids are really happy there from the slide in the waiting room to the videos above them while in the dental chair. We have only ever had smiles and warmth from every staff member.They also let me stay with my 3 year old for a tooth extraction so I could be the one to hold her if she needed it, no one else would allow me to stay with my 3 year old!Superior service!

I highly recommend Smiles In Motion! My son with special needs had his first ever dentist appointment yesterday, and I was really nervous about how it would go. I couldnt imagine him cooperating at all and didnt know how they would accomplish anything. As soon as we got there I knew we were in the right place! They seemed to really specialize in kids with special needs and appeared to be prepared for anything and everything. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming from the first phone call to set up the appointment to the moment we walked out the door after our visit. Dr. Spitz was great and had a genuine care for my sons needs. The whole facility is very modern, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I am so glad this place exists I cant imagine taking him anywhere else!

We were impressed with Smiles In Motion. They were really explained all that they were going to do and needed to be done. Also didnt make me feel bad for my daughter having a cavity unlike other places I have experienced shaming. There was only one instance in which I felt like the hygienist was getting frustrated with my 3yo (during x-rays) which is uncomfortable for an adult.

Thank you for taking the time to make us feel more comfortable before our sons procedure. It was a huge deal to us. We felt confident with how everything was handled from beginning to end. Thank you!
