Thomas came out in the middle of a snowstorm when I called to get my son and his girlfriend. He had a quick response time and was very professional. He kept me updated as I waited for news anxiously at home. They were stuck far down a hill at a bad angle and it became dangerous with passing cars. He came back early the next day to finish the job. During horrible snow and freezing rain the other night Thomas Riley from this company came out and did everything in his power to remove my car from a ditch. He tried many different things and after realizing it was only getting worse and more dangerous outside he gave us a ride home. The following morning he took the time to go out of his way and return to the site. Wonderful wonderful service!

My tire was flat and my car needed to be towed to have my tire replaced. I had originally called another company but they werent able to be there for an hour and I needed to get to work. I hit something at 3:30 am and I made call from a remote place outside of Pleasantville Ohio. I needed car towed to Mathews ford in heath Ohio and a ride to my house in thornville Ohio and it wasnt an issue what so ever for the driver to give me front door service. Then I received two pictures of my car that was placed properly in parking spot at the collision center of my request. I didnt have but a 35 to 40 minute wait from the time I made the call and was kept updated the entire time by text messages until arrival.
