I love everything about Pasadena Skin Boutique. The staff is so nice and friendly, the price is very reasonable considering the results last for a very long time. Ive been coming here for approximately 7 months and the results are incredible! Seriously recommend

Never ever go to this place. Their service is terrible, their machine simply doesnt do its job. They set the settings in a way that you wont see any results unless you go there couple of times. The people doing the procedure apparently are not even aware of what they do, as if you ask a question about the procedure they simply dont know what to say. I requested a refund and tried to call them couple times and every time I would get an answer that they will call me back. Yeah right! You will waste your money, your health, your time and all the rest. I drove from other city to this place as I read the great reviews that they have, but this place is the worst place ever I had a chance to visit for doing laser procedure. If you dont know what to do with your money simply throw them in trash instead of going to this place.There is no way they try to support you. No option to write a claim, no option to talk to their doctor. Oh yeah by the way doctor doesnt even check you before they do the procedure. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This place has the best laser hair removal machine Ive ever experienced. Ive been to 4 other laser hair removal places and this is the most effective and least painful! I absolutely love all the staff that works here as well, theyre always so patient, understanding, and thoughtful when it comes to your sensitive areas. (My favorites are Kristina & Angela) I know a lot of people try to slip out and go to somewhere cheaper but it really isnt worth it.

I love this place! The service and the work is what makes me come back. What Im happy about is that my skin does not get irritated because I have very sensitive skin. Im extremely happy with my laser treatment!

Nothing shy of a great experience.I arrive to a clean office like environment and was immediately greeted with friendliness and smiles by the 2 ladies behind the counter. They explained the entire procedure, risks and took me through a quick assessment process and I was on my way...!The nurse was super friendly and went out of her way to explain the entire process, what she was doing and why, and kept making sure I am comfortable the entire time. I thought it was going to be a bit painful, but quickly into my session, I discovered that it really wasnt.Overall, a great place with an amazing and knowledgeable staff. I booked my next appointment and will highly recommend this place to any fellow Googleer reading this.

I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin and have never gotten laser before (out of fear & sensitivity), but I have shaved and waxed. Ive dealt with the sensitivity, razor bumps, ingrown hairs- all that makes you insecure.This was my first time here to get laser and I am already obsessed! The staff is completely friendly, its very private, and the nurse walked me through it step by step since I was scared and new.IT DIDNT HURT AT ALL!! And the nurse did amazing at keeping me relaxed, making me feel comfortable, and having a great conversation. They also guide you on prepping for your appointment, and the after care.Beyond happy that I found this spot and cant wait for my next session!

I went to this location for the first time after years of lasering at a different location in Glendale. After all these years, I still had to shave because apprently the setting was intentionally set low to make you go back for more sessions. After 1 session here, I noticed a dramatic difference. I was impressed because this was the first time I didnt need to put on numbing cream to laser certain tender areas such as my legs and bikini. Its usually extremely painful but the machine they provide constantly blows cool air and numbs the area. (Thank god!!) also the location is super super cute. The office is cozy and the staff is wonderful. Looking forward to never shaving again.

Skeptical of all the pain thats involved with lasering, I was willing to give it a try. As a guy whos had a beard that is always clean and lined up for the past 10 years, it was safe to say that I should probably laser my neck area right underneath my beard.Im glad I did! This process took MINUTES! My neck is and will be free of ingrown hairs, and irritation from frequent shaving. Why havent I lasered sooner?!After calling in and making an appointment, I was given a simple set of instructions. When I got there I had a quick interview then the few minute process started and ended just like that. They were super careful and understanding of my pain level before cranking up the volume to laser my hair off. I saw immediate results...even before my second session. I will be back and probably laser more unwanted hair soon! Thanks guys!

Amazing results!!! I was so scared of going to get laser treatment and everyone around me knew it would be life changing if I just sucked it up and went! Well my friends kept telling me about Pasadena Skin Boutique and so I finally said Id give it a shot! All I can say is aaaaamazing! The place is in the most perfect adorable part of Pasadena... The owners are professional yet as friendly as it gets... The nurse is maticulous at not missing a single spot... The machine they use removed all fear I had of pain...the only thing I wish is that Id come here sooner.
