Literally had a storm last night, almost drowned in my car and then they tell me they can’t help and hang up on me when I asked who can help . Mad rude

If I can give this company zero stars I would. My car broke down at night in Newark. I called Tow Truck Newark they said they would be there in an hour. Which I was fine with waiting. An hour goes by they don’t show up I called they said they would be there in another 15 minutes only to get a call a few moments later telling us their tow truck broke down and they will not be servicing us that night. They just left us hanging and told me to find another tow truck company to help us.

I tried to call them many times they didnt answer

I was going home from a long day at work to come find out my car had 2 flat tires. I called Tow Truck Newark and they were so nice to me. The dispatcher was very understanding. He understood my frustration. Their prices was great!!! And their ETA was 45 minutes and the driver arrived within the 25 minutes. I cant stress it enough they are the best in the area. See you soon Tow Truck Newark staff. Keep up the amazing work.

My car died in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. I gave Tow Truck Newark a call after seeing so many positive reviews. I really got lucky that they were so close by. met with friendly faces and a very affordable rate for the tow. Ali knows what he’s doing that’s for sure. The job was a breeze—he was able to be in and out in 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable of quality repair shops in the area and potentially saved me a lot of money. Hopefully I won’t need a tow truck again but if I do—I know who to call.

We were on the way home from the airport after a very long overseas flight when we got a flat tire on the side of the highway. We had already waited for two hours for another tow company when I called and explained the problem. They were so efficient at getting the details of where we were and then arrived quicker than they predicted! The guy was super helpful and then lead us to a fantastic garage in town to get a replacement tire!! I wish we had called them first. I can not recommend them enough!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. UNETHICAL. We agreed upon a price, and when they tried to increase it at the last minute, I canceled my request for services and decided to use a different company. After telling them this, they LIED saying it was too late, they were already at the auto body shop and already had my car on the back of the tow truck. I called the auto body shop and they said no tow company had even been at the shop that day, and that my car was still sitting safely in the shop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have use Tow Truck Newark for multiple incidents. I live right by Jersey City and they know me so well. Every time I need a tow they always accommodate me because I don’t go with no one else. Tow truck Jersey City is the best towing company in Jersey!

The towing guy was great and successfully took my car to the nearest repair shop and gave me an affordable price.

We used Tow Truck Newark in the past for all of our cars that would have an issue when they would come to the shop to get window tinting. These guys are professional, courteous, and always on time. We refuse to work with any other towing company in Newark! Keep up the good work.

I just used this company I was stranded for about 2 hours waiting on my insurance road side I called dispatcher he said 30 to 45 minute eta driver got there in 20 best company ever definitely reccomend and the driver miguel also gave me some mechanical advice very respectful and helpful now I just found my new go to tow truck company

I put tint on all the windows in my home and I picked a tint that was too dark, so I removed it by window tinting Brooklyn. I also decided to use them to tint my windows because they have a variety of different window films, I fell in love with a few films . They have a amazing decorative films that you could even create your own logo on them. They did a fantastic job and I will be using them for more projects.

Made an appointment with them for a tow in the morning to the Mercedes Benz dealership and the driver came on time to pick up and drop off the vehicle. Everything was planned out great thanks to the their wonderful customer service rep.
