Fabulous, thoughtful, friendly staff. From the front desk person, the kind soul who walked me to the dressing room, to my tech (Missy, who was lovely and professional) I felt very calm and cared for during the whole mammogram process. Make sure you get yourself PRE REGISTERED before you step foot in the place (through Emerson Hospital-its a simple phone call) and then the whole thing is a breeze.

People where very nice and super fast, in out! My only very big complaint must be new. My negative results came in mail CERTIFIED MAIL, signature required. I wasn’t home so I got the notice on my door, couldn’t get it until the next day. Panicked, I Called for results, voice mail for hours, left three!!! No call back. They spend $6.80 to tell me all clear, don’t know why they didn’t send regular mail like every other year. Scared me a lot, I cried!!!

The staff are very friendly and professional. Hardly any wait time when I went with my friend. Only negative point is that no one took the time to explain the results until my friend demanded some face time with someone. They also made it seem as if they were doing us a favor by printing the results. This was not a good experience for someone whos never had a mammogram before. Go to St. Vincents if you can.

Always have to wait forever. Today I was waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, no one ever came for me, I had to leave as I had other commitments! Wish they took customer service seriously! Be sure to plan for at least an extra hour if you have an appointment.

Ive been going here for several years, usually during my lunch break. Staff is friendly and professional.
