I usually do my own oil changes...but when I was unavailable for the task, my wife brought in the car to this location.Whoever worked on the car ignored her request to leave our aftermarket air filter alone (our $40 K&N is now MIA), and we had to take our car in to another Pep Boys in Los Angeles to get them loosen the oil drain bolt that was torqued into the drain pan so tightly that the bolt started to strip.I would hope whoever screwed up a simple oil change doesnt work there anymore.

I stopped by to get some engine work done for my car, car was fixed within a days of work. Excellent work! Ask for John he is trustworthy mechanic and very knowledgeable!

$125 service included oil change. Fine and good until car was making noise when we picked it up so took it to the dealer. Not only hadn’t Pep Boys changed the oil, they also left covers and caps un done. I can’t imagine what Pep Boys would have said was wrong with the car had we taken it back to them. The dealer was in complete shock when we showed the receipt from Pep Boys.

John was awesome and walked me through the alignment process. Very friendly people and amazing service. I think this location may be the best pep boys around the Bay Area.

The young woman behind the counter was outstanding!!! Cant say enough for her customer service, and the job was done quickly. If it was free it wouldve been a trifecta, but 2 out of 3 isnt bad 😁.

We take our work van here and they are quick and do a great job! I recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly, I was worried about a noise the underside of my car was making and they did a complimentary check up as well as topping off my tire pressure and checking my oil. They wouldn’t even accept a tip!

I like their service, pro and quick. Huge plus is, the store manager is very generous to apply coupon, I will go to this shop for maintenance service in the future.

I needed some new tires so I ordered some off of Amazon and they delivered straight to Pep boys, I even had the option to prepay for my tier installation service. This was super convenient and being a millennial was ideal that this shop has adopted new technologies for the benefit of the consumer. I arrived early to my appointment at 9 Ray gladly started helping me by showing me my tiers and allowing me to inspect them. The whole experience was excellent and i highly recommend this spot for your needs.

Went in this morning to get tail light bulbs replaced. John the mechanic went above and beyond to complete the work. Ray and Dan the managers were extremely helpful in explaining everything. They were all very helpful and friendly. This is an excellent store. I left completely satisfied. I will definitely be using this store again. Thanks guys.

Today was my first time at Pep Boys, and overall, it was a very positive experience!I called in, and they were able to accommodate an appointment within an hour. I arrived 10 minutes early, and they started right away with evaluating my car. (I came in for a fluid leak evaluation.)Before I received my keys, they even took me to look at my car, and show me exactly where the leak was happening. Very pleased, and I learned something new, too!Everything turned out to be all right with my car, but if anything happens in the future, I will definitely come back here, even if it’s just for a second opinion or diagnostic.Thanks!!

I just had a oil change for my miata. The staff there Sam and Julius are very nice and friendly. They did a prompt service as scheduled without any delay. The price is very reasonable. I will go back again next time.

I brought my car for oil change and tire rotation! They did the oil change and I asked him did you do the tire rotation too? He said yeah we done it. When I checked my car they have not and I came back and told him that its not done! They did it but I was lucky to check it out! The stuff are good people but I dont know why they lai to me? Hope they are true next time!

I took my car in 3/26 to get an oil change and wipers replaced. They were extremely busy, but Ray and his team were super friendly, professional and accommodating. Great service

Not really a pleasant visit. My front light bulb is dead, this is the nearest one. The staff at the front table was not very happy to take a look at my car, and after that he said it was going to cost me more than $400, because the front bump must be taken off to get to the light, which will be a lot of labor work. That price was insane. I said I would consider it, he left with this: We are the cheapest around here. OK then, I searched online and it turned out not that much labor work to get the bulb. Now it looks like they are just trying to get some easy money from me. I bought the bulb, changed the old one, simple.

Ray is very nice and helpful! A 10am appointment for oil change and finished around 12pm. That’s pretty fast based on my experience. High recommend this store to everyone.

This store is amazing!!!!!!! I went in because my front wheel was making a weird noise. It turn out the previous person did a horrible job at replacing my tires..... They did a full check, gave me a detail break down on what’s wrong and why I need to change it. They were able to fix it within a day and my car feel brand new after.I would definitely recommend this place to people in the Fremont area.

Ray did a great job replacing and restoring the headlights on my car. I called 10 minutes before and he was able to confirm he had the parts and time to fit me in. He finished way quicker than expected and the headlights look great!

I went there to get my alignment checked. The man at the front was smoking right outside the doors. I mentioned i had just had some work done on breaks and my alignment is off. He said break work wouldnt have cause that and proceeded to walk away ( which is fine, but i still wanted an alignment check) I asked if they can check the alignment anyways and he said hes been work x amount of years and blah blah. He then came inside with the cigarette he was smoking and answered a phone call. Then said you have to leave your vehicle...(no paper work no questions asked of me.) i asked about how long and he said 6pm it was 12pm at the time, i repeated 6pm? And with his cigarette and papers in hand said rudly you see all these cars i got out here by which where in the parking lot...how am I supposed to know he was working on them... very rude and unprofessional. AND HIS CIGARETTE INSIDE THE BUILDING. All bad

The manager Ray was great and helped me get my tires from a different location on the same day. If I was reviewing that, he gets 5 stars for service. Unfortunately I came in for tire changes and the work left a lot to be desired. When my car was handed back to me, the tires were covered with crud and tar and many small scratches had appeared on the wheel. I could tell the scratches were made here because Ive never had the tires changed and it looks like they were created by whatever tool they were using to change out the tires. They were not road wear. Just very disappointed with the tech for the sloppy work because I have had good experience at other Pepboy locations. Sorry I wont be bringing any other car back to this location.

Only place in town Ive found that will do an oil change on a Mini Cooper. Just be prepared to have them try to upsell you a bunch.

They do a much better job than the showrooms and they are not even half as expensive

The staff here are good, and curtious. But watch out for purchasing parts on the Pep Boys website, then scheduling the service online... the parts may not be available at the service location on the day you schedule. Weird and frustrating that the website allows this to happen.

Got new tries for my pick up truck, got all tries replaced with in two hours, very good customer service provided by Ray

Ray the manager is a real honest and swell guy. He will treat you well but as like anytime they are always busy and short handed so do please be patient

WORST SERVICE EVER! I gave my car for AC repair and they said they will complete it in 2 and 1/2 hours and when I called them after 3 hours they are still saying, they will take whole day to complete and did not even started working on the car. We you cannot complete it dont promise. very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Got issues with ac fan,they made an appointment on Saturday when I came in the old guy told me they can’t do this kind of work on Saturday,just waste my time of the weekend and without any apologizing, just been told listen ..listen!, I’m not your employee OK? I’m a customer!Totally unacceptable! Never come back to this business again!
