Keith and Linda are the nicest people. Its a pleasure whenever I get the chance to run into them. Ive been renting with them for years and they are always knowledgeable and quick to help with any of my storage needs. With a nice gated facility and 24 hour surveillance, I feel truly at ease storing anything in their facility and I know that they will take care of me should anything happen.

Geist Storage is awesome to work. They have little perks like free truck rental. They are always available by phone. Paying monthly is so easy, either online or with auto-pay. It was just a great experience.

Easy to reserve. Great location. Keith S made sure that the process was quick and efficient. He spent just enough time with me to make sure that I was comfortable with all the security processes in place and could independently access my unit as long as I need it.

Geist Self Storage is a very nice facility with great people working for it. We had to be on a waiting list for the specific storage we needed, but they actually called once they had a spot! After being on many other facilities waitlists, I was amazed by the customer service of actually keeping said list and calling when a space opens that matches the customers needs. Linda made everything easy and quick via email to get specifics and the agreement signed. Its also great seeing Keith on-site as we come and go.

Ive rented here in the past, about 5 years ago and decided to return. Keith was terrific. He made the check-in process very smooth and fast. He knows exactly what to do. He showed me the unit and assisted me in picking out a good lock for the unit. Keith was friendly and courteous and compliant with COVID-19 precautions. The lobby area was also very clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Storing at Geist Self Storage has been a great experience. Keith was very thorough and helped us get in quickly. He was great at informing us of the measures theyve taken to keep us, and our items, safe and protected. Rates were extremely competitive, and the free use of the truck to move in (and extremely reasonable rates to use it to move out) are unbeatable! Were using a 10x10 unit, and they have a great selection of sizes, a large pull through unit, and vehicle/boat storage as well. Already recommended them to many friends who are either relocating, temporarily storing for remodels, or just need a place for their extra to go.

Keith was fantastic and very thorough when showing us the facility and explaining the rental policies! The facility is very clean and Keith was very conscientious about following health and safety guidelines in regard to the current pandemic. We are very pleased!

Keith helped me decide which unit size would work best for me and answered all my questions. Keith even sent me photos of one of the units so I could see what it looked like, since we were on a state-wide stay at home order due to Covid-19.In June, when I was ready to rent, and a unit came available, Keith immediately contacted me and reserved the space for me.When I came to rent the unit, Linda was working at the office, so she is the one that did the actual rental paperwork. I have a rental spot there, have had it for over 4 years. I used their rental truck today and it was amazing!
