Dont bother trying to book through their website. It doesnt have any information on their booking process and they wont let you know if you have the appointment or not. You either need to call or only book more than a week in advance online or they wont honor it. The fact that they do not specify this on their website or even through an auto mail for their online booking is messed up.

Had an excellent signature pedicure by Grace. Everyone was very nice, the place is super clean, and the pedicure was relaxing! Great paint job too. This was my first time but I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

Isabella serviced my mom and she was really sweet ! Both Isabella and the women who serviced me really took their time with our spa-Pedi and manicure.I have gone to many nail salons in lower East side by Delancey. Many of the cheaper salons in the area have a bad habit of their staff gossiping in their language and being unprofessional…. Also, cleanliness is very important during this pandemic and this nail salon clearly cleans and sanitizes very well 😃.I also love that this salon is very clear with their prices online. There are no surprises. I am not so sure how they do with nail art as I kept it simple and usually go to AKIKO nails for complicated designs.If you are looking for a clean environment, with professional staff that really really go in on Manis and Pedis, this is your spot.Finally, I made a app with my mom and they were prompt and on time with our appointment.

Ok this place rules. Great chill and clean atmosphere. They are so thorough and the woman who was at reception when I was paying checked my nails to make sure there werent any flaws. Thats never happened at other salons Ive been to. And my gels are going on 3 weeks without any chipping.

Could not recommend this place more!! I was looking for a clean and affordable nail salon around LES and I am so glad I came!! The place looks very clean and new. Isabel took care of my pedicure deluxe and that was one of the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! My manicure was very nice too. The staff are very friendly and professional and the nailist actually appreciates when you tip them. I am very satisfied and would love to come back anytime!

Best manicure and prefigure I‘ve gotten in NYC! It’s been 4 weeks and my gel manicure and my regular pedicure are still flawless! Very clean and relaxed atmosphere, they really take time to provide perfect service and results, will definitely come back :)

Loved it here! Just got a gel mani from Rachel and she did an amazing job! Her attention to detail was like no other nail salon. I will definitely be back real soon for a pedicure! Make sure to make an appointment - they get really busy - but well worth it!

This nail salon has to be the best salon I have ever been to. From the front desk to the nail techs, everyone was so friendly and professional. My nail tech Rachel did an amazing job at my gel Mani and pedi. I literally cannot stop staring at this polish job she did. She took her time and was very gentle with me. She is super thorough and shaped each nail so evenly. I highly recommend!!

Super clean and friendly staff. I’d recommend the deluxe pedicure to anyone! They take their time with you and offer water, coffee and tea. Also love the fact that they have vegan nail polish. Only negative is no electric massage chairs

I actually just moved to the LES and was trying to find a new nail place. I can no longer get long sets done anymore since I’ve had a change in employment, so I was looking for a cool, clean place for gel manicures with nail art options. I am ocd about symmetry and cleanliness so I need a place that can live up to my expectations. I got a Groupon for Zeno nail bar to try out a place in case I ended up hating it and I’m glad I chose to get the coupon for Zeno nail bar (they had all 5 star reviews so I chose it!). Rachel was assigned to me and she offered me tea, coffee, and water right off the bat. They fixed my horrible nails, which hadn’t been serviced professionally in months. I was used to coming up with nail art ideas with my previous artist and Rachel was great with giving me exactly what I asked for. She even fixed the heart when I said it was “eveeeeer so slightly uneven with the one on my other finger”!! It’s great to find a place that can keep up with my ocd and understand me. Rachel was so sweet and we had great conversation. She even gave me a little back rub while my nails were drying which was much needed. Give her a big tip if you go to see her!I’ll def be back for more gel manis. If you live close by like I do, this is a great place to go after work since they are open until 8pm. If you’re still not sold go grab that Groupon coupon for one half-priced gel mani and try them out!

My gel manicure chipped the same day and rest of manicure was completely ruined within three days. The manicurist also said she could do a simple design (5$ per nail) but completely botched the designs that I showed her.She also cut me several times. Several. would not recommend this place whatsoever. Super disappointing.

While my Apres nails did look really nice, the technician used too wayyyy too small of a nail tip on my thumbs, and after a few days the side of my real nail started lifting off of the nail bed…The technician was also really rough, so the service itself was pretty painful and hurt for a few days after as well

My new favorite spot for pedicures! The staff here is professional and courteous, and the salon is very clean. I saw that the staff takes care to keep the salon and the instruments they use clean, and my nail technician, Lene, did an excellent job on my pedicure- she went through the process carefully and gently, and took her time, which I really appreciate. The salon has a great color selection and carries a few different brands of polish in case you have a preference. Another thing I have to add is that they obviously thought about the setup- the chairs for pedicures and even drying are so comfortable! It sounds silly but a lot of places don’t get that bit right. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Be careful if you buy the Groupon they have going on. They wont honor it after 4pm.I bought the Groupon voucher for dippowder gel, called to make my appointment and upone making my appointment I told them that I have a Groupon. Appointment was made...two week later after I rushed out of work to make my 5:30 appointment I get there, place was clean and neat. They confirm my appointment and have me sit and pick out a color. Once the color was picked I asked the lady at the desk should I pull up the voucher now or at the end. She said that I wont be able to use it because its after 4pm, and that I didnt tell anyone when I made the appointment that I had a Groupon. Long story short her and I went back and forth because why would I not tell you Im making an appointment because I bought a Groupon 2 weeks ago.Never got my nails done because of their miss communication and mind you the voucher say nothing about it not being valid after 4pm.

This is a brand new nail salon in the Lower East Side area - it has a modern and chic look to it. To add, the salon seems very clean and sanitary. I was really excited to try it out and thankfully I was not disappointed. I came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The staff was very attentive and meticulous in their services. I will definitely be coming back, thank you Corona and Holiday!

This is my new go to the in the neighborhood because the place is very clean with nice interior design, practices hygienic, nice service and good quality work. Sounds so simple, but most of the nail places in the neighborhood just cant seem to get this right. This place charges more, but Im fine with it because its a more elevated, comfortable experience, and as I said all the other places in the area just cant get this simple balance of quality service right.

Breath of fresh air!Clean and modern decor. Their nail color wall is endless and the colors are all new ones from Essie and OpI. I was greeted with a green tea and got a pedicure, gel mani and an eye brow wax. Can not wait to come back!

One of the best nail salons I’ve gone to in NYC. The interior is immaculate and their services are extremely professional and well-executed. I found out about them through Groupon and didn’t go through any of the typical second-class-citizen treatment that you usually get as a Groupon customer. Their regular prices are fair and color selection is pretty broad. They also take a lot of safety precautions for covid concerns. I expect to come back again! Extra bonus points for putting on a third layer without me having to awkwardly ask :)

This place is Amazing! I purchased a Groupon for a Deluxe Spa Pedicure. So clean and organized. Upon entry they have a santizing station. After I picked my nail polish, I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was attended. The service was great and staff was friendly. When I say this is the most neat paint job Ive ever had on my toes...wow! And the foot massage with stones was amazing.For reference, my Groupon included: Foot bath, Mask, Nail trim and shape, Cuticle care, Callus treatment, Sugar scrub, Hot towel, Hot stones, 10-minute foot massage, Regular polish application.
