Love this Nail Salon! My favorite nail stylist is Johnny. Great nail designs, all of the time! Highly recommend!

The owner was really nice when I arrived. But then, the guy who did my nails was really annoyed with my demands : I asked him for professional nails nicely shaped. He put acrylic all over my fingers and wasn’t paying attention. I asked for a square and fin shape which wasn’t what I got. My real nails aren’t even fixed to the tips, and the gel polish got damaged less than 24 hours later. He didn’t even remove the cuticles. I used to do nails myself and here nothing : no primer, no shaping the nails or paying attention to the detail. The thing that shocked me most was that as he saw I was annoyed with me, he asked me to pay before it was even finished (and no I wasn’t getting simple nail polish but gel so it could’ve waited the end, like He did with his previous client in front of me). I do not recommend this nail salon at all, waste of time and money. Very deceiving

They was very kind and did a good job

Most friendly and skilled nail techs right in East Harlem. Wendy was freaking amazing! She took her time to shape and style my nails with precision. She cleaned my cuticles and did a lot that most salons wouldnt. Also did my eyebrows perfectly! Wow. She also did my pedicure just as good. Great spot. Reasonable prices. Wendy has good energy and is fantastic beautician.

They were very nice and quick. Accommodating. When I am in the area I will be back

The place was some what dirty, I felt uneasy. The person doing my feet did not use sterilized the tools he was going to use, lucky I brought my own tools with me, and when I ask him were the tools sterile he got mad and sucked his teeth and sprayed them and said to me OK NOW. I said that I have my own tools. Also the plastic that separates you from the next person all of them were dirty. Also when doing eyebrows they use the same stick on you to dip several times, I wonder how many people they did that to. I left and will not be returning.

Horrible service. They want to charge you an arm and leg for basic designs a child can do. They dont even wash your feet during pedicure, if you want to clean your feet properly, its extra. This business is all about their own greed and selfishness and not about the customers satisfaction or experience. Youre better off saving your money and doing your own nails!

1 star off because my middle finger nail is weirdly shaped. 1 star off because my pinky nail is significantly small.

Great service. Fast and very efficient. Only thing I don’t like they always trying to get you to choose from all different types of pedicures. Before you notice you end up paying 50 for a pedicure because the gel polish isn’t included in the pedicure price. That is extra. They need to change this. Otherwise the service is great!

They were pleasant and followed covid19 protocol. However, had gel manicure and pedicure and my hand gel nail stipped off the very next day. I paid 80 for that. Products are not good

My favorite nail salon in the city... HANDS DOWN.. Great service, attention to detail; ptompt seating and Wendy always makes my hands and feet shine. She is also quite experienced aesthetically. If youre looking for experienced nail technicians this is the place to visit!!

I love going to this place! I usually get my nails done with the man sitting all the way in the back next to the foot chairs! He’s extremely good at his job! I love his work!!

DO NOT COME HERE, very unprofessional the owner asscused me of trying to steal from them. I was missing money and my card wasnt working that day. The owner told me to leave my phone very uncessary. Accused me multiple times of robbing them. I went home paid them everything. I go there oftenare they serious? They lost a customer. Plus we in a pandemic and they dont wash their tools, pure disgusting.

COMMUNICATION in this place is ridulous. I would NEVER go back here ever again. I specifically came her because I was celebrating new years and wanted my nails to match the color of my dresss. I specifically asked for silver butterflies on my tips and the manager showed me a container of silver butterflies that I could use for my design. When time came to put the butterflies on my nail the manger looked ME IN MY FACE and told me they didnt have anymore after showing it to me moments ago. The woman technician doing my nails did not speak English so Everyone had to keep calling the manager to speak english with the customers. Im not sure why the manager lied to me in my face but I would never spend another cent in this place. They kept forcing me to pick colors that didnt go with my dress. Customers should come in pick a design and not be lied to and then forced to choose any design to put on their nails. I felt like they only focused on getting their money than what the customer wants and needs were which is horrible and it shouldnt be that way. They deserve less than a 1 star. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My nails look awful and they were very rough. One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to.

I went to get my nails done for my birthday and at first the lady was nice taking her time but she slapped my hand because I told her to make them shorter. She painted them horribly and I asked if she could fix it. All she did was add more nail polish on top to make it thicker. She didn’t even add top coat and told me to move so another costumer could sit down. I don’t recommend coming here.

Excellent experience. I came early around 11:00am (they open at 9:30) and got uv gel with coffin shaped acrylic tips for $41. Not bad at all of the quality I received. Will definitely come again! Thank you!

It was a pleasant visit

Needed a last minute place to go and found this on the Maps app. Its small and really needs updating, but my Mani and Pedi turned out great. I showed her (Tina) a picture of what I wanted and she did a good job! My nails came out nice. Still have to see how they hold up over time, but Im happy with the service.

Wendy and May are the only two great ones in there. Every body else work is trash. Me and all my daughters only go to those two Ladies. Nobody else. If they not there we dont get our nails done.

Love this place! The atmosphere is clean and friendly with great customer service. I never have to wait long before Im serviced. My feet and nails come out great. The only reason I gave them 4 out 5 stars is because they dont accept credit cards. They also should expand on their nail designs and creativity.

Fast and thorough. Prices are reasonable too. It’s not flashy or very large but they do a great job and I’ve never had an issue. Also saw lots of male customers which made me feel more welcome. Only ding I would give but didn’t because they’ve been so great is that it’s cash only. I don’t like having to plan on when and how much cash to get before I want to go.

The pedicure was wonderful but there were complications with the acrylics. Smudged super easily and there were some air bubbles. Great service but they rush the process and it messes everything up. Very mixed feelings.

They perform temperature checks and ask for your name and number at the door. The stations have separators in between each and the techs disinfect the station after each client.

Johnny did my nails today. I had a gel mani and gel pedi for $50 and my eyebrow waxed for $6. He was thorough, efficient and was very mindful of the 1 he and 15 minutes I had on my meter so he moved pretty fast but did an excellent job!! Thumbs up!!

First time going 12/5/18 & Wendy was amazing, she did my nails perfect and I’m so in love! The shape is perfect the color is perfect, she gave me a nice hand massage ! I had a really good experience. I’ll be going back to Wendy again!

The write their own reviews. Got my nails done and not 24 hours the nail break. I go in a day later and one worker tells me I have to pay $5 to fix the nail, when every nail salon fixes damages within days for free. The workers all mocked me when I was explaining the situation. Would not recommend to worst enemy save your money !!

The staff is beyond friendly and polite compared to other places Ive been. Prices are affordable. I forgot to ask her name, but the lady who did my nails did an awesome job. I recommend this place.

Nice place, friendly staff. I came with my 8 year old girl and they treated her very well and gave her a nice design on the big toes. The callus removal for additional $8 is well worth it.

Reasonably price, I have been receiving services here for years, had stopped, then returned. the Owner, Steven is very nice. Eric did my nails today, my first time getting gel. he did an amazing job. Im very pleased.

The Salon is very dirty, the tools are dirty. The quality of the poor. In a hurry it turns out dirty messy. I won’t go there anymore. I didn’t like May.

They have amazing service and do great work. Ive been going here for a few months now, I went for a fill in and pedicure woke up today with the point broken off of one of my nails. Im very disappointed with this because its a oven outside and I really dont feel like going to get it fixed but I need too. I never made it and its now 8:35pm and Im missing another point off my second finger... This is very bad now because I have the chrome gel pointed tips and it wasnt cheap now was I cheap with my gratuity 😭😭😭😭

Walked in to get a gel manicure for an out of town party tomorrow so I didnt have much time . And I walked out with a new manicurist Anna was great, gave me advice on what to use to make my nail stronger and even recommended a wonderful color which will be gentle for my fragile nails..she took her time ..I received A++++ service will certainly be back for her
