On Sunday April 18,2021 I got a pedicure around 1 pm, once I got home and showered 4 of the toes on my right foot were without nail polish-it peeled. Devastated because I have a flight in a couple hours I went back to get a refund and was met with complete aggression from the owner, I remained cool and respectful until she said she would only refund me $5 of the $23 and 30 minutes of my time spent. If you get a regular pedicure it is more likely to peel but NOT 24 minutes after. Extremely disappointed in my experience, and I will not be going back! The customer service there was horrible and I was only refunded $10 but that was because I stood my ground I’d hate to know what shy or timid person who experienced this same situation was refunded if they were refunded at all for that matter.

I wish I could give 0 stars. One of the WORST manicures I have ever received. After 3 HOURS, another tech had to come and help and she was decent. Dont waste yo time or to patience...go somewhere else.

Very nice staff and clean place. I go with Renata everytime to do my feet. She does a wonderful job every time. the rest of the workers are good to but i trust her and she always does it good. The prices are not too cheap but good for the work they do. I highly recommend this place!!

I love how they did my feet. But since it was my natural nails and not tips the look of the nails I did not like so much.

My worse nightmares they gave me a fungu on my toe nail. I went there 3 weeks ago and my toe nail is so bad. I think I am going to have to remove it. I called the lady who did my nail. All she said was sorry put tea tree oil.

Extremely unprofessional and poorly run nail salon. I walked in and not a single person greeted me or even looked up from what they were doing to see I had walked in. I sat and patiently waited for 30 mins before anyone said anything to me. I went to get a pedicure and the girl was horrible, I could’ve painted my toe nails better myself she had to redo my big toe twice and without me saying anything. They move like turtles bc all they do is talk and gossip with one another and it really hurt my soul to leave her a tip. Amy’s nail salon on 157 is by far the best in WaHi, I wanted to give this place a chance as I like to support local businesses. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Worse place ever. After waiting in turn for an hour the owner decided to give my place to a another client because she ha requested the technician who finished first. Not right!! When I complained she tried to say this regular client was first ever thought I was before her on a so called list. Go waste your money somewhere else!

Worst place I just did my acrylic nails here charged me 30$ btw and my nail Just broke they don’t know how to properly put nails never again last time I go there
