It wasnt too crowded the time I went which was right before 7 closing time. I felt very relaxed and Johnniehe did a beautiful job on my nails. I went with the mood colors because its me. My blood runs like that hot/cold. I am plan to go bk within the next few weeks. Johnny promised her can grow my nails. We shall see!!!!!

I usually don’t write reviews but based on the way I was treated at this place, I just had to. My service was given by an older Asian woman and after ranking up the prices for my service she did not do my nails the way I wanted. I showed her a picture in the beginning and she started doing something else to my nails. Instead of the French tips I showed her she applied sideways lines on my nails. After I told her that it was wasn’t what I wanted, she got visibly upset and said it was just like the picture and that I should know what I want. She then tried to mend my nails by doing the worse versions of French tips as I tried to explain what I wanted. She also tried to charge me 5 dollars per flower and in the end my total was 80 dollars! She seemed upset after I tried to get her to redo a nail or two and told me it was too late. I know I shouldn’t have paid 80 for this work and should’ve said something but just wanted to leave the nail salon at this point and based on her attitude I knew drama would start if I said something about the price. I went right next door to infinite nails, showed them the same picture and got exactly what I wanted after a color change. I have gone to this place for three years. I live super close to it. Each time it has been a great experience. I’m getting married at the end of the month & wanted to keep my naturally long nails that I have been growing for months. The lady I had didn’t listen to me when I asked them not to file my nails down & she did a horrible job. The guy at the front blamed me. I am never going here again.

Very reasonably priced. Cash only. The girl was so gracious that she would not accept my extra tip. She did a beautiful job. Very pleasant experience.

Going into this location is to hit or miss. the problem is that they have a few good technicians and a few bad technicians. As a result you never know who you are going to end up with. Better off going to another location where they provide consistent quality care. Moreover, if you walk in they tend to give you a bad technician, which makes you not want to go back.

The fact that the customer service is epic but the quality is absolutely terrible hurts me to give this review. It is conveniently located in a busy area and do regular pedicures excellently however I wouldn’t recommend because the application of the acrylic and nail polish is disastrous. Acrylic is really thickly applied and nail polish paint job is sloppy. A bit aggressive with the drilling machine and caused bleeding ( I know! I didn’t expect this). Fingers itself are messy with nail polish and acrylic around it. You use your better judgment from this whether or not you would still go. Also a bit pricy for sloppy job. ($55 for gel acrylic) I swear worst investment.

After going to this place on new years eve, I knew I would be back again and this would be the only place I get my nails done. I didnt like how my nails were turning out and the nail tech took the nails off and started from scratch on her on accord. She told me she didnt want me to go into the new year not liking my nails. It took an hour for her to do my nails, but she took great care and they looked so professional and beautiful. I had the same experience the second time around with my fill in. It was an hour long but nail tech was sweet and did an amazing job.

Great availability, but wouldnt go here for anything other than the basics. Dip powder manicure was rushed and sloppy. Someone else did my feet for a standard pedicure, they felt so soft afterwards !

I got a manicure and pedicure at this place. The person who did my nails took more than 2 hours to do the job; the slowest I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, she did a terrible job. A 5-year old could probably do a better job. Dont waste your time and money in this place.

The technician did an expert job. I am very pleased!

They do quality work and the ladies and men that work there are generally friendly. My only issue is the price which is a bit high for me but since I only do my toes about once a month I don’t make a big deal. I live in Harlem and this spot is the most professional I been too and they are very detail oriented which I like.

As beautiful as the interior of this place may be, they do a really terrible job. My nails come out 10x better from smaller and cheaper businesses. $75 for a Gel Tips that started peeling off the NEXT DAY. I don’t even write reviews unless it’s necessary and ladies... don’t waste your time or your money. I wish I could give this business a ZERO.

I pass by this nail salon today and decided to enter. I was immediately greeted by one of the workers, Johnny . The work he did was amazing . Then I got my pedicure done by Mimi. I felt brand new afterwards . The employees are very professional and respectful. While your getting a pedicure done your also getting a complementary back massage on the chair for 20 minuets. This nail salon has many options of nail polish. They use a lot of different techniques that you see on popular websites. Best nail spot so far. Also keep in mind they open all week!! 👍🏽👍🏽

This place is absolutely out of control. The first time I went I walked in and one of the staff people was arguing with a customer... the employee literally told the customer to SHUT UP. #PoorCustomerServiceThe work itself isnt bad... but I probably wont be back. A pedicure is $22, which is fine- but they dont have the pricing listed anywhere #WeirdRandom, but they charge an additional $10 if you reset your massage time while in the pedicure chair. Ive NEVER heard of anything like thatbefore... but please believe that I sat there for the last ten minutes of my pedicure with the massage chair powered OFF! #ShrugsThe last thing Ill add is that they charged me and additional $15 for acrylic on my big toes, and only charged another customer $8 more. #InterestingThis last time I went, just today, they argued with me about putting a tip on my big toe before adding the acrylic. I explained that I play sports during the week, and when I have on sneakers, the acrylic without the tip on my toe breaks; adding the tip makes it stronger. He continued to refuse so I told him not to worry about it, and began to pack up to leave. He grabbed by leg to hold me back, while repeating I’ll add the tip, I’ll add the tip. I asked him to please release my leg, because he should have been so agreeable the first three times I asked and explained.I will never return here, and I would not recommend it to a friend (or an enemy) Lol

I needed an emergency manicure and it was a terrible decision! She accidentally sprayed nail polish remover on my face and offered me a dry towel not even wet AND SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE. . . . THEN it was a poor manicure I did not even get a hot towel massage. They don’t even have oil by the nail drying station. First and last. I’ll stick to the upper west side!

Highly recommended, professional job, not a nail salon mill, nice disposition, culturally sensitive, and customers treated with respect! I left very satisfied and discovered there were seasoned, well- experienced manicurists working at I-Spa from various salons throughout the City. Will definitely make this my new nail salon in Harlem, USA!!!

Infinite Nail was busy so I decided to stop by. This nail salon experience Ive ever had. The pedicure was fine although I later noticed the edges of several nails were without polish. My FILL IN however was THICK, LUMPY, and UNEVEN -- and on top of that I left with all of my fingernails being a different length and shape. There was a moment I asked to file them myself. The technician was so sloppy that he even got the acrylic powder underneath my nails, then shaved off my real nails (thatd Id been growing out for months and were the same length as the original acrylics) in the process of trying to get rid of it. Finally, I wanted a French manicure and his hand was shaking as he tried to polish the tips. I felt like I had to baby him from start to finish, then ended up just asking him to paint the whole nail. I was using purple, and he responded with how about you alternate silver and purple. more fashion.Lmao. ????? I didnt even let him get two coats in. Just walked out.My nails are in the worst shape theyve been in since the playground.

My first time going there I fell in love with Tommy and how he did my nails. My pedicure came out amazing as always, but tonight for my nails definitely was distasteful and really makes me reconsider going to that establishment. After I got my pedicure I waited for tommy who stated he had a client before me and I said no problem I’ll wait. another client that must be a regular spoke to him after me and he agreed to see her after he had told me I would be next. Sat there for literally an hour and a half asked another worker to see me and she argued with another worker that stated I had just came in. I pointed to the lady that did my feet and she sat there and did nothing. The owner heard everything going on and not once said anything. Everybody continued about their day as if it was nothing. I’m a hard working woman and spend money just like everybody else so to be treated as if my money isn’t worthy enough because I haven’t been a regular is really bad customer service. I did not want my nails to be rushed due to them closing at 8:30pm or being told I can’t get my nails done after I sit there for two hours definitely was not happy with this experience at all. They need to do better that’s how you lose customers that would be very loyal and bring more business in

The shape was okay but the paint job was terrible. I paid $50 plus tip for this! Would not recommend.

I started going here this summer and the work was not so good, until they hired a great Nail Technician there name Tin. However, hes not there anymore. And I refuse to go back. God is good, I found Tin at JADE NAILS 143rd St in 7th Ave. Guess Ill be going there now.

This place is actually the worst. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. The guy at the front that runs it is a flat out a-hole and so rude. He does a crappy job and is outright insulting. The place also reeks of fumes. Don’t waste your money

They dont sterilize baby tubs they dont put sponges tablets inside people come meet with fungus and they spread the fungus to other people that dont have fungus on they feet they need to be closed down

They over charge for everything. I usually get acrylic on my two big toes she said it was 10.00 each for the acrylic. Then she kept racking the price up. I literally just paid 22.00 for a nail polish change on my toes

I was satisfied with the job what I was dissatisfied with was everytime I went it was a different price ... for a gel pedi with two acrylic toes and a gel full set 1 color my total bill was 105$ ... which is already overstepping boundaries for just your typical nail salon visit .. I didn’t budge I was very satisfied with the work so I’m thinking “ you get what you pay for “, up until I went for a filling and at the end of my visit my bill was 110 $ !!!! I was a little upset because why am I getting a filling and it’s coming out more than when I got a full set . As I questioned Johnny about the price and explaining it’s not what the price is, it’s that it changes everytime I come, he honestly went around in circles, even as I explained to him my last visit was similiar and less he hit me with the “ you must’ve got charged wrong that time “ ... very nonchalantly as if 105$ is just a 20$ bill . I actually really like how they did my nails there . But because of that experience I haven’t been back since .im not trying to get a 120 dollar bill next time I go in

Had an unpleasant experience, horrible painting of my nails, had to go back the next day because nail polish was too thick and had bubbles in it. They told me it was my fault because only a gel manicure will last, not regular nail polish, even though I do my own nails all the time and never have that issue....smh
