Professional service and they really take the time doing your nails here.I went to some other nail salon that had done a terrible job on my nails, so will be heading to nirvana so they can redo my nails. I should’ve went to them in the first place but the commute was kind of far from where I was at, but that was my mistake.I loved my experience & nails at nirvana & can’t wait to return!

I have been coming here for seven years and they are my favorite!! The gel manicures last sometimes up to 4-5 weeks. Most of the ladies working here are awesome but sometimes the newer girls do a so so job with shaping. The value is insane for the city. The workers are super friendly. Yes, sometimes they laugh at people but it’s always the most entitled customers who act up and throw fits. (Which given the neighborhood is often) I’ve never seen them make fun of a regular customer. Sometimes they are slammed and tell you unrealistic wait times. 15 minutes can easily become 45 so if you’re in a rush, make an appointment. The techs are always working super hard nonstop so I don’t hold it against them. I feel spoiled here because most salons don’t pay that much attention to my nails.

Got recommendations to go to Nirvana Nails when I moved into the area and I’m glad I did! Have been faithfully coming back over and over again because of the competitive prices, great technique in pedicures (extra little touches here and there) and perfect gel manicures. Decent selection of nail colors- has the colors I need. Will be an area staple!

I walked in for a gel manicure. Initially I wanted to get a design on my nails, but the nail technician told me they didnt do designs which I was fine with because not salons do designs. Since I have a terrible habit of biting my nails, I asked if they could put on acrylic nails for me. The nail technician rather rudely told me that they didnt do acrylic either. I ended up telling the technician that I wanted regular French manicure, at which she started speaking in her native language and repeating the words regular manicure and the other nail techs started laughing--making it obvious that they were talking smack about me and proceeded to talk smack about me for the duration of the session. My total came to $14. Ive been to other salons before and am usually good about tipping anywhere between 20-50%. However, the nail technician was wicked rude. I wont be returning.

They are wonderful here!! Unbeatable for the price & quality - gel manicure still looks good after 2 weeks.

They are so sweet here. They can be a little disorganized and you may have to wait 10 minutes but they give GREAT manicures, pedicures, gel, and callous treatment. And I am pretty picky/ would pay twice the amount for something THAT good. The space is a little cramped but I would definitely recommend. Best place within a few blocks. Better manicures than the fancier looking places!

The ladies here are super nice and very careful with details. The tools they use are clearly sanitized and packaged before hand, and they make sure to wipe all nail brushes before using them. The french gel mani is $30, the lady who did mine was very careful with the shape and wiping excess polish from the sides, and they ended up being perfect! They even have gloves for gel manis to help protect your skin from UV light. Will def be back, great value for the price!

Make you feel unwanted. Except one nice person, all staff aren’t pleasant. They talk and laugh about costumers. Whenever a client left the place they had some remark and started laughing.. .First and last time there.

I took a client of mine there to get a manicure, and they were so rude to us, I guess cause they wanted her to get a mani/pedi. When. I went to pay them, I was kind enough to give her a tip and she would not give me the change back !!!! I had to pry it out of her hands.The whole place is full of rude and nasty people and you dont have to tell me twice not to go back in there.

I was a regular customer at Nirvana for over 2 yrs until today I walked in to receive a mani + pedi, a new nail tech approached me (unfortunately my previous nail tech Lisa left for a new salon, now in hindsight I understand why). I described to the nail tech the color I was looking for. About 2 minutes later another customer came in asking if anyone was available for a gel mani. It is at this point that the nail tech started asking me if I could wait 15-20 mins. I asked her why, she then said something in her native language then another technician told me that the customer who came in after me had an appointment, a clear overt lie. I will never spend my financial resource at Nirvana again. I will also be making a formal complaint.
