Every time I come here ppl are super friendly and gentle with your nails. It’s better to call ahead and make appointment because it gets busy

I walked in, had my acrylic nails hastily cut off. Manager lady (only one with coloured hair) verbally assaulted me in front of 3-4 other clients. I was trying to tell her the way to remove these sculpted form acrylics was to file and soak then SCRAPE off. They did not. After I kept experiencing pain (weak nailbeds, the drill gets hot much quicker for me) with the First lady, the manager literally asked her to go home. Another lady then left me alone with my fingers in a bowl of dirty acetone for 1hr with no techs for me to even talk to. After I spent 45min scratching off the acrylic myself and hurting my natural nail bed the way I am not supposed to, they purposefully used the same drill they used on a customer’s foot on me right after. I felt so extremely uncomfortable and shocked in the way she was yelling at me and telling me I was wrong, lying, etc. thankfully I did not get reactive and tried simply talking normal in response to her loud yelling but other people most definitely could. I don’t know why they are so angry, or hurt at the world, but I hope they get better and seek some emotional help.

I prefer not going here but I do as a last resort, when I need work done in a rush. Pedicure, is not upto the same standards as other locations but they charge the same, no foot massage for 5 mins, quickly rush and always cut me and try to ignore that do and just say nothing. Similar for mani. No apologies. Then get upset when I dont tip a higher amount. They lucky I still tipped.

They do good work. Excellent at eye brows. Nails are good also. Wait times arent long.

Terrible place with horrible service. Bad gel polishing and bad attitudes from employees and they charge extras for absolutely everything. Do yourself a favor and do not go! I got a gel mani and pedi and the same day the mani gel color started chipping so I went back the next day to get fixed and the nail tech said she did not remembered me and told me I had the wrong nail salon (lol) so another nail tech decided to fix it and started using a different color even though I kep telling her that the color was not the same but she did not charge me to fix it. Long story short, color started chipping again and I ended up going to another salon to fix both mani a pedi and had to pay almost $70 dollars but at least they did a good job. To make things worst the girl that did my nails kept talking about me to the other nail tech in their language and both kept staring at me the entire time making me uncomfortable. I normally get my nails done with Lucy on Clinton Street but she did not have any appointments available for that week so I decided to try this place.

Laura I need to come in it has been a very long time. Happy New Year! I have been coming here for for maybe 2 years now maybe less. Always come out happy and pleased with the out come and service. Laura is the best friendly and does a wonderful job. Her husband is a cool guy treats everyone with respect.

Since the pandemic every place has been booked. I recently moved out the city and I desperately needed my nails done for my birthday coming. I wish I would of went to the guy I originally had an appointment with at this nail salon. The women I went to was very nasty and rough with my hands. These Koreans that work in these nail salons need to learn how to treat minorities who are the majority spending their hard earned money respectfully since the shop is across the street from the projects, their attitudes don’t match where their located I’m just saying.The only reason why I went there because my guy in the Bronx was booked. And I had to handle business in this area. I would not even give it 1 star, NEVER AGAIN.

My feet and nail needed attention badly. They were good, clean and reasonable. Minus a star because a customer came in to ask a question without a mask. She should have been told no mask no service

I needed to get my nails done ASAP two weeks ago and there was no place open around my way except for Fancy Nail salon, it was a little bit out of my way but I couldnt complain it was a Sunday.Let me tell you! I was blessed finding this place, The girls that work there are wonderful they are very polite so sweet and when you get your pedicure you have a chair that massages you, for the whole time while you are getting youre pedicure .Theyre reasonable on their prices as wellI suggest if anyone is looking to get their nails done or their eyebrows or get a pedicure go to Fancy Nail Salon you wont be disappointed..

The worst manicure and pedicure. It looked like the first time I gave myself a manicure. Im pretty sure the girl didnt have a license to do nails and was still training. She destroyed my nails. Im never going back there

Quality is good, but atmosphere is terrible. All of the workers there talk loud and Incessantly to each other in their language that it’s impossible to relax. They have bad attitudes also and are very slow.

I love this place! They did my nails very well, and they always have a very short wait. I let the man do my nails, cant think of his name right now, but he does an awesome job! The place is very, very small, but inexpensive and a job well done!

Its okay but there nails tips dont last long always popping out or breaking quickly i wish they would spend more time on the pedicure its like they rush to do it and seem to always forget to put the top clear coat

Great service, friendly and welcoming. Great pedicures and reasonably priced services. Edit: So after getting pedicures done here regularly I caught a fungus. I thought maybe it was something I did but I was told by a client of mine that she also caught a fungus and had to stop coming here smh. I still come here for my nails but never for my feet. Its okay for a last minute nail emergency

I came in for a pedicure that was 20$. I was excited cause it looked nice. She barely spent 10 min on my feet l asked her for a white base because i had a neon color that i brought in. She stated the it was not needed. I was left with mismatched patchy nails. When i brought it to her attention she acted like she could not see it. Horrible customer service and untalented.

The WORST gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Literally could have done a better job myself. Done so quickly and messily. I even asked her to fix my nails because they looked so awful and even after she fixed it they still looked horrible. Not to mention how disgusting and dirty it was inside. I will never be back.
