The machines are decent, but the regular attendant is very rude, like she hates working there. Its a struggle asking her for help with the card machines or washing machines. She acts annoyed like everyone should know everything, as if everyone has been there before and has had every experience possible lol. She also allows the trash to pile up on the floor everywhere, and waits to sweep before closing. Just poor customer service for this job. 👎🏾

Clean areas; and friendly staff. The last wash is at 8pm. But their clocks are fast so get there before 745pm. Also, the chairs are gone now. So plan on visiting a restaurant near by if you want to sit. Also the prices went up again. Small load washers are now $3.80 and large are $5.95 and the two biggest machines are now $7.45. And dryers went up to .49 per 8 mins

Zip laundry is the best. Staff is super nice and willing to help if there’s an issue.

Tiny, cleans clothing well, a bit pricey, and you must use a zip card. Also, sometimes the machines take forever to read the card.

Ive been doing my laundry here for every week since its been opened. I thought this place was customer friendly, so I didnt mind the more expensive price. I was so wrong tonight! Tonight was not my regular laundry night but my wife had to hand wash some baby clothes and asked me to go dry it. I was so surprised that they wont even give me the courtesy to dry my babys clothes! They insist that I cant dry if I dont wash. I ended up starting an empty washer just so I can start the dryer! This is what they do to a loyal customer! So if you think they are friendly, its just for your money! I wish I could give it negative stars!

Great place to wash clothes, but be careful. Some people will take out clothes from dryer to dry their clothes on your dime. Be alert.

I come here once per week ..i hate that they changed the hours of operation because now, everyone is up at the time of opening . Ha ha I used to be the first one ...get in & get out . The hours are still convenient . The staff is pleasant and its conveniently located .I appreciate the laundry assistance . Sometimes you just dont know how you should handle certain materials and theyll give you advice on how to tackle it

The card machine which loads money onto the card which operates the machines was broken. Rather than informing customers, they waited until you put clothes through the wash, then didnt have enough money on the card to dry them. They could have accepted cash and swiped their master card to operate, but refused. One drying cycle costs $0.30 and they refused to help me so that I didnt have to carry wet clothes home. I have had issues at this laundromat for over a year now and this is the last time I will be using them. More expensive for terrible customer service.

I come to this store for one service, to have my shirts washed and pressed. Zip Laundry cannot seem to stick to one way to do this. Sometimes,when I drop of a various assortment of button-down shirts, Zip Laundry takes them all. At other times, I am told shirts with pockets must be dry cleaned. At other times I am told shirts with metal buttons must be dry cleaned. However, many times they have all be accepted and washed and pressed. I cannot keep track of the shifting policies. Zip laundry has lost a customer, and if you are considering using them for the same reason, I hope all you own are dress shits with no pockets or metal buttons.

Very reliable and clean laundromat, machines are usually working and never had a problem waiting for a machine.

Ever since I moved to the lower east side, this has been my go to place. Amazing customer service and a great place to take your kids with the free wifi they offer.

Eh its small and the fact you have to get a laundry card is a bit annoying but the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing I do not like is that you put the card to dry and only turn on the red light and then turn it on like four times then you throw the orange dyke supposedly mind has no money your card

A good place, the machines provide an extraordinary service, and the people who work in this place, always friendly with careful attention to all the customers who come to this place.

To be my first time visiting this place, I liked it a lot since it is clean, fresh and especially the machines are new. It has different sized machines and I didnt have to wait to wash my bump.
