Terrible customer service. I was literally harassed because I complained about a bug I found amidst my laundry in a sealed bag of purportedly clean laundry they delivered. Somehow, the Eastern European woman handling their phone lines had the nerve to yell at and threaten me because I asked for a refund. Absolutely unbelievable!

The staff are nice but I honestly think they’ve stopped using soap when they ‘wash’ my stuff. My clothes haven’t smelled good the last 3 times I’ve dropped off a bag. They don’t smell necessarily bad either, just as if they use a tea spoon of detergent for a full bag of laundry. Strange.

DONT WASH YOUR CLOTHES HERE. THEY DONT USE SOAP. DROPPED OFF MY CLOTHES HERE AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY CLOTHES BACK THEY WERE ALL DIRTY. WENT TO WASH IN PERSON ONCE AND MACHINE DOESNT RELEASE ENOUGH WATER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This place used to be the best laundromat in the neighborhood. But lately they raised prices and installed a change machine that only spits out quarters. And have told their employees not to give change except for 100 dollars. Who needs 20 dollars in quarters!?! If i only need 3 dollars in quarters and only have a 20 on me. I will end up with 17 dollars in quarters cause they wont break a 20 for you. What a stupid policy. I hope they enjoy losing business because there are plenty of laundromats within 1-2 blocks in the area.

Staff ignored me for a good 10 minutes before finally getting me change. Small and cramped. Expensive loads.

Great washing machines, clean and organized place and polite staff. Ive seen people complaining they are rude but never happened to me. Ive never done wash and fold with them but come in here to wash my clothes all the time. I recommend it.

A good little laundromat with really good washing machines. I never used their washing and delivery services because I dont trust any others washing my clothes. Plus I think thats disgusting.I wish the place was bigger with more seats

Went for wash and fold service. Very efficient same day service, clothes were clean, fragrant and neatly folded.

The worst customer service I have experienced. Theyre rude, unprofessional and completely unreliable. Not to mention they destroy your clothes and dismiss you as a customer. I thought the problem was the location near me but after contacting the office, I really this is just a terrible company. If I could give it ZERO star Id do it, thats what they really deserve.

If there where negative stars i would totally post that. Bad attitude and they mess up your clothes. They offer delivery but watch out because they will rip you off claiming you have more weigh in clothes than what you really have and the people who pick up the phone dont understand anything even if you are speaking their language! The nerve they have. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Updated: Love this place. Laundry is always done to my specifications and the delivery is prompt.

Terrible delivery service. Ive had them pick up and deliver twice. The first time it took them over an hour and a half after calling several times I finally got it. Im now waiting and have called, asking where my laundry is, this is the 2nd time this has happened, Ive been waiting over 3 hours. I will never use them again.

Only two chairs for customers who need to wait, only one small table to fold clothes. Staff members are friendly. Avoid weekends if possible.
