Clean, friendly workers and efficient. Best place to do your Laundry

The dryer situation is not good. It first started at 8 minutes for a 25 cents now 6 minutes. I rather buy a washer and dryer set. Not cool at a time like this to charge more and or lesson the time on things. Ive lived here long enough over 20 years not good. Use to love going here. Thinking about moving in general. NYC no long it for me. Thats beside the laundry mat.

Ive been dropping off my laundry here for 6 years, and Miss Irene and her sister Andrea are lovely. They are attentive to the needs of each particular load of laundry and foster a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

To pricey, also the dryers dont dry the cloth properly . The employees are amazing though .

The attendant is friendly and kind. She follows all of the guidelines for COVID19 to keep the laundrymat a safe and clean place for us Wednesday through Saturday.

No one is here at the front desk. Dryer ate my quarters and no one has been at the front desk for 20 minutes! Horrible! Dude keeps walking in and out to chill... I dont have time for all of that, I just want my clothes washed and if theres problems with the driers/ washing machines, someone should be here to help!

Being that it was late it wasnt a lot of people there but what really made the experience for me was the awesome customer service I received its been awhile since I had to go to the laundromat and Im glad to have found this place.

This neighborhood laundromat is fairly large and is open 24/7 and no matter the time there is always someone doing laundry. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is well maintained. Not to mention the prices are right and most if not all the machines work. They also give out free laundry detergent on mondat, Wednesday and Fridays.

The location and hours are great as it is only a block from my apartment and open all the time. The staff is very friendly and although they only take quarters they have machines that work with 20 dollar denominations and less. Most of the time the machines work well and whenever Ive had an issue they have refunded my money. The only downside is sometimes the place is really busy and you have to wait for a washer or dryer.

The staff is ALWAYS top notch. They are SO very helpful no matter what. And Ive been to many laundromats where the staff was not to helpful at all. But its the Customers that make me not want to go here. They are a bit much.

I like the guy that works Saturday n Sunday hes cool.

They need to fix the washers !!!! They are not working properly with the water and soap .. I wasted my whole Tide just for the water to be running down

I usually drop off my clothes here to be washed, the price is not bad and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive also come in to wash the clothes myself and despite it being busy I was able to find open washers and dryers available.This laundromat is open 24 hours.

The worst place ever nothing work right

Always clean always nice service and free laundry soap on certain days. Nice affordable washers and dryers and games to play and places to sit with tables and chairs to eat and watch TV while you wait for your laundry.

Great staff clean and convenient

Its an ok place to do laundry on the area. Their driers are open to the public, even if you dont wash in the establishment, that can cause issues while trying to dry your clothes after washing them. Weekdays are not as crowded as during the weekends.

The best laundromat in Harlem, they have 5 flat screen tvs and a restroom.

No hot water and prices went up on washers and dryers. Dryers also went down on minutes per quarters.

While the laundry mat is 24 hours AND you can drop/pick up anytime they will NOT fold your socks instead they wrap them up separately. They also dont fold your towels, shirts, etc the same way in the SAME batch basically folding different ways. The biggest peeve is they fold a lot of your clothes inside out. Right, I cant believe it either.

One of the cleanest laundromats in this area with helpful employees.

They nickel and dime you for anything that isn’t a shirt, pants, socks, or underwear. It’s quite ridiculous, if they aren’t doing some sort of specialized cleaning for it.

Check around first before using this laundromat, itll cost you more to dry your clothes than to wash them. This place is a ripoff, dryers are never hot, only luke warm..

I like that they keep clean, they also have many machines, most of them working. The waiting areas are small but not too crowded and it has ample space to accommodate clothes on long stainless steel tables. The service in general is good although in reality practically no attention is required unless you leave your clothes to be washed or you buy soap or fabric softener that they also have available at a good price and in individual packages.
