I purchased Load Laundromats fold + wash services for my client who was in NYC for over a week. Instead of using the hotels laundry services (very expensive!) we decided to look locally. Load Laundromat was easy to schedule online, offered online pay option, and they were super communicative via texting! They picked up in the pickup window scheduled, and dropped off earlier than scheduled. The total for us was less than $30 (up to 17 pounds at this price) - highly recommend if you are visiting and not sure where to turn!

I am writing this as i wait for my laundry to be picked up (which i scheduled for 5-7pm... its almost 7:30pm). I work a very difficult schedule so when i have free time its rare, and i expect my laundry to be picked up on time. This is my second time using this place, and the SECOND time they forgot to pick up my laundry after scheduling with them. I tried calling and no answer. The first time i called it took them 2 hours to correct there mistake and i ended up waiting around for them to pick up my laundry for two hours past my scheduled pick up time. All for it to be 55$ AFTER a first time customers discount. I am so over this place. How does it have good reviews? I have had nothing but horrible experiences here.

They sneak charges into your order. You better hope your clothes are clean when you get them back. The best part about the business is the delivery guys.

I’d rather pay extra somewhere else and have my clothes really cleaned. This place claims they use a “non scented” soap and they charge extra for downy will never use this place for pick up and drop off ever again.

Great experience with the laundry service. Reasonable prices, friendly interactions with everyone who works there, timely responses to questions, and incredibly quick turn around times! Plus, everything comes back nicely cleaned and folded which truly saves us so much time.

This is the best laundry service I have ever had!!! Whites that I thought would never be white again are like brand new, very neatly folded laundry, prompt and courteous service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I’ve used their laundry service twice. The first time, they were late for the pickup time and I had to call to get them to come. The second time, they were on time for both pickup and delivery. However, when I received my laundry back I had 5 additional items of men’s clothing which were not mine. I was also missing some of my own items. I called and spoke to someone on Thursday - they told me it would take 24 hours and the manager wasn’t in that day. No one ever followed up with me so I called again Sunday and they assured me the manager would call me on Tuesday. It is now Tuesday morning and they’re texting me telling me that they didn’t find my items, and they don’t know whose items I have. I’ve asked to speak to a manager 5x and they refuse to put me in contact with them. USE A DIFFERENT LAUNDRY SERVICE!!! I paid $60 for my laundry to get mixed up with someone else’s which is gross. I also didn’t realize I’d have to do an inventory of my 20 pounds of laundry to make sure I get all of it back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst place ever! The people who work there are very rude and have no manners. They never go out their way to help you they get upset if you ask for help. The dryers are always broken. Atleast 5 do not work. They never have any space available to wash or dry because they take up all the good dryers and washers for dry clean. Horrible service. Horrible people. Would never go there again! Beware

AMAZING! Trite, overused expression, but with regard to Load it is certainly fitting and well deserved. My clothes smell like they have been washed in spring. Every person, from manager to delivery, is professional, knowlegdable and kind. I have never had a piece of clothing lost. I am obsessed with the care of my clothing and Load is spectacular!

I started using Load Laundry during quarantine for their delivery service, and Im never going back to the way I used to do laundry. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the turnaround is amazingly fast. While they usually qoute 24 hour turnaround, they almost always are able to get my clothes back to me the same day. Very respectful and professional service at all times. Highly highly highly recommend if they service your neighborhood.

Load Laundromat provides great service at fair prices. Pick up and delivery time can be scheduled and texts keep you updated. Great customer service too. Laundry done the same day and comes back fresh and carefully folded.

Bad experience. The machine wasn’t turning on. I told the lady at the counter and she said I had to wait 15 secs to add more money. That wasn’t even the problem. I wanted 5 mins, nothing happened. I go to move to another machine and that machine starts glitching, I ask for help again and the machine I was working on before finally starts to show time. So I start it but it doesn’t even have the amount of time I need. I leave come back and try to add more time but it’s still not working, this time waited almost 10 mins. I shouldn’t even be trying to hack machines at a laundry mat, they should just be working. Wasted /stolen money.

Load Laundromat always provides the most efficient services. I’ve never had an issue with any of my clothes and the employees are kind and helpful.

On the search for a reliable laundry service, fairly priced I find LOAD laundromat to the best job. No issues with any of my clothes and they are always providing consistent service.

Very efficient service! All of my clothes were fresh and well folded or hung, depending on the options requested. A great option for those who want a combination of wash and fold and hang dry.

I did not like the workers inside. The girls inside did not wear their masks,constantly on their phones, have a old man there who just sits around doing nothing watching tv, machines are broken. I did speak to someone who answers the phone but, she did not understand my instructions on what was needed. Responded to be back with rudeness. They will be reported !

This was the best pickup delivery laundry experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was unbelievable. I texted late in the evening about a same day service the following morning and they responded immediately and set it all up. The pick up/delivery guy was prompt and so friendly and helpful. I will use these guys forever. Truly amazing service. I never leave google reviews but I felt compelled for this service because it was so good.

None of the staffs wear mask while they working inside. And the store small and narrow. That’s pretty scary when people not wearing mask!!! And there’s elder man working there never wear mask while do the cleaning and he coughs and sneeze so often!

I’ve been using Load Laundromat service since moving to NYC 5 months ago and I’ve been very happy with it! The app is super easy and convenient to use. You can choose your window of pick up and delivery, and they can have it done within a day. They pick it up and deliver it right to my door of my sixth floor walk up apartment, and the laundry is always clean and folded perfectly. Zero complaints!

My white bed sheets turned yellow, my white shirts have blue stains on it. When I lodged my complaint, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and was yelling. No manners at all. The clothes don’t even smell fresh but that’s the least of my concern now.

I used a different laundromat and was miserable, they never picked up the laundry on time, the delivery took 3 days and their service was poor, so imagine my happiness when i found these guys.I am using their services for for a year now and can say that their service is fast, i get back the laundry the day after they pick it up. The ladies on the phone are very nice. And the most important thing for me - they are flexible.Highly recommended!!!

If I could give a ZERO STAR I would. I do not recommend this place to anybody. They messed up 10 of my shirts, all with discolored stains. They also shrunk my shirts.They do not own up to their mistakes, and the person who answered my call was yelling and was being rude. Horrible experience overall. I’ll be sharing my experience on Yelp too, complete with photos as proof.

Load laundromat has been such a life saver! At first i was skeptical of someone else touching my clothes. but ever since the first time I’ve been in love with how easy and efficient it is. They read the washing instructions on each item, and if they have a question they call! My clothing as never came back shrunk or ruined, and i never have a missing item. I highly recommend load laundromat!

Load Laundromat used to provide impeccable service with quick turnaround times. Unfortunately, the business recently hired several employees who are incredibly unprofessional, ill mannered, and cant grasp how to correctly separate whites and colors. After a set of brand new white towels came back yellow, Ill be taking my laundry elsewhere.
